“Today I visited the august office of my beloved teacher his Excellency Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani and raised a question about the Shariah permissibility of cryptocurrency trading since currently its use is trending for business purposes. So much so that it is becoming the basis for the creation of various financial institutions, and many countries are in the process of regulating it on a state level. So in the current scenario how should the Shariah scholars guide people who are continuously enquiring about its Shariah status?” (May 10, 2021)

Answered by Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani:

“For now we are not satisfied with it. It is mostly being used for speculative purposes. Personally, I won’t recommend it; rather it seems to be impermissible in principle. However, it could happen that in future its use may expand for real trade and we might have to revisit the current decision.

There’s no doubt that this currency is speculative in nature. Even its mass use is not likable either from a Shariah perspective…Initially, paper currency was enforced and now the world is being pushed towards digital currency, which isn’t backed by an asset. The near future plan is maybe to make the economies dependent on these, and subsequently these money masters will financial enslave the weaker economies. Therefore, we cannot encourage it and, as per fiqh, there’s no sound ground devised till yet to grant its permissibility.”

THE KUFR PROTOCOLS AND THE KUFR BRAINS OF THE PAPSMEAR MORON MUFTIS OF PAKISTAN’S WIFAQUL MADARIS

At the outset, we clarify that the target of the Shariah’s critique in this article is not Wifaaqul Ulama of S.A. We are not aware of the local Wifaaqul Ulama’s stance pertaining to the host of kufr covid protocols which the Pakistani Wifaaqul Ulama have lapped up from the disgorgement of kufr excreted by the Zanaadaqah and Munaafiqeen doctors of the western medical establishment. Until such time that the local Wifaaqul Ulama has not clarified its stance,  the criticism herein is directed at the RUBBISH so-called “grand mufti” and so-called “shaikhul islam”, and other members of this  miserable outfit of Ulama-e-Soo’ of  the Pakistani sell-out outfit  called  “Wifaqul Madaaris” or Wifaqul Ulama.

It their presentation of ‘guidelines’ of kufr, these most vile molvis sinking in their cesspool of kufr inequity have proffered the following haraam/kufr ta’leemaat to the Ummah:

“The following guidelines and precautionary measures are suggested for protection from Corona Virus:

• Use a mask in public places

• Wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds

• Maintain social distance

• Imams should shorten the congregational prayers and Jummah sermons

• Imams should speak about these guidelines during lectures

• Wedding ceremonies should be postponed, if not, then they should be conducted in the simplest of manners following the Sunnah, with no huge gatherings

• Avoid using carpets in Masajid

• Clean the Masajid regularly with chlorine

• People should be urged to perform Wudhu at home and carry a prayer mat

• Sunnah and Nawafil prayers should be prayed at home

• The Saff must be arranged in such a manner that there is a gap of at least 3 feet between musallees.

• Avoid crowding up, rubbing shoulders and touching the face

• Positive cases of Covid and those having the symptoms like coughing, sneezing, fever should avoid attending the Masjid.”

Each and everyone of these satanic ‘guidelines’ is an act of kufr – such kufr which expels one from the fold of Islam. As for daleel for their kufr, it is clearer than daylight that the stunts and shenanigans of these molvis are all the products of their kuffaar and zanaadaqah superiors whose boots and hinds they are licking for worldly and nafsaani objects.

What these RUBBISH (GHUTHAA’) molvis, are propagating is part of a massive, sinister plot to demolish Islam by the western kuffaar. But these molvis are too dense in their brains to understand and see through the satanic plot in the making. Their brains have become satanically convoluted with the mess of the filth of papsmear najaasat which they are also condoning. This cartel of ulama-e-soo’ comes fully within the glare of the Hadith:

“Soon will there dawn an age when nothing of the Qur’aan will remain except its text; nothing of Islam will remain except its name; the musaajid will be beautiful ornate structures but bereft of guidance; the worst of the people under the canopy of the sky will be their ulama. From these (rotten, rubbish) ulama will emanate fitnah, and the fitnah will rebound on them.”

A Buzrug commented that under the ‘canopy of the sky’ are also the Yahood, Nasaara, Mushrikeen, dogs and pigs. Thus, these vile ulama whose brains are vermiculated with the najaasat (filth) of papsmear, have absolutely no qualms about propagating clear kufr in the Name of Allah Ta’ala. Just imagine the villainy of these villainous molvis! They condone and promote such acts which are glaringly nugatory of the express and emphatic Ta’leemaat of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam).

