SEXUAL MISCONDUCT OF MALE TEACHERS AT MMSG
For years, my daughter, student at the school, has told the stories of numerous incidents that have happened. Male teachers at the school have been acting inappropriately with our underage girls. Letters have been written, phone calls have been made, teachers have been notified YET there is still nothing done to adress the situation. Mr Haffejee, Mr Naicker and Ml. Osman excluded.
Mr hussein who teaches accounting has on many occasions touched students hands, faces, and other places and called them affectionate inappropriate names such as babygirls, wives, honeys, etc. This matter has been brought up multiple times to the office yet he has faced no repercussions.
Mr Peerbhai has also been doing the same and has been seen watching the girls as they have PE. He constantly makes inappropriate jokes and comments and has even suggested to certain students that they should come to his office and live with him etc.
Mr khan made inappropriate comments about girls bodies, weights and has been found taking pictures of the grade 9 students while they were changing for a performance.
The girls who have spoken up are targeted, belittled and are made to seem delusional.
These are just the tip of the iceberg. This has been going on for years and while the female staff are extraordinary and have shown the great lengths that they will take to protect their students, this matter has been hidden by those in charge.
It is time that this ends. This school of excellence is an institute that has for 21 years produced nothing but wonders. The school is famous for the 100% pass rate and for never having a student fail. YET THEY ARE FAILING THEIR STUDENTS. And for this their prestigious reputation is tarnished.
The formal procedures have been followed but after nothing being done for years… This matter is now open to the public.
The school is Maritzburg Muslim Girls School. It is part of the Raisethorpe Musjid. (End of message)
OUR COMMENT
We have in numerous occasions commented, castigated and damned all secular educational institutions which are haunts of vice and immorality. Regarding the aforementioned message, we are indifferent to the accused teachers. They are not our concern. Our comment is reserved for the rubbish parents. Thus we say to them:
You have no entitlement to complain. You are Murtaddeen worse than the school’s staff you are now accusing of sexual misconduct. The vile shenanigans which you are attributing to the teachers are the norm in all secular schools, colleges and universities. There is no surprise.
The issues complained about are not new revelations. All these vile misdeeds are old hat. ‘Muslim’ parents who send their children, especially daughters, to these educational brothels are the worse scum. They are in flagrant denial of all the Ahkaam of Allah Ta’ala pertaining to Hijaab. They are in fact the actual pillages and plunderers of the hayaa and chastity of their daughters.
These miserable murtad parents have no right to complain. They must accept the misconduct of the teachers. Parents, themselves, have plunged their daughters into the cauldrons of sexual immorality and villainy. They must not complain and look for scapegoats when the hayaa and chastity of their daughters are plundered. Their daughters will ride on their backs right into Jahannam on the Day of Qiyaamah. Both the parents and their daughters are Hasabu Jahannam (Fuel for Hell-Fire).
These parents are infinitely worse criminals than the miscreant teachers.

Ulama pursuing higher secular education
Q. I notice a growing trend among students studying in Ulooms. After becoming Aalims they pursue higher secular education, e.g. science, accounting, law. In most cases they give preference to the secular studies and the concomitant careers. Is this trend tenable in Islam?
A. They are not ‘Aalims’. They are Jaahils. These students are Signs of Qiyaamah. Among the Signs of Qiyaamah mentioned by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) is that “the dunya will be pursued and acquired with the amal of the Aakhirat.” Also, a Sign is “that the knowledge of the Deen will be acquired for purposes other than the Deen.” They are the similitude of khanaazeer (pigs) mentioned by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “He (i.e. the Ustaadh) who imparts Ilm (higher Deeni Ilm) to unfit persons is like one who garlands khanaazeer with pearls, diamonds and gold.” They are vile mercenaries. They are like the disgruntled and rebellious Yahood who complained to Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) about the Mann and Salwa which Allah Ta’ala daily made available for them miraculously whilst they were wandering in confusion and bewilderment, lost in the Valley of Teeh for 40 years. Instead of valuing and appreciating this food which came to them from the Heaven, they demanded lentils and onions. Hadhrat Musaa (Alayhis salaam) reprimanded them: “What! Do you want to exchange that which is best for that which is inferior?” These morons parading as Aalims, are worse than those Yahood who were tired of consuming the heavenly Mann and Salwa. These miserable molvis who should regret the day they were born, are exchanging the Deen, not food as Bani Israeel had done, for the carrion of the dunya. The Deen with its sacred Qur’aanic Ilm is a hobby for them. They are truly the khanaazeer mentioned in the Hadith.

