THE GLARING KUFR OF TAQI UTHMANI

The gravest danger for the Imaan of the masses is the deviation of the ulama. The factor which aggravates the danger which effaces Imaan, is the inherent evil of the nafs. The deviation of a senior scholar is generally appealing to the ignorant masses, modernists, deviates and the like on account of the appeal which baatil fatwas exercise on base and carnal nafsaani desire.

The zigzag fatwas of a deviate, mudhil mufti (one who misleads Muslims) are designed to soothe the palates of the juhala, the wealthy and the rulers. The moron, mudhil mufti’s objective is hub-e-maal (love for wealth) and hub-e-jah (love for name and fame). Jah brings in its wake the ill-gotten maal with which the mufti nourishes himself and his family oblivious of Maut constantly stalking him. In fact, he exhibits the attitudes of an atheist. He conducts himself as if there is no Omnipotent, Omnipresent Allah.

Taqi Uthmani has degenerated into a cesspool of kufr inequity. He is responsible for the destruction of the Imaan and Akhlaaq of countless jaahil Muslims whom he has misguided with his zigzag baatil fatwas. On the issue of the corona virus conspiracy, his kufr has become glaringly conspicuous. At the behest of his handlers in the Pakistani government whose miserable agent he is, he has issued a list of kufr protocols in furtherance of the Bill Gates agenda. It is our intention to respond and refute in some detail each kufr protocol with which this unfortunate, miserable mudhil mufti is advising the juhala masses.

Satanically acquitting himself on the hallucinated so-called ‘second wave’ of the covid mirage, Taqi Uthmani said:

“Many people linked to the Marasahs, Masjids.”

Allah Ta’ala says in His Glorious Kalaam: “The (physical) eyes are not blind. But the eyes within the breasts (hearts) are blind.”

Only a spiritually blinded heart – blinded by shaitaani manipulation – is capable of disgorging such kufr effluvium as the above statement which the mouth has excreted. What type of ‘mufti’ is the man who is ignorant or oblivious of the Qur’aanic declaration: “No person will die but with the permission (command) of Allah at the appointed time.”

Maut is by the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Sickness befalls a man at the command of Allah Ta’ala. Sickness is generally a prelude for the decreed Maut from which no one can escape. A world full of kuffaar protocols, a world full of precautions and a world full of moron atheists doctors, experts and scientist cannever succeed to delay Maut by a second.

Taqi Uthmani has singled out the Institutions of Allah Ta’ala (the Musaajid and the Madaaris), painting these august Institutions of the Deen with the kufr paint and swine brush of the atheists, to dessiminate among the juhala masses that the Musaajid and the Madaaris are ‘superspreaders’ of the Bill Gates Disease (BGD). Whilst Allah Ta’ala, speaking on the Tongue of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that calamities (including diseases) which descend from the heavens at Allah’s command, are diverted from the Musaajid, this most unfortunate mudhil mufti character, with implied refutation, states the exact opposite.

Furthermore, the moron speaks as if the epicentre of the hallucinated disease is the Musaajid and the Madaaris where Allah Ta’ala is worshiped and His Deen disseminated. He has no word of advice for the bazaars, malls, and other public venues where people congregate in mass congestion. His brains are directed only at the Musaajid and Madaaris. Only he knows how many dollars this satanic stance brings to his coffers.

If ‘many’ people linked to the Madaaris and Musaajid have died in recent months, how many more – much more – have perished all over the world at places totally unlinked with the Institutions of Allah Ta’ala? Where did the vast majority of so-called covid victims perish? Did they die in the Musaajid and Madaaris? Are they linked to the Musaajid/Madaaris? Are people linked to the Musaajid and Madaaris immune of Maut? Will they not die? Are they not expected to die? If some Muslims who are linked to the Musaajid / Madaaris die, is it proper, just and imperative to cackle about it as a hen does when she lays an egg?

What type of necrosistic disease has overtaken the brain which conjectures this stupid picture of death striking people because they are linked to the Musaajid and Madaaris. Have people who are linked to universities, banks, brothels, factories, malls, market-places, etc., etc., etc., not perished? The logic which Taqi Uthmani exhibits is the effect of Takhabbatush Shaitaan (Satanic manipulation of the brains), hence he has blurted out such stupid kufr statements and advices which testify to his deviance and satanism. Since he is linked to the capitalist riba banks, he miserably fails to understand any covid factor regarding such persons linked to banks. Only the spectre of the Musaajid and Madaaris looms up in his brain fossilized with satanism.

He has displayed disregard for Allah’s Command and Decree related to the death of people. In fact, every single act regardless of its ostensible insignificance is by the decree of Allah Ta’ala.

The manner of his stupid, shaitaani acquittal conveys the idea to the juhala that if those who had died had not been linked to the Musaajid and Madaaris they would still have been alive. This idea is blatant kufr. It is such kufr which can be expurgated only by Taubah and Renewal of Imaan. His haraam, kufr advice is a demonstration of a satanically disingenuous attempt to gratiate his handlers and cohorts – that he is diligently and adequately fulfilling the demands of the Bill Gates conspiracy in which the Pakistani government is a devilish cog whom Taqi Uthmani is serving.

He and his stupid supporters should divest their brains of the notion that his ‘seniority’ exempts him from the scrutiny of the Haqq. His baatil creed has effaced his Islamic seniority. He lays today sprawled in the cesspool of fisq and kufr inequity which the bestial nafs has created for him.

Insha-Allah, every flapdoodle argument he presents to justify his kufr acquittal shall be refuted and demolished in a series of articles.

ANGLICIZATION OF UK MAULVIS

UK WIFAAQUL ULAMA, NNB JAMIAT (FORDSBURG), MJC (CAPE TOWN), TAQI UTHMANI, REVEREND ABRAHAM BHAM, TAHA KARAAN, MENK AND OTHERS OF HIZBUSH SHAITAAN (THE LEGION OF IBLEES) ARE ALL PART OF

HIZBUSH SHAITAAN

A Brother from U.K. writes:

ANGLICIZATION OF UK MAULVIS

Anglicization of UK Maulvis

‘They have taken their scholars and monks for lords beside Allah Ta’ala.’ (Glorious Qur’an, 9:31)

Rasoolullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam stated, ‘Your leaders are a reflection of your deeds.’

