FLOODS – A TASTE OF THE ATHAAB OF ALLAH!!!

https://jamiatnc.co.za/

IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT WE DERIVE LESSONS FROM ALL THESE NATURAL DISASTERS – DIVINE CHASTISEMENT IS THE CONSEQUENCE OF OUR SINS

Allah Ta’ala states“And, We apprehended (grabbed hold of) everyone (of the transgressors) on account of their sins. Thus, from among them were those against whom We sent the violent storm (hurricane, tornado, cyclone, showering of stones). Among them were those whom the Saihah (Terrible Scream) seized. Among them were those whom We caused the earth to swallow (by earthquakes). Among them were those whom We drowned (in great floods and tsunamis).” [Surah Ankaboot, Aayat 40]

Many Qur’aanic Aayaat and Ahaadeeth categorically state that natural disasters are Allah’s Athaab (Punishment) for communities who have reached the point of no return in their flagrant treachery and transgression. When man’s transgression exceeds all bounds, Allah Ta’ala unleashes some of His forces of Punishment. While earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, hurricanes, etc. had destroyed great civilizations and their cities in bygone eras, these forms of Divine Chastisement will be on the increase as we approach the confines of Qiyaamah.

May Allah Ta’ala assist all those who have been ravaged by natural disasters and may Allah Ta’ala protect us from His Athaab. Aameen.

THE DECREE OF ALLAH – NOTHING CAN THWART IT

Understand well that in all the upheavals overtaking us, there is Divine purpose and direction. All the upheavals are from the Taqdeer of Allah Ta’ala. Everything, down to the most infinitesimal particle acts and happens by His Command. Our focus should not be diverted from Allah Ta’ala, The Actual Cause. The Qur’aan and Ahaadeeth conspicuously spell out the earthly or secondary cause for these upheavals. Remember that even a leaf does not drop without the Command of Allah Ta’ala as stated with clarity in the Qur’aan Majeed:

“Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware There is not a seed in the darkness of the earth nor anything dry or moist, but, it is recorded in a Clear Book.” [Surah Al-An’aam, Aayat 59]

In the events and upheavals which occur in the universe there are no accidents. Everything, down to the most infinitesimal speck, operates in consonance with the Scheme and Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. A leaf which changes direction in the breeze and a leaf which drops from the tree and the movement of an insect in the bowels of the earth are all activities which occur in consequence of the direct intervention of Allah Ta’ala. The havoc and destruction wrought by earthquakes, cyclones, tornadoes, hurricanes, volcanic eruptions, floods, etc. are all executed with precision to the degree and level of Divine Command.

THE ARMIES OF ALLAH AZZA WA JAL

All the forces of nature are the slaves of Allah Azza Wa Jal. They constitute His Army. The Qur’aan Majeed states: “No one knows the armies of your Rabb, except He.” [Surah Mud-dath-thir, Aayat 31]

The variety of natural disasters – hurricanes, tornadoes, cyclones, wild raging fires, floods, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, etc. – occur by the Command of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Nothing is accidental. The Athaab, in which ever form it is unleashed, accomplishes its task meticulously as decreed. Floods and calamities are among the “Armies” of Allah Azza Wa Jal. He sends His Army against the transgressors when their disobedience and transgression has exceeded all bounds of redemption.

TAKE LESSON – THE WRITING IS ON THE WALL

These natural disasters which are Divine Punishments are signs for Muslims for reflection and deriving lesson. The Qur’aan Majeed states: “And, in the earth are signs for people of firm faith, and (even) in yourselves (are signs), What! Do you not heed (and derive lesson).” [Surah Zaariyaat, Aayaat 21 and 22] As for Muslims, one form of Divine Punishment is the imposition of kuffaar domination. Natural disasters too are forms of Allah’s Athaab for us. Muslims should heed what is happening in the world by way of Allah’s Athaab. No Muslim community will be exempted from the terrible Athaab when all bounds of the Deen have been violated.

ARE WE OVER-CONFIDENT??? CHECK OUR A’MAAL…

“What! Do the people of the town/city feel confident that Our punishment will (not) come to them at night whilst they are sleeping?

What! Do the people of the town/city feel confident that Our punishment will (not) come to them during the daytime while they are playing (amusing themselves and enjoying themselves on the beaches, casinos, brothels and stadiums – TAKE HEED O WORLD CUP LUNATICS)?

What! Are they oblivious of the Scheme (Athaab) of Allah? Only people who are losers who are oblivious of the Scheme of Allah (that His punishment will not overtake them). [Surah Al-A’raaf, Aayaat 97, 98, 99]

In South Africa, the Muslim community should not feel snug in its current state of opulence. The apparent ‘safety’ and indulgence in haraam opulence are worldly deceptions which should not cast us into deception regarding the Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Take lesson from the plight of the Rohingya Muslims, the Syrian Muslims, the Palestinian Muslims, the Muslims in India, China, etc.

The writing on the wall is conspicuous for people of intelligence. The deluges of fisq, fujoor, bid’ah and even kufr of the Muslim masses as well as of the molvis and sheikhs portray vividly the writing on the wall. May Allah have mercy on us. Aameen

When Allah Ta’ala removes His Aafiyat (Protection), then expect all Hell to break loose. It will then be too late to wail and regret.