The Sunnat-e-Baidhaa’- the glittering, glorious Sunnah of our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) is in front of us. He practically demonstrated how Muslims should conduct themselves during a plague. The Sunnah is not antique to be shoved on some satanic shelf to accumulate kufr dust. This glittering Sunnah is Islam. It is the Final, the Perfect and the Most Beautiful pattern of life which Allah Ta’ala has made Fardh for this Ummah to follow. But these molvis with papsmear brains are murdering the Deen. They are out to demolish Islam by having enrolled themselves as members of the Bill Gates, Pharma & Devil conspiracy. But, never will they accomplish the satanic goal of extinguishing Islam, for Allah Azza Wa Jala Himself has undertaken the obligation of preserving Islam intact until the Day of Qiyaamah. In this regard the Qur’aan Majeed states:

“Verily, We have revealed the Thikr (the Qur’aan/the Deen of Islam), and verily We are its protectors.”

“They conspire to extinguish the Noor of Allah with their mouths while Allah will complete (and perfect) His noor (His Deen) even if the kaafiroon (and their molvi helpers) abhor it.”

Let the Ummah know, understand well and remember that:

1) It is haraam to don the niqaab (mask) of Iblees.

2) It is haraam to accept the method of washing hands taught by the atheists and promoted by the RUBBISH molvis of Wifaqul Madaaris of Pakistan.  Our method is the method of washing taught by the Qur’aan and Sunnah. We are not in need of the method of the atheists.

3)  Social distance is Devil’s distance. Observance of the distance of Iblees is haraam and kufr.

4) It is haraam and kufr for Imaams to shorten Salaat and the Khutbah in deference to the advice of the atheists and their molvi agents of Iblees.

5) Nikahs should not be postponed. Niklahs must continue in the Musaajid as usual. In opposition and rejection of the kuffaar plot, at this juncture, huge crowds should be present in the Musaajid to witness a Nikah ceremony.

6) Imaams should not  propagate these satanic guidelines as  is advised by these vile molvis.

7)  It is today WAAJIB to use carpets in the Musaajid. It is haraam and kufr to remove the carpets.

8) It is haraam to ‘clean’ the Musaajid with the urine of Iblees, namely, chlorine. Never should the Musaajid be polluted with the urine of shaitaan. Indeed shaitaan has urinated into the ears of the ‘shaikhul islam, mufti a’zam and the other satanic luminaries of this cartel of unfortunate molvis drowning themselves in a pit of shaqaawat.

9) It is today Haraam to urge people to make wudhu at home. In normal circumstances, while this advice would be proper, it is KUFR today to proffer such shaitaani advice. It is such kufr which expels one from the fold of Islam. It is of the teachings of the atheists whose boots and hinds these evil molvis are licking with relish.

10) It is haraam today to abstain from performing Sunnat and Nafl Salaat in the Musaajid.  While in normal circumstances it will be permissible, in the current scenario of satanism in which the world is embroiled, it is KUFR. These Salaat should be compulsorily performed in the Musaajid notwithstanding being Sunnat or Nafl.

11) The three feet gaps in the Saff promoted by the agents of Iblees is kufr. It is haraam to observe it. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that the shayaateen (devils) fill these gaps. Stand shoulder to shoulder – a standing which the Qur’aan Majeed laudingly says:

“Verily, Allah loves those who fight in His Path in Saffs (ranks/rows) as if they are a solid wall of steel.”

The Saff of Salaat is likewise a “solid wall of steel” against the satanic enemies among whom are these most miserable molvis of the Pakistani Wifaqul madaaris.If the Saff is in accord with the glorious Sunnah – standing firmly shoulder to shoulder – it will also be a Bunyaan-e-Marsoos (Solid Steel Wall) glowingly praised by Allah Azza Wa Jal.

12) Rubbing shoulders and touching the face today are Waajib acts. They are acts to display abhorrence for the ideas of the atheists. They are today noble acts which revive the Sunnah which the Ummah has killed. The thawaab for rubbing shoulders and touching the face when terminating Dua is among the Sunnah about which Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) declared:

“He who holds on firmly to my Sunnah at the time of the corruption of my Ummah will receive the reward of a hundred shuhada (martyrs).”

13) Those sneezing, coughing and showing any of the satanic signs indicated by the league of devils should not absent themselves from the Musjid. There is cure for them in the Musaajid. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that Allah Ta’ala averts the disease and His punishment from the inmates of the Musaajid. It remains Waajib for them to attend the Musaajid for their Fardh and Jumuah Salaat.