It is the incumbent duty of every Muslims to consider all developments in life with an unbiased approach in light of the Moral Code of Glorious Qur’an, Hadeeth, Fiqh and rulings/ethos of our Salf-Saaliheen. In this context, many of the recent fatwas of UK Darul Iftaa’s are found wanting, mind-boggling, embarrassing, weird and way short of the high standards and Maslak of our Akabireen rahmatullahi alayhim and Darul Uloom Doband. The entire edifice and modus operandi of UK Muftis/Maulvis, Madaris, Tableegh Jamaat and Khanqaahs now reeks of bootlicking and appeasement to atheist and the apparently wealthy – just like the Ulama of Banu Isra’eel:

Recently, the call of UK Muftis for Masajid Closures, before the UK Government had announced closure for places of worship; secondly, their diktats for Madaris to unnecessarily close – at a time when schools continued to operate but local authorities and public health bodies transgressed beyond their remit to cajole these Chaplains to transfer onto online teaching and now, thirdly, the ultimate act of folly – for many Darul Ifta’s to quite unnecessarily legitimise, approve and promote the glut of Covid-19 Vaccines that have miraculously mushroomed.

What doubt is there in the haram nature of all these vaccines? For those enamoured with foreign ways, there is ample scientific/medical evidence published by even Western scientists to show the harms of almost all vaccines. It is palpably naïve and downright foolish, nay stupid in the extreme, to expect these multi-national pharmaceutical companies to release the exact ingredients of their vaccines – which by their own standards have not been tested or monitored over the usual period of time and have already proven to be fatal, with documented casualties.

A former (sic) UK Mufti, to pull wool over the eyes of lay people, has even allegorised the use of vaccines to the Sunnah act of cupping. This is sheer lunacy and blasphemy. In cupping, an impure substance (foul blood) is removed from the body – whilst in vaccination, impurities and a concoction of dangerous elements are introduced into the body. The same former Mufti even has the temerity to argue, ‘We don’t understand from where they got the details of the ingredients. The manufacturers have not yet given the details. How did the Mufti Saheb come to know of the contents?’ By his own admission, he does not have the ingredients (nobody does – they are commercial secret’s – government regulations are wildly flouted because these very pharmaceuticals have paid parliamentarians to enact ‘exemption laws’ granting them protection from liability). When the norm is for non-Muslim businesses and kufr entities to incline towards impurity (napaaki), then the de-facto response must be to assume they contain impure substance, unless we have 100% reliable information otherwise.

For UK Maulvis/Muftis to keep quoting the Korangi Mufti is disingenuous and paradoxically they are the ones bringing his name into disrepute. Recent example of well documented glaring errors by Darul Uloom Korangi include:

Granting Permissibility to Mastooraat to travel overseas without a Sharee Mahram.
To legitimise TV and participate in chat shows with non-mahram presenters.
To approve Riba-based Yahoodi Arabian finance by branding it as Islamic.
To approve and undertake those practices which are in diametric conflict with the Sunnah of Rasoolullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam, the Sahabah radhiyallahu anhum and generations of Akabireen, for example, eating off tables-chairs in their Madrasah.

Let us return to the shenanigans of UK Maulvis. Notice how they are silent and in tacit agreement to the removal of the Glorious Quran from our Masajid – yet dubious magazines and leaflets bearing names of these celebrity shaykhs are still promoted and distributed whilst the Qalaam of Allah Ta’ala is somehow to be viewed with trepidation and removed from public viewing – lest a reader catches something.

Our cartel of UK Maulvis proclaim blind observance (taqleed) of all such measures, even describing them as Waajib (compulsory), whereas some of these measures are not even mandatory – merely guidelines.

Which UK law says it is compulsory to close Ablution Areas and Toilets?

Which UK law says we must have ‘crosses’ marked on the Masjid Carpet?

Which UK law said we have to close down our Madaris – when UK Schools, Shops and a host of other Out-Of-School-Settings may continue to operate?

How many of the other UK laws do these Maulvis/Masjid Committees/Trustees adhere to?

Are they just as law-abiding when it comes to money-laundering, benefit claims, free medical prescriptions, regular overseas first-class trips, charity regulations, tax-returns, H&S, building and fire regulations, payment to staff/employees, etc, etc?

Are cash collections, gifts and payments to these visiting Shaykh’s declared?

When such glaring errors are highlighted – when their image of infallibility is rent asunder – their lackeys, bootlickers and hangers-on are the first to take umbrage and disparage the voice of Haqq.

Anti-Vax, anti-ulama, fitna-mongers, conspiracy theorists, extremists and a host of vitriolic hot-air is fired-back in an attempt to create a smoke-screen from the real issues – which is bootlicking of atheists and wanton disregard of the rulings of Deen. Why do these UK Maulvis/Muftis not respond to these charges with Sharee Daleel? Why do they hide behind the Korangi Mufti’s?

They, like the Bani Israeel Ulama before, use Deeni terms and names of globe-trotting Maulvis to befool a gullible public, dilute and water down Deeni Commands and serve the agendas of their atheist financiers. Servitude to the wealthy and atheist has so convoluted their brains, despite Deeni Maloomaat – they are no longer able to guide the Muslim Ummah.

Despite these Maulvis spending from 6-10 years in Madrassah, the majority graduate as incompetent, unable to undertake further in-depth study, research or commit themselves to teaching or any other service of Deen without perks. Almost all are drowned in love of this world (hubb-e-dunya); we are not talking about a reasonable residence, income, car and phone – their sights are now on mansions, executive cars, multiple holidays, latest mobile gadgets in multiple numbers and regular consumption of take-away junk. Attend any Masjid in a locality in UK synonymous with a large number of Huffaz/ Maulvis, one will be fortunate to observe a single other person from this profession besides the paid Imam.

Should all the blame go to the Maulvis? No, they are merely a reflection of the misdeeds of UK Muslims.

‘And do not barter my signs for a paltry price and take protection in Me alone. And do not mix truth and falsehood and do not knowingly hide the truth.’ (Glorious Qur’an, 2:42-43) (End of article)

THEY ARE ANGLICIZED AND SATANIZED!

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“The Saalihoon are departing (from this world in quick succession, one after the other. Then will remain only hufaalah (i.e. rubbish/flotsam/muck) such as the chaf of dates or barley. Allah will have no care whatsoever for them.”

Now there remain only the juhhaal who are “the worst of people under the canopy of the sky. From them emerge fitnah and the fitnah will rebound on them.” (Hadith)

Please advise regarding the books on Tasawwuf and spiritual advices by Mufti Taqi Usmani. Should I study these books?