Matric Certificate
NO NEED FOR DEGREES!!
A LAYMAN’S SOUND ADVICE FOR THE ULAMA. Brother Sahl writes…
I fully agree that a matric certificate should not be a requirement for admission into a Darul Uloom to become an Aalim of Deen. Our pious predecessors did not have no schooling and they became great flag bearers of Islaam. Our Aakabir Ulama excelled in every branch of knowledge without a matric. They ran huge madrasah’s, orphanages, welfare trusts, managed social issues, carried out JIhaad against the British rule in India and changed millions of lives for the better with no degrees and matric.
So these new ideas should not be allowed to continue. Every Aalim of Deen should speak out against it. One very senior Aalim of our Country who was a lecturer long time ago, correctly calls it his “unfortunate days”.
Personally, I know of many Ulama who have degrees. They are doing more harm to Deen and Muslims then good. They lack the spiritual link. They lack self-respect. They lack the ability to sacrifice. They lack simplicity and humbleness. Their bayaans are more with quotations and fancy and high words. They don’t even make proper Salaam.
Imagine becoming an Aalim and sitting in a room with half naked females and males and studying (contact session) and writing exams. What is the need for the degree? This bipolar mentality must be stopped in its tracks.
I am a graduate. After obtaining my degree and I started work, the company re-trained me to meet their standards. So how will these degrees help promote Deen? Some Degrees are just a piece of paper.
Some Ulama are joining these modernist individuals and are getting carried away with their warped mentality. This is affecting their pristine and pure knowledge and their thinking and vision. That is why to-day we see the following: some girls and boys doing hifz together in one class, some new Ulooms organising sport tournaments for their students, Ulama shirking their responsibilities and outsourcing their duties, refusing to teach in primary Madrasah’s and take on Imaamath responsibilities, wear designer kurtaas and those Salafi/ Wahabi gowns and deliver their lectures using the podiums, allow their wives to drive cars, attend un-Islamic weddings in halls, organise huge jalsas using public money and sit on the stage and listen to the master of ceremony (MC) and praising them.
Another sore point are these so called Qiraat competitions. One student who went all the way to winning the local finals and going to Saudi for the ultimate finals gave a very negative report of how the competition takes place in Saudi.
Over the years some Ulooms are dropping their standards just to increase the pass rate and show the number of Aalims and Qaaries that have qualified from their Ulooms.
It is time the senior Ulama e haqq sit down and come up with the correct criteria and requisites for establishing an Uloom and issuing an Aalim, Mufti and Qarie certificate.
The Ulama’s sole responsibility and concern should be to link the creation to the creator.
An Aalim is one who has full knowledge of the Quraan, Hadith, fiqh and other Islamic sciences and most important the spiritual knowledge and link. That is all that is needed. No need for matric and Degrees.

“Modern Western” Education???
THE SATANIC CALAMITY OF SECULAR EDUCATION
A Concerned Brother from Pakistan, explaining the evils of secular education, writes:
“In our times today, the only comfort I get is by reading your articles and books and turning towards the Salaf. Apart from this, everywhere I go it’s the same story. Majority of the ulama, shuyookh, it’s same. Dunia is muqaddam (has priority) over the Deen. I read that you said that you are not against secular education if the maahol (environment) is right, and that you against only mixed environment.

The problem is that this secular education in itself is anti-Islam. It is not some kind of mubah (permissible) knowledge. The characteristic of this education is to breed the
love of dunia (the world) and to make one forget Aakhirat. No matter how good the environment is. I’ll give you an example. Darul Uloom Korangi (Mufti Taqi’s Madrasah)
has opened a school called Hira Foundation. “Hira Foundation School is a division of renowned Jamia Darul Uloom Karachi. It is an excellent Cambridge based schooling system, in which we stand committed to offer value based education with a goal to spruce our children in accordance with Islamic value.” – hirafoundation.com.