With their satanic zigzaggery, fence-sitting and villainy do these ulama-e-soo’ masquerading as ‘shaikhul islams’ and ‘mufti a’zams’, etc., mismanipulate the Fiqhi texts of the Fuqaha to fabricate kufr fatwas to peddle and  promote the evil wares of  the Bill Gates, Pharma and Iblees cartel of human shayaateen. Do not be deceived by their self-adopted titles. Never be awed by these deceptive accolades. The ‘shaikhul islam’ is in reality Shaikhul Fisq wa Fujoor wa Kufr. The’mufti a’zam’ specializes in ‘fatwas’ most pleasing to Iblees.

These molvi characters are astray and have lead innumerable ignorant and unwary Muslims astray, firmly placing them on the path leading to Jahannam.  All of these misguides and deceits come squarely within the purview of the Qur’aanic Aayat:

“……Verily,they have gone astray from before, and they have led astray numerous (people), and they  have strayed from the  (Straight) Path.”

(Al-Maaidah, Aayat 77)

This Aayat which addresses the Ahl-e-Kitaab is today more befitting to these ulama-e-soo’ who are aiding the atheists in the destruction of Islam. They are in the process of frauding a new religion in the name of Islam. About such thugs and dacoits who destroy Imaan and ruin Akhlaaq, the Qur’aan Majeed states:

“Those who have committed kufr from Bani Israaeel have been cursed by the tongues of Dawood and Isaa Ibn Maryam. That is because they (flagrantly) sinned and transgressed the limits.

They abstained from prohibiting evil which the people would perpetrate. Vile, indeed is it which they used to perpetrate.

You will see numerous from among them (the ulama-e-soo’) befriending the kuffaar. Indeed, vile is that which they have sent ahead for themselves – that which invokes the Wrath of Allah on them, and in Athaab (Punishment) will they be forever.”

(Al-Maaidah, 78, 79, 80)

These Ghuthaa’ molvis say that “currently the effects of corona are devastating and increasing daily”. That is why they believe that the protocols of the atheists will be able to thwart and foil Allah’s Plan of Athaab. These evil molvis and muftis whose brains are messed up with papsmear filth, imply that the explicit and emphatic declaration of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) pertaining to plagues, is, Nauthubillah!, false, hence they align themselves with the atheist medical establishment which hallucinates that with its ideas and measures they will be able to combat and nullify Allah’s Scheme.

These evil molvis and muftis do not believe in the truth of Rasulullah’s statement: “The plague is either Athaab or Shahaadat.” For the kuffaar and flagrant fussaaq the plague is a punishment. For the Mu’mineen the plague is Rahmat and Shahaadat. Despite this exceptionally clear and authentic Hadith, these miscreant molvis believe that it is necessary to introduce a host of kufr protocols of the atheists to thwart Allah’s decree of the plague being a punishment or a mercy. The kufr of these brainless or papsmear messed up brained molvis should be crystal clear to all Mu’mineen.

THE CHOICE

The Ummah has a choice – of choosing between two mutually repellent ways – the way of the atheists and the Way of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and his Sahaabah. The way of the kuffar is the Devil’s way. Every measure and protocol in the tareeqah of shaitaan is haraam and kufr. In contrast, there is the Way of Rasulullaah – the glorious, glittering Uswah-e-Hasanah –the Example and Sunnah of our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam).  Every act in this shining and glorious Sunnah is in diametric conflict with the kufr protocols which the Pakistani Wifaqul Madaaris cartel of ulama-e-soo’ are promoting at the behest of their kuffaar government and the atheists.

THE GLARING KUFR OF TAQI UTHMANI

The gravest danger for the Imaan of the masses is the deviation of the ulama. The factor which aggravates the danger which effaces Imaan, is the inherent evil of the nafs. The deviation of a senior scholar is generally appealing to the ignorant masses, modernists, deviates and the like on account of the appeal which baatil fatwas exercise on base and carnal nafsaani desire.

The zigzag fatwas of a deviate, mudhil mufti (one who misleads Muslims) are designed to soothe the palates of the juhala, the wealthy and the rulers. The moron, mudhil mufti’s objective is hub-e-maal (love for wealth) and hub-e-jah (love for name and fame). Jah brings in its wake the ill-gotten maal with which the mufti nourishes himself and his family oblivious of Maut constantly stalking him. In fact, he exhibits the attitudes of an atheist. He conducts himself as if there is no Omnipotent, Omnipresent Allah.