QUESTION:

Please advise regarding the books on Tasawwuf and spiritual advices by Mufti Taqi Usmani. Should I study these books?

ANSWER:

Generally, the books on Tasawwuf authored by Mufti Taqi will be correct. However, we do not advise that his books should be studied. Although Mufti Taqi is an Aalim of the Deoband School of Thought, he has drifted from the Minhaaj of the Akaabir Ulama of Deoband. He has become a liberal.

His dalliance with the kuffaar capitalist bankers, and his association with the fussaaq and fujjaar rulers of Pakistan have desensitized his initial inhibitions to deviation and baatil. He mingles freely with the people of baatil. Having drifted from the Tareeqah of the Akaabir of Deoband, he has effectively become a bootlicker of the Pakistani government.

Association with kuffaar, fussaaq and fujjaar exercises a dangerously detrimental effect on Imaan. On this issue, Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) said:

“Nooraaniyat (spiritual light) is extinguished by association with kuffaar and fujjaar. In the wake of such association, zulmat (spiritual darkness) develops. The knowledge which emanates from the niches of Nubuwwat is adorned with Noor. On the contrary, what emerges from the heart of the faasiq is zulmat.”

When a man freely mingles and associates with kuffaar, fussaaq and fujjaar, then by imperceptible degrees his Imaan and Akhlaaq are eroded. Without him realizing, he becomes the victim of his nafs and shaitaan. The Haqq becomes blurred in consequence of the zulmat overwhelming his nooraaniyat which is ultimately displaced and extinguished. Then this Aalim joins the fraternity of the ulama-e-soo’ in whose gatherings, seminars and conferences he is at home. This is the fate that has overtaken Mufti Taqi to whom we all once upon a time looked up to and believed that he would be able to offer guidance, direction and solutions for the ills of the Ummah of this era. Alas! He has fallen from that lofty expected pedestal to the depths of bootlicking governments and kuffaar riba bankers of the West.

It is necessary to abstain from reading even his Tasawwuf books. Everything has an athr (impression/effect) which may be good or bad, beneficial or harmful. Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) said that even a book of Arabic grammar written by a faasiq should not be used for study since the fisq of the faasiq author permeating the book will exercise a spiritually and intellectually detrimental effect on the reader.

Mufti Taqi’s association with fussaaq/fujjaar rulers, kuffaar ribabankers and the ulama-e -soo’ fraternity is total. The satanic athr of this haraam association is his bootlicking of the Pakistani government, his displacement of the Sunnah from his Madrasah and his incremental liberalism. This evil metamorphosis which he has undergone as a result of the evil association is manifest in the jinnah hat he dons. The jinnah cap is the garb of fussaaq political rulers who have made Pakistan a kufr state from the very inception despite having bamboozled the then Ulama with the chimera of establishing an ‘Islamic’ state. He abandoned the simple Sunnah headgear of his Akaabir Deobandi predecessors for this hat of fussaaq who rule the land in accordance with the demands of the kufr laws of the West.

The zulmat of fisq and fujoor is manifest in Mufti Taqi’s haraam, most reprehensible act of kicking out from his Madrasah Rasulullah’s system of eating. Mufti Taqi displaced the Sunnah of eating on the floor, and introduced in its place western tables and chairs for all the students who are supposed to become Heirs of the Ambiya (Alayhimus salaam) – Wala houla wala quwwata!

He flirts with the capitalist kuffaar bankers, not for nothing. He flies in style at kuffaar expense to the West to legalize the riba products of the capitalist bankers. He unnecessarily indulges in haraam travelling styles to answer the call of the bankers in the West. On his unnecessary journeys, he reacts with the prostitute air-hostesses, taking contaminated food from their immoral hands. What athr does he expect from such association? In these haraam trips to the West he is not serving Islam and the Ummah. He serves the kuffaar capitalists, and what for? For the haraam boodle of tens of thousands of dollars which they pay for halaalizing their riba products. Mufti Taqi’s function is to provide by hook or crook Fiqhi arguments to halaalize the riba products. The bankers pay handsomely for such haraam services.

His total participation in Pakistan’s haraam independence day celebrations, and his lauding of accolades on the corrupt Pakistani authorities and portraying that evil state in glowing light display the effect which the zulmat is exercising on Mufti Taqi’s thinking. This topic shall be further pursued, Insha-Allah.

Although it pains us to criticize Mufti Taqi who is supposed to be a senior Aalim of Deoband, silence on his deviation will render us as “Dumb Shayaateen” in the words of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). There is the imperative need to forewarn the Ummah about his deviation so that Muslims are not deceived into deviation.

Furthermore, there is no need to read his books on Tasawwuf when the kutub of the Authorities of Tasawwuf are available in abundance. Read the kitaabs of Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi, Hadhrat Maulana Masihullah, Hadhrat Maulana Muhammad Zakariyyah and the books of Imaam Ghazaali (Rahmatullah alayhim). When the books of such noble masters of Tasawwuf are available, there is then no need to read the books of juniors, especially juniors who have strayed from the Path of their illustrious Masters.

MUFTI TAQI’S DEVIATION

Question:
Is the following view of Mufti Taqi correct:
According to him if the Muslim ruler in a Muslim country suspends Jumuah prayers because of some strong reason such as a medical reason or something like it, then the ruling of the Sultan applies. He says that it is written in Fataawa books such as Alamghiri that if the Muslim ruler suspends Jumuah prayer, then you have to pray Zuhr at home. Only those people are allowed to pray Jumuah at home who are living in nonMuslim countries where Jumuah is suspended at Masjids.” Is this view correct?