The school is run by Mufti Taqi Usmani’s son. The website says: “Dr. Muhammad Imran
Usmani, son of Justice (Retd) Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani, holds an LLB, M. Phil, and Ph. D. in Islamic Finance and graduated as a scholar wi th specialization (Takhassus) in Islamic Fiqh and fatwa from Jamia Darul-Uloom, Karachi. Dr.Usmani is the head of Hira Foundation School, a project of Jamia Darul Uloom, Karachi, with a vision to provide
high quality education to its students with its unique blend of modern academics with Islamic teachings. (It is a Shaitaani blend, like blending milk with swine’s urine – (The Majlis) The aim is to develop its students in becoming staunch and practicing Muslims with strong Islamic and moral values. The school serves as a cultivating ground for Muslim children, providing educational services from Pre-school to University level.”
COMMENT BY THE MAJLIS
The donkey degrees of Dr. Usmani and also his title (doctor) are laughable jokes which have no significance in the Shariah. Such advertised moronic, donkey degrees
display the disequilibrium of the bearer’s brains. He is essentially a bootlicker of the western kuffaar, hence the stupid shaitaani attempt to cast Islam into a mould acceptable to his western masters. These molvis and their hybrid ‘unique blend’ of
education are signs of Qiyaamah. The Deen is no longer imparted for the Aakhirat. The Ilm of the Deen is pursued for worldly and nafsaani objectives. This is the objective
of the Hira school. Among the signs of Qiyaamah, the Hadith mentions that “Ilm will be taught for reasons other than the Deen” and “with the amal of the Aakhirat, the dunya will be pursued.” The vision of the Hira school is misguided, myopic, oblique and satanic. Continuing his letter, the Brother states:
“Coming Back to my point, secular education – its very conception is anti-Islam. I want to give you a small example. I have neighbours whose whole family is mureed of Hazrat
Hakeem Akhtar Sahib. After his death they turned to some khalifah of Hakeem Akhtar Sahib. The whole family is pardah daar (observers of purdah) and deeni. Not only the immediate family but also their uncles and cousins. Their 8 and 6 year old children study
in this Hira Foundation. The grandfather always brings his grandchildren for Namaz. One day I saw him alone. I asked him: “Where are your children?” He said they had
to do homework. I said: “Homework? You left jamaat for homework? It’s understandable for the 6 year old but the 8 year old?” (No, it is not understandable from the Islamic
perspective for even the 6 year old who was being brought regulalrly for Salaat. – (The Majlis) He said: “I told them (the women) to send the children, but they said they have to do homework.”
(In the Qur’aan, Allah Ta’ala says: “O People of Imaan! Some of your wives and children are your enemies. Beware of them!” – The Majlis)
Hazrat this incident is enough to show what this secular education is all about. Secular education’s conception is for money making, earning dunia. It’s teaching 8 years old that homework is more important than going to Masjid for namaz.” (End of the Brother’s letter)
COMMENT BY THE MAJLIS
The villainy of westerntype secular education in the form imparted and indoctrinated, does not stop at teaching 8 year olds that homework is more important than Namaaz.
It ruins Islamic morality (Akhlaaq-e-Hameedah) and eradicates Imaan.
Muslim students and their moron parents are indoctrinated to believe that writing secular exams is more important and imperative than Salaat and even Saum. Aqaaid are assigned to the realm of superstition and fairy tales.
A mockery is made of the Sunnah. When we say that secular education is permissible if the environment is proper, we do not restrict this permissibility to only purdah. Even if the institution is only for girls or only for boys, then too, the environment is haraam, hence pursuing the education in the haraam environment will be haraam.
The entire system has to be overhauled for the sake of permissibility.
The entire curriculum –all aspects of it – have to be Islamisized for it to be permissible. The whole syllabus is loaded with fisq, fujoor and kufr. The personnel manning these institutions are fussaaq, fujjaar and even kuffaar masquerading as Muslims.
Children being for years in the suhbat of such villains, emerge from these schools and universities as villains with disdain for the Deen and kufr in their hearts. No one emerges unscathed from these haraam institutions even if some manage to crawl out with their Imaan intact. Every molvi who pursued higher secular education for the acquisition of donkey degrees, assigns the Deen a secondary role. The Deen becomes the handmaid of their secular accomplishment, and will invariably be interpreted to be subservient to secular theories and concepts. All of them become bootlickers of the west. That is why they discern honour in donkey degrees. Secular education imposed on Muslims is the greatest achievement of the West. With this satanic education have they succeeded to install kufr governments in every Muslim land without exception.
May Allah Ta’ala save us from this colossal satanic calamity and curse.