Taqi Uthmani has degenerated into a cesspool of kufr inequity. He is responsible for the destruction of the Imaan and Akhlaaq of countless jaahil Muslims whom he has misguided with his zigzag baatil fatwas. On the issue of the corona virus conspiracy, his kufr has become glaringly conspicuous. At the behest of his handlers in the Pakistani government whose miserable agent he is, he has issued a list of kufr protocols in furtherance of the Bill Gates agenda. It is our intention to respond and refute in some detail each kufr protocol with which this unfortunate, miserable mudhil mufti is advising the juhala masses.

Satanically acquitting himself on the hallucinated so-called ‘second wave’ of the covid mirage, Taqi Uthmani said:

“Many people linked to the Marasahs, Masjids.”

Allah Ta’ala says in His Glorious Kalaam: “The (physical) eyes are not blind. But the eyes within the breasts (hearts) are blind.”

Only a spiritually blinded heart – blinded by shaitaani manipulation – is capable of disgorging such kufr effluvium as the above statement which the mouth has excreted. What type of ‘mufti’ is the man who is ignorant or oblivious of the Qur’aanic declaration: “No person will die but with the permission (command) of Allah at the appointed time.”

Maut is by the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Sickness befalls a man at the command of Allah Ta’ala. Sickness is generally a prelude for the decreed Maut from which no one can escape. A world full of kuffaar protocols, a world full of precautions and a world full of moron atheists doctors, experts and scientist cannever succeed to delay Maut by a second.

Taqi Uthmani has singled out the Institutions of Allah Ta’ala (the Musaajid and the Madaaris), painting these august Institutions of the Deen with the kufr paint and swine brush of the atheists, to dessiminate among the juhala masses that the Musaajid and the Madaaris are ‘superspreaders’ of the Bill Gates Disease (BGD). Whilst Allah Ta’ala, speaking on the Tongue of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that calamities (including diseases) which descend from the heavens at Allah’s command, are diverted from the Musaajid, this most unfortunate mudhil mufti character, with implied refutation, states the exact opposite.

Furthermore, the moron speaks as if the epicentre of the hallucinated disease is the Musaajid and the Madaaris where Allah Ta’ala is worshiped and His Deen disseminated. He has no word of advice for the bazaars, malls, and other public venues where people congregate in mass congestion. His brains are directed only at the Musaajid and Madaaris. Only he knows how many dollars this satanic stance brings to his coffers.

If ‘many’ people linked to the Madaaris and Musaajid have died in recent months, how many more – much more – have perished all over the world at places totally unlinked with the Institutions of Allah Ta’ala? Where did the vast majority of so-called covid victims perish? Did they die in the Musaajid and Madaaris? Are they linked to the Musaajid/Madaaris? Are people linked to the Musaajid and Madaaris immune of Maut? Will they not die? Are they not expected to die? If some Muslims who are linked to the Musaajid / Madaaris die, is it proper, just and imperative to cackle about it as a hen does when she lays an egg?

What type of necrosistic disease has overtaken the brain which conjectures this stupid picture of death striking people because they are linked to the Musaajid and Madaaris. Have people who are linked to universities, banks, brothels, factories, malls, market-places, etc., etc., etc., not perished? The logic which Taqi Uthmani exhibits is the effect of Takhabbatush Shaitaan (Satanic manipulation of the brains), hence he has blurted out such stupid kufr statements and advices which testify to his deviance and satanism. Since he is linked to the capitalist riba banks, he miserably fails to understand any covid factor regarding such persons linked to banks. Only the spectre of the Musaajid and Madaaris looms up in his brain fossilized with satanism.

He has displayed disregard for Allah’s Command and Decree related to the death of people. In fact, every single act regardless of its ostensible insignificance is by the decree of Allah Ta’ala.

The manner of his stupid, shaitaani acquittal conveys the idea to the juhala that if those who had died had not been linked to the Musaajid and Madaaris they would still have been alive. This idea is blatant kufr. It is such kufr which can be expurgated only by Taubah and Renewal of Imaan. His haraam, kufr advice is a demonstration of a satanically disingenuous attempt to gratiate his handlers and cohorts – that he is diligently and adequately fulfilling the demands of the Bill Gates conspiracy in which the Pakistani government is a devilish cog whom Taqi Uthmani is serving.

He and his stupid supporters should divest their brains of the notion that his ‘seniority’ exempts him from the scrutiny of the Haqq. His baatil creed has effaced his Islamic seniority. He lays today sprawled in the cesspool of fisq and kufr inequity which the bestial nafs has created for him.