ANSWER
Mufti Taqi has taken
up residence in the domain of dhalaal (deviation) hence he has become adept in issuing one cent bunkum fatwas which he substantiates with Fiqhi and Hadith texts by misinterpretation to suit the whims of kuffaar rulers with whom he associates and whom he bootlicks. The texts in Alamghiri and other Kutub are not applicable to the kufr scenarios prevailing today in the context of the virus plot of the kuffaar. Pakistan has a decidedly kuffaar government. This kaafir government is not like a Sultan who governs by the Shariah. Furthermore, never in Islam’s history has any Sultan abolished Jumuah Salaat. No Sultan has suspended Jumuah as Mr.Taqi seeks to convey by deception to the ignorant masses. Mr.Taqi is satanically mis-applying the text of Alamghiri to provide kufr cover for the kufr shenanigans of the Pakistan government regarding the current virus panic. While according to the Shariah the kufr decree of the government has no validity, people will automatically abstain from Jumuah, not because of obedience to the kuffaar government, but on account of fear for the brutal persecution and oppression which will follow in the wake of defying the evil rulers whom Mr.Taqi is supporting at the cost of ruining his Imaan. There is no need for a fatwa to convince people to abstain from Jumuah in Napakistan or in any other country where Jumua has been banned, Fardh Salaat has been banned and the Musaajid closed down. A fatwa to abstain from Jumuah is superfluous and stupid. People of their own accord will not go to the Musaajid for fear of the brutality of the oppressive rulers and tyrants. The motive of these munaafiq molvis and stupid once cent ‘muftis’ for issuing fatwas to justify abstention from Jumuah and Fardh Salaat in the Musjid is only to curry favour with rulers and governments. They most disgracefully lick the boots of the kuffaar for the attainment of despicable nafsaani objectives. The ‘medical’ reason posited by Mr. Taqi is satanically spurious. There is absolutely no Shar’i validity for this bunkum reason urinated into the brains by the devil. The suggestion to perform Zuhr is another stupidity. Every Muslim, even the fussaaq and fujjaar, with the exclusion of the zindeeqs and munaafiqeen, is aware that when he is compelled by governmental oppression to forego Jumuah, he has to perform Zuhr since there is no other alternative. The stupid, kufr averment that “only those people are allowed to pray jumuah at home who are living in non-Muslim countries where jumuah is suspended at Masjids” clearly displays the malfunctioning of Mr. Taqi’s brains. In Pakistan/Napakistan where Jumuah has been banned by the kuffaar government on account of the virus bogey, the kuffaar rulers have done so in submission to their kuffaar, conspiratorial masters. So far, the haraam kufr order is the closure of the Musjids. The law has not banned performance of Salaat –any Salaat – at home. It is therefore satanically stupid for Mr. Taqi to claim that Jumuah Salaat while valid in homes in non-Muslim countries will not be valid in Pakistan. He displays egregious stupidity in this satanic ‘fatwa’. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Verily, I fear for my Ummah, the aimmah mudhilleen.” In another narration, our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) expressed greater fear for these deviate muftis and molvis – greater than fear for even Dajjaal.

PAKISTAN MOLVIS BETRAY ISLAM

PAKISTAN MOLVIS BETRAY ISLAM – BOOTLICK THE KUFFAAR

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“Soon will an era dawn when nothing of Islam will remain except its name. Nothing of the Qur’aan will remain except its text. The Musaajid will be ornate (beautifully adorned) structures but devoid of Hidaayat. The worst of the people under the canopy of the sky will be the ulama.

From them will emerge fitna, and the fitnah will rebound on them.”

Today that era predicted by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) has dawned. A Brother from Pakistan writes:

“The shameful character the Deobandi ulama of Pakistan have adopted in this corona virus episode is absolutely disgusting. Even the Barelwi Mufti Muneeb- ur-Rahman showed more ghairat (honour) than mufti Taqi Usmani and the rest of the Deobandi gang. (They are not Deobandis. They are cranks and bogus ‘deobandis’. They are worse than the Barelwi Qabar Pujaaris. They are traitors. They have sold Islam down the sewerage drain for the carrion of the dunya. They are the worst specimens of creation under the canopy of the sky. –The Majlis)

The ulama have finally accepted that Government has equal authority to Allah and His Rasool. Whatever the government says should be accepted. (They are ulama-e-soo’ of the worst kind. They are the agents of Iblees. They are bootlickers and lap up the najaasat-e-ghaleezah of the kuffaar rulers. The Pit in Jahannam known as Jubbul Huzn is the abode of these stercoroceous vermin who are an absolute disgrace to Islam and the Ummah. –The Majlis)

Thousands of Masjids have been literally locked. Supermarkets, bazaar and other places are open but Masjids are closed. The molvis accepted it. (The la’nat of Allah Ta’ala, of His Malaaikah and of mankind and animal-kind is on these shayaateenul ins –The Majlis)

The extent to which the molvis bootlick the government and have Imaan on science and doctors is also amazing. (They are not Muslims. They have no Imaan. Their nifaaq has been exposed by the corona Athaab of Allah Ta’ala. Their outer façade of the Deen is to hoodwink the masses and to parasitically extravsate money from people to fill their haraam coffers. Their Madrasahs and Deeni institutions are used by these vermin for worldly objectives. They are Signs of Qiyaamah. – The Majlis)

The worst thing is they have towed the WHO line and issued a fatwa that people older than 50 should not come to the Masjid. (They are munaafiqeen.  They are in the pursuit of haraam boodle, hence the kuffaar have become their ‘muftis’- The Majlis)

I was listening to these fatwas and press conferences of these molvis, no where do they ever mention death that those who are 60+ are already living a bonus life. They should come to Masjid, and if they die they will die as Shaheeds. But no! Molvis are heard saying that saving life is very important and I heard a senior molvi saying ‘jaan hai to jahan hai.’ (If you have life, then you have the world.)

(This scoundrel molvi is a zindeeq or perhaps an atheist. Life and death are the prerogatives of Allah Ta’ala. The Qur’aan Majeed says: “No person will die except at the appointed time with the command of Allah.” These scoundrel molvis have no Imaan on the Qur’aan. They have traded the Deen for the dunya for an extremely miserable price. – The Majlis)

I met a Tablighi who is over 75 years of age, in the Masjid wearing a mask. I said salaam and extended my hand for musafaha but he said: “No! No musafaha sorry.” I said to him its sad that at this age you are fearing death. If we young people fear death its somewhat understandable but you at this age and for 30+ years you have been teaching people “Imaan ki mehnat”.   It’s sad indeed.

(Although sad and lamentable, it is not surprising. The abject putrefied condition of the Ulama was predicted by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The molvis of today are the materialization of Rasulullah’s prediction. They are the worst destroyers of the Deen. They have placed shaitaan on vacation. –The Majlis)

When our Masjid was still open, 90% of the old people 60+ had vanished. They are sitting in isolation and quarantine as if they will never die. Even the regular namazis have vanished. (Dictated to by the kuffaar, they bootlick and demonstrate their kufr. This is the proof for their lack of Imaan. All these hidden kuffaar are now surfacing – The Majlis)

I am attaching the press release of the government regarding Masjids and a diagram how people will stand 6ft apart. And Mufti Taqi Usmani’s twitter statements, and how he is happy that WHO (World Health Organization) has released guidelines for Masjids. (On the Day of Qiyaamah they will be resurrected with these WHO kuffaar whom they are today bootlicking. The Taqi character is the arch-bootlicker and mudhil in the world. –The Majlis)

These ulama are happy that they feel that they have succeeded in ‘opening’ Masjids and that they have won.  In fact, they have utterly disgraced the Muslims by accepting stupid conditions. (The kuffaar prescribed conditions are an utter disgrace. These molvis have no shame. Truckling at the boots of the kuffaar is for them honour and respect. – The Majlis)

My questions are:

(1)  Should I go to the Masjid and pray in this 6ft part style? It seems like making fun of Namaaz and Masjid. I feel its better to pray alone rather than praying in this stupid fashion which I believe invokes the la’nat of Allah Ta’ala.

(2) Secondly, should I pray Taraweeh in this stupid fashion or pray at home?

JazakAllah khair.  Was-salaam”

OUR RESPONSE TO THE BROTHER

May Allah Ta’ala protect our Imaan.  We do not know what the morrow holds for us. The Mashaaikh say: “Imaan is suspended between fear and hope.”

“Disgusting” is too mild a term to describe the khanaazeer molvis mentioned by you. In fact, they are worse than khanaazeer. Pigs do not harm our Imaan, but these human devils ruin and destroy the Imaan of the juhala (ignoramuses). Thy are rotten bootlickers of the kuffaar. They are NOT Deobandis. They are worse than the Qabar Pujaaris. They are the illegitimate progeny of Iblees.

The character who had pretended to be the ‘grand mufti’ of Pakistan is a sell-out, a vile traitor who has betrayed Allah Ta’ala, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the Ummah. The dunya and shaitaan have embraced him totally. This Taqi character is a great danger for the Imaan of the ignorant masses. They are accursed vermin, the worst under the canopy of the sky.  The answers to your questions are:

1) The kuffaar-advised spacing of the Salaat sufoof is HARAAM. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) commanded: “Taraas-soo” (Stand shoulder to shoulder). Even a small gap between two musallis is filled by shaitaan.  The kufr spacing has brought in numerous shayaateen into the Musaajid. Every musallis has several devils alongside him.

This spacing is not only haraam. It is kufr since the kuffar-advised system has been acquired from the kuffaar and has been adopted to displace the Waajib Masnoon practice. The Salaat performed in the clownish manner is a mockery and is NOT VALID.

2)   Perform Salaat at home. Do not demean yourself standing stupidly like a devil and a clown in the kuffaar style. It is a kufr mockery of Salaat.  If you are able to call some brothers, then perform Jamaat at home. If not, then perform alone.

3)  Taraaweeh too should be performed at home. Do not join the stupid, devilish mockery in the Musjid. During the day time when all the devils  have left, i.e. before the Salaat times, go to the Musjid, sit in Nafl I’tikaaf for a few minutes, and perform some Nafl so that on the Day of Qiyaamah the Musjid will testify regarding your presence in the Musjid.

Brother, we are yet to see worse kufr, fisq and fujoor in the Musaajid. The Musaajid invoke the La’nat of Allah Ta’ala on these vile vermin.

A BUNKUM HARAAM ‘FATWA’ OF MR. TAQI USMANI

Fatwa Of Mr. Taqi Usmani30032020

A BUNKUM HARAAM ‘FATWA’ OF MR. TAQI USMANI

Question:
Is the following view of Mufti Taqi correct:
According to him if the Muslim ruler in a Muslim country suspends Jumuah
prayers because of some strong reason such as a medical reason or
something like it, then the ruling of the Sultan applies. He says that it is
written in Fataawa books such as Alamghiri that if the Muslim ruler
suspends Jumuah prayer, then you have to pray Zuhr at home. Only those
people are allowed to pray Jumuah at home who are living in non-Muslim
countries where Jumuah is suspended at Masjids.” Is this view correct?
ANSWER
Mufti Taqi has taken up residence in the domain of dhalaal (deviation) hence
he has become adept in issuing one cent bunkum fatwas which he substantiates
with Fiqhi and Hadith texts by misinterpretation to suit the whims of kuffaar
rulers with whom he associates and whom he bootlicks.
The texts in Alamghiri and other Kutub are not applicable to the kufr scenarios
prevailing today in the context of the virus plot of the kuffaar.
Pakistan has a decidedly kuffaar government. This kaafir government is not
like a Sultan who governs by the Shariah. Furthermore, never in Islam’s
history has any Sultan abolished Jumuah Salaat. No Sultan has suspended
Jumuah as Mr.Taqi seeks to convey by deception to the ignorant masses.
Mr.Taqi is satanically mis-applying the text of Alamghiri to provide kufr cover
for the kufr shenanigans of the Pakistan government regarding the current
virus panic. While according to the Shariah the kufr decree of the government
has no validity, people will automatically abstain from Jumuah, not because of

obedience to the kuffaar government, but on account of fear for the brutal persecution and oppression which will follow in the wake of defying the evil
rulers whom Mr.Taqi is supporting at the cost of ruining his Imaan.
There is no need for a fatwa to convince people to abstain from Jumuah in
Napakistan or in any other country where Jumua has been banned, Fardh
Salaat has been banned and the Musaajid closed down. A fatwa to abstain from
Jumuah is superfluous and stupid. People of their own accord will not go to the
Musaajid for fear of the brutality of the oppressive rulers and tyrants.
The motive of these munaafiq molvis and stupid once cent ‘muftis’ for issuing
fatwas to justify abstention from Jumuah and Fardh Salaat in the Musjid is
only to curry favour with rulers and governments. They most disgracefully lick
the boots of the kuffaar for the attainment of despicable nafsaani objectives.
The ‘medical’ reason posited by Mr.Taqi is satanically spurious. There is
absolutely no Shar’i validity for this bunkum reason urinated into the brains by
the devil.
The suggestion to perform Zuhr is another stupidity. Every Muslim, even the
fussaaq and fujjaar, with the exclusion of the zindeeqs and munaafiqeen, is
aware that when he is compelled by governmental oppression to forego
Jumuah, he has to perform Zuhr since there is no other alternative.
The stupid, kufr averment that “only those people are allowed to pray jumuah
at home who are living in non-Muslim countries where jumuah is suspended at
Masjids” clearly displays the malfunctioning of Mr.Taqi’s brains.
In Pakistan/Napakistan where Jumuah has been banned by the kuffaar
government on account of the virus bogey, the kuffaar rulers have done so in
submission to their kuffaar, conspiratorial masters. So far, the haraam kufr
order is the closure of the Musjids. The law has not banned performance of
Salaat – any Salaat – at home. It is therefore satanically stupid for Mr.Taqi to
claim that Jumuah Salaat while valid in homes in non-Muslim countries will
not be valid in Pakistan. He displays egregious stupidity in this satanic ‘fatwa’.
Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:
“Verily, I fear for my Ummah, the aimmah mudhilleen.”
In another narration, our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) expressed greater
fear for these deviate muftis and molvis – greater than fear for even Dajjaal.