It is the incumbent duty of every Muslims to consider all developments in life with an unbiased approach in light of the Moral Code of Glorious Qur’an, Hadeeth, Fiqh and rulings/ethos of our Salf-Saaliheen. In this context, many of the recent fatwas of UK Darul Iftaa’s are found wanting, mind-boggling, embarrassing, weird and way short of the high standards and Maslak of our Akabireen rahmatullahi alayhim and Darul Uloom Doband. The entire edifice and modus operandi of UK Muftis/Maulvis, Madaris, Tableegh Jamaat and Khanqaahs now reeks of bootlicking and appeasement to atheist and the apparently wealthy – just like the Ulama of Banu Isra’eel:

Recently, the call of UK Muftis for Masajid Closures, before the UK Government had announced closure for places of worship; secondly, their diktats for Madaris to unnecessarily close – at a time when schools continued to operate but local authorities and public health bodies transgressed beyond their remit to cajole these Chaplains to transfer onto online teaching and now, thirdly, the ultimate act of folly – for many Darul Ifta’s to quite unnecessarily legitimise, approve and promote the glut of Covid-19 Vaccines that have miraculously mushroomed.

What doubt is there in the haram nature of all these vaccines? For those enamoured with foreign ways, there is ample scientific/medical evidence published by even Western scientists to show the harms of almost all vaccines. It is palpably naïve and downright foolish, nay stupid in the extreme, to expect these multi-national pharmaceutical companies to release the exact ingredients of their vaccines – which by their own standards have not been tested or monitored over the usual period of time and have already proven to be fatal, with documented casualties.

A former (sic) UK Mufti, to pull wool over the eyes of lay people, has even allegorised the use of vaccines to the Sunnah act of cupping. This is sheer lunacy and blasphemy. In cupping, an impure substance (foul blood) is removed from the body – whilst in vaccination, impurities and a concoction of dangerous elements are introduced into the body. The same former Mufti even has the temerity to argue, ‘We don’t understand from where they got the details of the ingredients. The manufacturers have not yet given the details. How did the Mufti Saheb come to know of the contents?’ By his own admission, he does not have the ingredients (nobody does – they are commercial secret’s – government regulations are wildly flouted because these very pharmaceuticals have paid parliamentarians to enact ‘exemption laws’ granting them protection from liability). When the norm is for non-Muslim businesses and kufr entities to incline towards impurity (napaaki), then the de-facto response must be to assume they contain impure substance, unless we have 100% reliable information otherwise.

Granting Permissibility to Mastooraat to travel overseas without a Sharee Mahram.
To legitimise TV and participate in chat shows with non-mahram presenters.
To approve Riba-based Yahoodi Arabian finance by branding it as Islamic.
To approve and undertake those practices which are in diametric conflict with the Sunnah of Rasoolullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam, the Sahabah radhiyallahu anhum and generations of Akabireen, for example, eating off tables-chairs in their Madrasah.

Let us return to the shenanigans of UK Maulvis. Notice how they are silent and in tacit agreement to the removal of the Glorious Quran from our Masajid – yet dubious magazines and leaflets bearing names of these celebrity shaykhs are still promoted and distributed whilst the Qalaam of Allah Ta’ala is somehow to be viewed with trepidation and removed from public viewing – lest a reader catches something.

Our cartel of UK Maulvis proclaim blind observance (taqleed) of all such measures, even describing them as Waajib (compulsory), whereas some of these measures are not even mandatory – merely guidelines.

Which UK law says it is compulsory to close Ablution Areas and Toilets?

Which UK law says we must have ‘crosses’ marked on the Masjid Carpet?

Which UK law said we have to close down our Madaris – when UK Schools, Shops and a host of other Out-Of-School-Settings may continue to operate?

How many of the other UK laws do these Maulvis/Masjid Committees/Trustees adhere to?

Are they just as law-abiding when it comes to money-laundering, benefit claims, free medical prescriptions, regular overseas first-class trips, charity regulations, tax-returns, H&S, building and fire regulations, payment to staff/employees, etc, etc?

Are cash collections, gifts and payments to these visiting Shaykh’s declared?

When such glaring errors are highlighted – when their image of infallibility is rent asunder – their lackeys, bootlickers and hangers-on are the first to take umbrage and disparage the voice of Haqq.