The Month Of Rajab

by Mufti Muhammad Taqi al-Uthmani (Principal Of Darul ‘Uloom Karachi)
Rajab is the seventh month in the Islamic lunar calendar. This month was regarded as one of the sacred months (Al-Ash-hur-al-hurum) in which battles were prohibited in the days of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam). It is also a prelude to the month of Ramadan, because Ramadan follows it after the intervening month of Sha’ban. Therefore, when the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) sighted the moon of Rajab, he used to pray to Allah in the following words:

“O Allah, make the months of Rajab and Sha’ban blessed for us, and let us reach the month of Ramadan (i.e. prolong our life up to Ramadan, so that we may benefit from its merits and blessings).”

No specific way of worship has been prescribed by the Shari’ah in this month. However, some people have invented some special rituals or practices in this month, which are not supported by reliable resources of the Shari’ah or are based on some unauthentic traditions. We would like to explain their correct position and status in Islam hereunder:

1. Celebration of Lailatul Mi’raj

It is generally believed that the great event of Mi’raj (ascension of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) to the heavens) took place in the night of 27th of Rajab. Therefore, some people celebrate the night as “Lailatul- Mi’raj” (the night of ascension to heavens).

Indeed, the event of mi’raj was one of the most remarkable episodes in the life of our beloved Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam). He was called by Almighty Allah. He traveled from Makkah to Baitul-Maqdis and from there he ascended the heavens through the miraculous power of Allah.
He was honored with a direct contact with his Creator at a place where even the angels had no access. This was the unique honor conferred by Allah to the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) alone. It was the climax of the spiritual progress which is not attained by anybody except him. No doubt the night in which he was blessed with this unparalleled honor was one of the greatest nights in the history of this world.

But, Islam has its own principles with regard to the historic and religious events. Its approach about observing festivals and celebrating days and nights is totally different from the approach of other religions. The Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) did not prescribe any festival or any celebration to commemorate an event from the past, however remarkable it might have been. Instead, Islam has prescribed two annual celebrations only. One is Eid-ul-Fitr and the other is Eid ul-Adha. Both of these festivals have been fixed at a date on which the Muslims accomplish a great ‘ibadah (worship) every year. Eid-ul-Fitr has been prescribed after the fasts of Ramadan, while Eid-ul-Adha has been fixed when the Muslims perform the Hajj annually. None of these two eids is designed to commemorate a particular event of the past which has happened in these dates. This approach is indicative of the fact that the real occasion for a happy celebration is the day in which the celebrators themselves have accomplished remarkable work through their own active effort. As for the accomplishments of our ancestors, their commemoration should not be restricted to a particular day or night. Instead, their accomplishments must be remembered every day in the practical life by observing their teachings and following the great examples they have set for us.

Keeping this principle in view, the following points should be remembered with regard to the “Lailatul-mi’raj”:

1) We cannot say with absolute certainty on which night the great event of mi’raj took place. Although some traditions relate this event to 27th night of the month of Rajab, yet there are other traditions that suggest other dates. Al-Zurqani (Rahimahullah), the famous biographer of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) has referred to five different views in this respect: Rabi-ul-Awwal, Rabi-u-Thani, Rajab, Ramadan and Shawwal. Later, while discussing different traditions, he has added a sixth opinion, that the mi’raj took place in the month of Zulhijjah.

Allamah Abdul-haq Muhaddith Dehlawi (Rahimahullah), the well-known scholar of the Indian subcontinent, has written a detailed book on the merits of Islamic months. While discussing the ‘Lailatul-mi’raj’ has mentioned that most of the scholars are of the view that the event of mi’raj took place in the month of Ramadan or in Rabi-ul-awwal.

2) It is also not known in which year the event of Mi’raj took place. The books of history suggest a wide range between the fifth-year and the twelfth year after the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) was entrusted with prophethood.

Now, if it is assumed that the event of Mi’raj took place in the fifth year of his prophethood, it will mean that the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) remained in this world for eighteen years after this event. Even if it is presumed that the mi’raj took place in the twelfth year of his prophethood, his remaining life-time after this event would be eleven years. Throughout this long period, which may range between eleven years and eighteen years, the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) never celebrated the event of mi’raj, nor did he give any instruction about it. No one can prove that the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) ever performed some specific modes of worship in a night calling it the ‘Lailatul-mi’raj’ or advised his followers to commemorate the event in a particular manner.

3) After the demise of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) also, no one of his companions is reported to celebrate this night as a night of special acts of worship. They were the true devotees of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) and had devoted their lives to preserve every minute detail of the sunnah of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) and other Islamic teachings. Still, they did not celebrate the event of mi’raj in a particular night in a particular way.

All these points go a long way to prove that the celebration of the 27th night of Rajab, being the lailatul-mi’raj has no basis in the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) or in the practice of his noble companions. Had it been a commendable practice to celebrate this night, the exact date of this event would have been preserved accurately by the Ummah and the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) and his blessed companions would have given specific directions for it.

Therefore, it is not a Sunnah to celebrate the Lailatul-mi’raj’. We cannot declare any practice as a sunnah unless it is established through authentic sources that the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) or is noble Companions have recognized it as such, otherwise it may become a bid’ah about which the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) has observed in the following words: “Whoever invents something in our religion which is not a part of it, it is to be rejected.”

Being mindful of this serious warning, we should understand that the 27th night of the month of Rajab is not like ‘Lailatul-qadr’ or ‘Lailatul-bara’ah’ for which special merits have been mentioned expressly by, either the Holy Qur’an or by the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam).

However, all the recognized modes of ‘ibadah (worship) like Salat, recitation of the Holy Qur’an, dhikr, etc. are commendable any time, especially in the late hours of night, and obviously the 27th night of Rajab is not an exception. Therefore, if someone performs any recognized ‘ibadah in this night from this point of view nothing can stop him from doing so, and he will be entitled to the thawab (reward allocated for that recognized ‘ibadah insha-Allah.) But it is not permissible to believe that performing ‘ibadah in this night is more meritorious or carries more thawab like ‘Lailatul-qadr’ or ‘Lailatul-bara’ah’ because this belief is not based on any authentic verse or on a sunnah of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam). Similarly, it is not a correct practice to celebrate this night collectively and to invite people to special ritual congregations.

4) Some people suggest some special modes of worship to be performed in this night. Since no special mode of worship is prescribed by the Shari’ah in this night, these suggestions are devoid of any authority and should not be acted upon.

It is believed by some that the Muslims should fast on the 27th of Rajab. Although there are some traditions attributing special merits to the fast of this day yet the scholars of hadith have held these traditions as very weak and unauthentic reports which cannot be sufficient to establish a rule of Shari’ah. On the contrary, there is an authentic report that Sayyiduna ‘Umar, Radi-Allahu anhu used to forbid people from fasting on this day, rather, he used to compel them to eat if they had started fasting.

It should be borne in mind here that a “nafl” fast can be observed any day (except the six prohibited days of the year); therefore, fasting on 27th of Rajab is not prohibited in itself. What is prohibited is the belief that fasting on this day is more meritorious than fasting in other normal days. One should not fast on this day with this belief. But if someone fasts therein, believing it to be a normal nafl fast, there is no bar against it.

Sacrifice (qurbani) in the month of Rajab

In the days of ignorance (jahiliyyah) the Arabs used to offer the sacrifice of a goat in the month of Rajab. This sacrifice used to be called ‘Ateerah or Rajabiyyah. This sacrifice was offered in the name of different so-called gods and their icons. In the beginning of Islam, this custom was retained, but the Muslims modified it by offering the sacrifice of ‘Ateerah in the name of Allah instead of the false gods. But finally, this custom was abandoned and the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) prohibited the offering of ‘Ateerah. In a tradition of Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, Radi-Allahu anhu, reported by both al-Bukhari and Muslim, the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) has said: “Far’ is nothing and ‘Ateerah is nothing.”

Abu Hurairah, Radi-Allahu anhu, has explained in the same tradition that Far’ was the first child of a she-camel. Whenever a she-camel delivered its first child, the Arabs used to sacrifice it in the name of their so-called gods, while the ‘Ateerah was a goat used to be sacrificed in the month of Rajab. Since the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) stopped both these customs, ‘Ateerah is no longer a recognized practice.

‘Umrah in the month of Rajab

Ibn ‘Abidin (Rahimahullah), the well-known scholar of the Islamic jurisprudence, has mentioned that the people of Makkah (in his days) used to perform ‘umrah in the month of Rajab. Perhaps they believed that performing ‘umrah in this month is more meritorious than in other months. Then Ibn Abidin himself has rejected the authenticity of this practice, because no tradition of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) is found to this effect. Conversely Sayyidah ‘Aishah, Radi-Allahu anha, has expressly negated the presumption by saying that the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) never performed an ‘umrah in the month of Rajab. (Sahih Muslim 1:409)

However, Ibn ‘Abidin (Rahimahullah) has quoted a narration that ‘Abdullah ibn Zubair, Radi-Allahu anhu, completed the renovation of Ka’bah shortly before 27th of Rajab, and as a sign of gratefulness he performed ‘umrah and slaughtered some animals. But this report cannot form the basis of a recognized annual practice, firstly because the report is not very authentic, and secondly because it does not mention that Abdullah ibn Zubair, Radi-Allahu anhu, had adopted it as a continuing practice. At the most, he performed ‘umrah once as a sign of gratefulness on the completion of Ka’bah. It does not mean that he performed it as a characteristic of the month of Rajab. Therefore, performing ‘Umrah in this month is like performing it in any other month and no special merit can be attached to it merely because it has been performed in the month of Rajab.

The Salat of “Ragha’ib”

Another special mode of worship attributed by some people to this month is the Salat of Raghai’b. According to the custom of such people, this Salat is performed in the night of first Friday of the month of Eajab. The Salat of Raghaib is said to consist of twelve rak’ats to be performed in pairs with six salams, and in each rak’at the surah al-qadr is recited three times followed by the Surah-al-ikhlas. This type of Salat is also not based on any sound source of Shari’ah. Therefore, almost all the jurists and scholars of Shari’ah have held that the Salat of Raghaib is a baseless practice and it is not permissible to treat it as a recognized practice of this month. It is true that there is a tradition, narrated by Razin (Rahimahullah), the author of a book of hadith, which attributes the origin of this practice to the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) but almost all the scholars of the science of hadith have held it to be absolutely unauthentic. Therefore, no importance can be attached to it.

Distribution of Breads:

Another baseless practice in the month of Rajab is that the people bake special types of breads and, after reciting some verses and prayers on them, distribute them among their friends and neighbors. This custom has two different shapes.

1) In some communities, this custom is celebrated on 17th of Rajab on the assumption that Sayyiduna Ali, Radi-Allahu anhu, was born on 11th of Rajab and the 17th of Rajab is the day on which his ‘Aqiqa (Shaving of his head) was performed. In order to celebrate this happy event, the breads of some special type are prepared and after reciting Surah Al-Mulk on them, they are distributed among the relatives and friends. These breads are generally called “breads of Tabarak” because Surah Al-Mulk is usually recited on them.

This practice is baseless because it is never proved that Sayyiduna Ali, Radi-Allahu anhu, was born on 11th of Rajab or that his Aqiqa was performed on 17th of this month and, as explained earlier, even if these events are proved to have happened in those days, their commemoration through these specific rituals is not warranted by the Shari’ah.

2) A more common practice of this type is observed on 22nd of Rajab whereby some breads and meals of a special type are prepared and distributed among the people. Since these special meals are usually placed in some bowls made of clay, the custom is usually known as “Koonda”, an Urdu equivalent of such bowls. It is usually believed that the custom is designed to make ‘isal-al-thawab to the soul of Sayyiduna Jafar Al-Sadiq who himself has directed his followers to observe this custom and has promised them that whoever observes it, his desires will be fulfilled.

All these assumptions also have no basis at all, neither historically, nor according to the principles of Shari’ah. In fact, the date of 22nd of Rajab has no concern whatsoever with Sayyiduna Jafar al-Sadiq, Rahimahullah. According to the historians, he was born on 8th of Ramadan 80 A.H. and died in Shawwal 148 A.H. No specific event of the life of Sayyiduna Jafar al-Sadiq is proved to have happened on this date. The people believing in the custom refer to a coined story mentioned in an unauthentic book named “Dastaan-e-Ajeeb”.