Anti-Vax, anti-ulama, fitna-mongers, conspiracy theorists, extremists and a host of vitriolic hot-air is fired-back in an attempt to create a smoke-screen from the real issues – which is bootlicking of atheists and wanton disregard of the rulings of Deen. Why do these UK Maulvis/Muftis not respond to these charges with Sharee Daleel? Why do they hide behind the Korangi Mufti’s?

They, like the Bani Israeel Ulama before, use Deeni terms and names of globe-trotting Maulvis to befool a gullible public, dilute and water down Deeni Commands and serve the agendas of their atheist financiers. Servitude to the wealthy and atheist has so convoluted their brains, despite Deeni Maloomaat – they are no longer able to guide the Muslim Ummah.

Despite these Maulvis spending from 6-10 years in Madrassah, the majority graduate as incompetent, unable to undertake further in-depth study, research or commit themselves to teaching or any other service of Deen without perks. Almost all are drowned in love of this world (hubb-e-dunya); we are not talking about a reasonable residence, income, car and phone – their sights are now on mansions, executive cars, multiple holidays, latest mobile gadgets in multiple numbers and regular consumption of take-away junk. Attend any Masjid in a locality in UK synonymous with a large number of Huffaz/ Maulvis, one will be fortunate to observe a single other person from this profession besides the paid Imam.

Should all the blame go to the Maulvis? No, they are merely a reflection of the misdeeds of UK Muslims.

ANSWER:

Generally, the books on Tasawwuf authored by Mufti Taqi will be correct. However, we do not advise that his books should be studied. Although Mufti Taqi is an Aalim of the Deoband School of Thought, he has drifted from the Minhaaj of the Akaabir Ulama of Deoband. He has become a liberal.

His dalliance with the kuffaar capitalist bankers, and his association with the fussaaq and fujjaar rulers of Pakistan have desensitized his initial inhibitions to deviation and baatil. He mingles freely with the people of baatil. Having drifted from the Tareeqah of the Akaabir of Deoband, he has effectively become a bootlicker of the Pakistani government.

Association with kuffaar, fussaaq and fujjaar exercises a dangerously detrimental effect on Imaan. On this issue, Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) said:

“Nooraaniyat (spiritual light) is extinguished by association with kuffaar and fujjaar. In the wake of such association, zulmat (spiritual darkness) develops. The knowledge which emanates from the niches of Nubuwwat is adorned with Noor. On the contrary, what emerges from the heart of the faasiq is zulmat.”

When a man freely mingles and associates with kuffaar, fussaaq and fujjaar, then by imperceptible degrees his Imaan and Akhlaaq are eroded. Without him realizing, he becomes the victim of his nafs and shaitaan. The Haqq becomes blurred in consequence of the zulmat overwhelming his nooraaniyat which is ultimately displaced and extinguished. Then this Aalim joins the fraternity of the ulama-e-soo’ in whose gatherings, seminars and conferences he is at home. This is the fate that has overtaken Mufti Taqi to whom we all once upon a time looked up to and believed that he would be able to offer guidance, direction and solutions for the ills of the Ummah of this era. Alas! He has fallen from that lofty expected pedestal to the depths of bootlicking governments and kuffaar riba bankers of the West.

It is necessary to abstain from reading even his Tasawwuf books. Everything has an athr (impression/effect) which may be good or bad, beneficial or harmful. Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) said that even a book of Arabic grammar written by a faasiq should not be used for study since the fisq of the faasiq author permeating the book will exercise a spiritually and intellectually detrimental effect on the reader.

Mufti Taqi’s association with fussaaq/fujjaar rulers, kuffaar ribabankers and the ulama-e -soo’ fraternity is total. The satanic athr of this haraam association is his bootlicking of the Pakistani government, his displacement of the Sunnah from his Madrasah and his incremental liberalism. This evil metamorphosis which he has undergone as a result of the evil association is manifest in the jinnah hat he dons. The jinnah cap is the garb of fussaaq political rulers who have made Pakistan a kufr state from the very inception despite having bamboozled the then Ulama with the chimera of establishing an ‘Islamic’ state. He abandoned the simple Sunnah headgear of his Akaabir Deobandi predecessors for this hat of fussaaq who rule the land in accordance with the demands of the kufr laws of the West.

The zulmat of fisq and fujoor is manifest in Mufti Taqi’s haraam, most reprehensible act of kicking out from his Madrasah Rasulullah’s system of eating. Mufti Taqi displaced the Sunnah of eating on the floor, and introduced in its place western tables and chairs for all the students who are supposed to become Heirs of the Ambiya (Alayhimus salaam) – Wala houla wala quwwata!