Briefly stated, the gist of the story is that a poor woodcutter lived in Madinah in the days of Jafar Al-Sadiq. He went abroad to earn his livelihood. His wife was employed in the house of the Prime Minister. Once she was cleaning the courtyard of the Prime Minister when Sayyiduna Jafar al-Sadiq passed by her. It was 22nd of Rajab. He advised her to bake some breads of a special type and make ‘isal-al-sawab to him. According to this story, he promised her that if her desire is not fulfilled after this practice, she can catch hold of him at the doom’s day. On hearing this, the woman made a vow that if her husband will come back with a considerable amount of wealth, she will observe the custom of “Koonda”. On the same day her husband, who was in another country, found a valuable treasure in the earth and came back with it to Madinah where he established himself as a rich man and started living in a magnificent castle. When his wife told the story to the wife of the Prime Minister, she disbelieved her and because of this disbelief, she and her husband, the Prime Minister, were punished by Allah. He was removed by the king from the prime minister-ship and was imprisoned in a jail and was ordered to be hanged. While being in the prison, the wife of the Prime Minister remembered that she had disbelieved the story of Jafar al-Sadiq told to her by her maidservant and their misery might be the punishment of their disbelief. On this point, she and her husband repented before Allah and made a vow to observe the custom of “Koonda”, if they are released from the jail. After they made such a vow, the whole scenario of the events changed suddenly. The king released the Prime Minister from the jail and reinstated him on his former position.

As can be seen by any reasonable person, this story is totally forged on the face of it. The person who has coined this story did not even know that Madinah had never a king nor a Prime Minister. All the Muslim rulers were named as caliphs and had no Prime Minister at all. In the days of Umayyads, their capital was Damascus and in the days of Abbasids, their permanent seat was in Baghdad.

It is ironic that the story of such a woodcutter is not even known to anybody in Madinah, nor in any city of the Arab countries. No Arabic book has ever referred to it. It has no mention except in an Urdu book ‘Dastaan-e-Ajeeb’, the author of which is unknown. One can easily see that a custom based on such a fallacious and mythical story can never be an Islamic custom. Islam has always been far away from such superstitions.

Therefore, this baseless custom should completely be avoided by true Muslims. Some historians have opined that in fact, this custom has been coined by some Shi’ites because the date of 22nd of Rajab is the date of the demise of Sayyidna Mu’awiyah whom they take as their biggest enemy. They took that date as a happy occasion and made the Sunni Muslims also to celebrate it on the pretext of the above-mentioned story.

Be that as it may, it is evident that such customs have crept into the Muslim society by their long association with Hindus who commemorate different historical events of their religion in the like manner. The Muslims must be careful about these customs because they are not only an invention of ignorance but also the imitation of non-Muslims in their religious rituals. No doubt the “‘isal-al-thawab’ to the soul of a deceased Muslim, and particularly to a pious person is not only permissible but also a commendable practice but the Shari’ah has not prescribed a particular date, nor a particular mode to do so. If someone wants to make “‘isal-al-thawab” to Sayyiduna ‘Ali, Radi-Allahu anhu, or to Ja’far al-Sadiq, he can do it any day and by performing any act of worship, like Salat, fast, Sadaqah, dhikr etc. There is no reason why it should be restricted to a special type of meal or bread distributed on a particular date. What makes this practice worse is the fact that the people accustomed to this practice deem it as necessary as a fard (obligation); rather they treat it as more necessary than fard because they do not care to perform the obligatory Salat or to fulfill the rights of men obligated on them, but they are very strict and punctual to perform these activities. Moreover, if a person does not observe this practice, they reproach him and call him with bad names. Such behavior makes this custom a bid’ah which is condemned by the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wa Sallam) as a misguidance. Therefore, Muslims must abandon all such practices and should not cling to it only because it has been the practice of their society for many years. A Muslim is supposed to follow the dictates of Shari’ah and not the practice of the society, especially if it violates any of its principles.

Conclusion

The upshot of the above discussion is that the Shari’ah has not prescribed any specific way to observe the month of Rajab or to perform a specific mode of worship or a ritual in any one of its dates. However, being a prologue to the month of Ramadan, it should be availed of for preparing oneself for Ramadan and one should pray Allah to make him reach the blessed month and to benefit from its unique merits.

Mufti Taqi Usmani tops Muslim500 list of 2020

The Muslim500 published its revered list of the world’s 500 most influential Muslims. Pakistan’s Mufti Taqi Usmani topped the list, having previously been placed 6th on the 2019 list. [1]

The annual publication, first released in 2009, is compiled by the Royal Islamic Strategic Studies Centre in Jordan, commemorating influential Muslims from all around the world.

The publication’s definition of “influential” refers to “any person who has the power (be it cultural, ideological, financial, political, or otherwise) to make a change that will have a significant impact on the Muslim World.” [2]

Given the title of ‘Mufti Justice Imam Sheikh-ul-Islam’ by his teacher, Mawlana Sahban Mahmood, Mufti Taqi Usmani is a well-respected Sunni Hanafi scholar from Pakistan. He served as a judge on the Federal Shariah Court of Pakistan from 1981 to 1982 and the Shariah Appellate Bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan between 1982 and 2002. [3]

Having turned 76-years-old yesterday, he remains a leading intellectual scholar for the Deobandis, particularly in Islamic finance. According to Muslim500, he has taught over ten thousand students at the Darul ‘Uloom in Karachi.

Alongside Pakistani counterpart and Prime Minister Imran Khan, who also featured on the list in addition to being named the publication’s ‘man of the year’, Mufti Taqi has been involved for many years in ensuring the Islamic character in Pakistan laws, and continues to justify many of Islam’s forgotten practices today.

With the ongoing crisis in Kashmir, he did not remain silent, voicing his concern towards the UAE who granted President Modi their highest award, saying:

“Woe to the biggest killer of thousands of Muslims, the person who has occupied the lands of thousands of Muslims, who made Kashmir a prison for Ahl-Kashmir (people of Kashmir), due to which the largest massacre of Muslims is going on in Kashmir. Such a man was awarded the award by a Muslim Arab country. Oh this remorse! Oh this shame!”

Other prominent Muslim figures featured on the list were Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan (#6) and imprisoned Saudi Scholar, Sheikh Salman Al-Ouda (#10) – may Allah grant him ease.