He flirts with the capitalist kuffaar bankers, not for nothing. He flies in style at kuffaar expense to the West to legalize the riba products of the capitalist bankers. He unnecessarily indulges in haraam travelling styles to answer the call of the bankers in the West. On his unnecessary journeys, he reacts with the prostitute air-hostesses, taking contaminated food from their immoral hands. What athr does he expect from such association? In these haraam trips to the West he is not serving Islam and the Ummah. He serves the kuffaar capitalists, and what for? For the haraam boodle of tens of thousands of dollars which they pay for halaalizing their riba products. Mufti Taqi’s function is to provide by hook or crook Fiqhi arguments to halaalize the riba products. The bankers pay handsomely for such haraam services.

His total participation in Pakistan’s haraam independence day celebrations, and his lauding of accolades on the corrupt Pakistani authorities and portraying that evil state in glowing light display the effect which the zulmat is exercising on Mufti Taqi’s thinking. This topic shall be further pursued, Insha-Allah.

Although it pains us to criticize Mufti Taqi who is supposed to be a senior Aalim of Deoband, silence on his deviation will render us as “Dumb Shayaateen” in the words of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). There is the imperative need to forewarn the Ummah about his deviation so that Muslims are not deceived into deviation.

Furthermore, there is no need to read his books on Tasawwuf when the kutub of the Authorities of Tasawwuf are available in abundance. Read the kitaabs of Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi, Hadhrat Maulana Masihullah, Hadhrat Maulana Muhammad Zakariyyah and the books of Imaam Ghazaali (Rahmatullah alayhim). When the books of such noble masters of Tasawwuf are available, there is then no need to read the books of juniors, especially juniors who have strayed from the Path of their illustrious Masters.

MUFTI TAQI’S DEVIATION

Is the following view of Mufti Taqi correct:
According to him if the Muslim ruler in a Muslim country suspends Jumuah prayers because of some strong reason such as a medical reason or something like it, then the ruling of the Sultan applies. He says that it is written in Fataawa books such as Alamghiri that if the Muslim ruler suspends Jumuah prayer, then you have to pray Zuhr at home. Only those people are allowed to pray Jumuah at home who are living in nonMuslim countries where Jumuah is suspended at Masjids.” Is this view correct?


ANSWER
Mufti Taqi has taken
up residence in the domain of dhalaal (deviation) hence he has become adept in issuing one cent bunkum fatwas which he substantiates with Fiqhi and Hadith texts by misinterpretation to suit the whims of kuffaar rulers with whom he associates and whom he bootlicks. The texts in Alamghiri and other Kutub are not applicable to the kufr scenarios prevailing today in the context of the virus plot of the kuffaar. Pakistan has a decidedly kuffaar government. This kaafir government is not like a Sultan who governs by the Shariah. Furthermore, never in Islam’s history has any Sultan abolished Jumuah Salaat. No Sultan has suspended Jumuah as Mr.Taqi seeks to convey by deception to the ignorant masses. Mr.Taqi is satanically mis-applying the text of Alamghiri to provide kufr cover for the kufr shenanigans of the Pakistan government regarding the current virus panic. While according to the Shariah the kufr decree of the government has no validity, people will automatically abstain from Jumuah, not because of obedience to the kuffaar government, but on account of fear for the brutal persecution and oppression which will follow in the wake of defying the evil rulers whom Mr.Taqi is supporting at the cost of ruining his Imaan. There is no need for a fatwa to convince people to abstain from Jumuah in Napakistan or in any other country where Jumua has been banned, Fardh Salaat has been banned and the Musaajid closed down. A fatwa to abstain from Jumuah is superfluous and stupid. People of their own accord will not go to the Musaajid for fear of the brutality of the oppressive rulers and tyrants. The motive of these munaafiq molvis and stupid once cent ‘muftis’ for issuing fatwas to justify abstention from Jumuah and Fardh Salaat in the Musjid is only to curry favour with rulers and governments. They most disgracefully lick the boots of the kuffaar for the attainment of despicable nafsaani objectives. The ‘medical’ reason posited by Mr. Taqi is satanically spurious. There is absolutely no Shar’i validity for this bunkum reason urinated into the brains by the devil. The suggestion to perform Zuhr is another stupidity. Every Muslim, even the fussaaq and fujjaar, with the exclusion of the zindeeqs and munaafiqeen, is aware that when he is compelled by governmental oppression to forego Jumuah, he has to perform Zuhr since there is no other alternative. The stupid, kufr averment that “only those people are allowed to pray jumuah at home who are living in non-Muslim countries where jumuah is suspended at Masjids” clearly displays the malfunctioning of Mr. Taqi’s brains. In Pakistan/Napakistan where Jumuah has been banned by the kuffaar government on account of the virus bogey, the kuffaar rulers have done so in submission to their kuffaar, conspiratorial masters. Today that era predicted by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) has dawned. A Brother from Pakistan writes:

I was listening to these fatwas and press conferences of these molvis, no where do they ever mention death that those who are 60+ are already living a bonus life. They should come to Masjid, and if they die they will die as Shaheeds. But no! Molvis are heard saying that saving life is very important and I heard a senior molvi saying ‘jaan hai to jahan hai.’ (If you have life, then you have the world.)

(This scoundrel molvi is a zindeeq or perhaps an atheist. Life and death are the prerogatives of Allah Ta’ala. The Qur’aan Majeed says: “No person will die except at the appointed time with the command of Allah.” These scoundrel molvis have no Imaan on the Qur’aan. They have traded the Deen for the dunya for an extremely miserable price. – The Majlis)

 

I met a Tablighi who is over 75 years of age, in the Masjid wearing a mask. I said salaam and extended my hand for musafaha but he said: “No! No musafaha sorry.” I said to him its sad that at this age you are fearing death. If we young people fear death its somewhat understandable but you at this age and for 30+ years you have been teaching people “Imaan ki mehnat”.   It’s sad indeed.

(Although sad and lamentable, it is not surprising. The abject putrefied condition of the Ulama was predicted by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The molvis of today are the materialization of Rasulullah’s prediction. They are the worst destroyers of the Deen. They have placed shaitaan on vacation. –The Majlis)

 

When our Masjid was still open, 90% of the old people 60+ had vanished. They are sitting in isolation and quarantine as if they will never die. (1)  Should I go to the Masjid and pray in this 6ft part style? It seems like making fun of Namaaz and Masjid. I feel its better to pray alone rather than praying in this stupid fashion which I believe invokes the la’nat of Allah Ta’ala.

 

(2) Secondly, should I pray Taraweeh in this stupid fashion or pray at home?

OUR RESPONSE TO THE BROTHER

May Allah Ta’ala protect our Imaan.  We do not know what the morrow holds for us. The Mashaaikh say: “Imaan is suspended between fear and hope.”

“Disgusting” is too mild a term to describe the khanaazeer molvis mentioned by you. In fact, they are worse than khanaazeer. Pigs do not harm our Imaan, but these human devils ruin and destroy the Imaan of the juhala (ignoramuses). Thy are rotten bootlickers of the kuffaar. They are NOT Deobandis. They are worse than the Qabar Pujaaris. They are the illegitimate progeny of Iblees.

 

The character who had pretended to be the ‘grand mufti’ of Pakistan is a sell-out, a vile traitor who has betrayed Allah Ta’ala, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the Ummah. The dunya and shaitaan have embraced him totally. This Taqi character is a great danger for the Imaan of the ignorant masses. They are accursed vermin, the worst under the canopy of the sky.  The answers to your questions are:

 

1) The kuffaar-advised spacing of the Salaat sufoof is HARAAM. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) commanded: “Taraas-soo” (Stand shoulder to shoulder). Even a small gap between two musallis is filled by shaitaan.  The kufr spacing has brought in numerous shayaateen into the Musaajid. Every musallis has several devils alongside him.

 

This spacing is not only haraam. It is kufr since the kuffar-advised system has been acquired from the kuffaar and has been adopted to displace the Waajib Masnoon practice. The Salaat performed in the clownish manner is a mockery and is NOT VALID.

2)   Perform Salaat at home. Do not demean yourself standing stupidly like a devil and a clown in the kuffaar style. It is a kufr mockery of Salaat.  If you are able to call some brothers, then perform Jamaat at home. If not, then perform alone.

 

3)  Taraaweeh too should be performed at home. Do not join the stupid, devilish mockery in the Musjid. During the day time when all the devils  have left, i.e. before the Salaat times, go to the Musjid, sit in Nafl I’tikaaf for a few minutes, and perform some Nafl so that on the Day of Qiyaamah the Musjid will testify regarding your presence in the Musjid.

 

Brother, we are yet to see worse kufr, fisq and fujoor in the Musaajid. The Musaajid invoke the La’nat of Allah Ta’ala on these vile vermin.