REALIZATION AND REFORMATION

Muslims have to wake up, abandon our lifestyle of immorality – fisq, fujoor and bid’ah, and to turn to Him with Taubah and Taa-at (Obedience). The Ulama need to speak up and engage more in Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahi Anil Munkar (enjoining good and forbidding evil) or else Allah Ta’ala will punish us and even our Duas will not be accepted. Whilst we should try our best to assist those who have been afflicted by disaster, we should not forget that we have to turn unto Allah Ta’ala, repent, abstain from all sins, seek the forgiveness of Allah and adopt the Sunnah meticulously!

Allah’s affectionate Call and Warning for all of us (especially the transgressors) is:

“And turn in repentance to your Rabb (and obedience) and submit fully unto Him (to His Shariah) before there comes to you the punishment, then you will not be aided. And follow that beautiful (Shariah and Sunnah) which have been revealed to you from your Rabb before there suddenly comes to you the Athaab whilst you do not perceive (and understand – i.e. without you even realizing).”

[Surah Zumar, Aayaat 54 & 55]

In this Aayat and in other Aayaat and in numerous Ahaadeeth, we are warned about Divine Punishment which will overtake the entire community as a consequence of our flagrant, naked and immoral misdeeds and transgressions. The Divine Punishment has innumerable forms among which some are the earthquakes, floods, tsunamis, hurricanes, uncontrollable fires, pestilence, droughts, famine, political havoc, uncontrollable crime, kuffaar domination, xenophobia attacks, etc., etc.

For more details on this topic, our website has a booklet on riots, xenophobia, etc. which is a must-read. You may also download it here: The Qur’aan and Riots

WHILST MILLIONS OF MUSLIMS HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY NATURAL DISASTERS, LET US LOOK AT OURSELVES TOO AND CHANGE OUR LIFESTYLES SINCE WE (I.E. THE MILLIONS OF MUSLIMS) ARE DROWNING IN SINS – IN THE FILTH OF FISQ, FUJOOR, BID’AH AND KUFR!!! MAKE TAUBAH AND TURN TO ALLAH TA’ALA. ABANDON SIN, OBSERVE THE SUNNAH AND OBEY ALLAH TA’ALA!

MAY ALLAH TA’ALA HAVE MERCY UPON US AND GUIDE US ON THE RIGHT PATH. AAMEEN.

VACCINATION EXEMPTION LETTER

ISLAM’S STANCE ON VACCINATION

  1. The Holy Qur’an states: “Whoever obeys Allah (Almighty God) and His Messenger
(Muhammad), verily, he has achieved a great success.” (Ahzaab, Verse 71)
Obedience unto Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad) is incumbent upon all Muslims
    in all spheres of life.
  2. Regarding medication, our Holy Prophet Muhammad said: “Allah has not created cure
for my People (Muslims) in substances which He has made unlawful for them.” (Books
    on Prophetical Traditions)
  3. In Islam, medical treatment is not obligatory. However, it is permissible to use
medicines which comprise of Halaal and Tayyib (pure, wholesome and lawful)
substances. Thus, it is un-Islamic to impose or enforce vaccination on a Muslim when
even normal halaal medical treatment is not incumbent.
  4. The ingredients of vaccination are questionable. The question of aborted babies and an
avalanche of other filth associated with the vaccine industry, are extremely repugnant to
Muslims and Islamic Beliefs. Many of the ingredients and excipients brought to light have
convinced Muslims of the unlawful (Haraam) components which vaccines are laced with.
In addition to so many unpronouncable ingredients, an industry which deals in filth such
as ethanol, monkey cells, aborted babies, etc. is simply not conducive to Islamic teachings.
  5. In fact, Islam does not even recognize vaccination as medical treatment. This is simply
because vaccination is the introduction of disease into the body. In Islam, it is not
permissible to introduce diseases and viruses into one’s body, regardless of the imagined
‘benefits’ claimed by some people. Therefore, according to the Shariah (Divine Law of
Islam), even on the assumption that vaccine ingredients are Halaal, then too, the very
method of vaccination is by itself Haraam (inpermissible). The introduction into the body
of harmful and poisonous filth is strictly prohibited by the Shariah.
  6. On another note, vaccines have been proven to cause the very diseases which they are
supposed to eliminate, as well as more previously unheard of diseases. Hence, there is no
guarantee that vaccines even protect a person from diseases. In reality, innumerable
people after being vaccinated, contracted the very disease for which they were inoculated!
There are thousands of pages written by medical experts in condemnation of vaccination
which they have exposed as a myth and as the devil’s poison.
And in Islam, it is not permissible to inject harmful substances into one’s body. Spiritually
and physically, vaccines are extremely dangerous for a Muslim who is conscious of
    always pleasing his Creator.
  7. Since vaccines are harmful, it is unbecoming for a Muslim to vaccinate himself and
introduce diseases into his body to combat a future disease. A Muslim places his trust in
Allah (Almighty God) and a Muslim is not allowed to violate the Shariah. A Muslim
cannot place his trust in unlawful and impermissible things. Therefore, it is sinful for
    Muslims to vaccinate.
CONCLUSION: Vaccination is repulsive and abhorrent to our religious beliefs. The one
who voluntarily submits to vaccination is guilty of a major sin. Therefore, it is not
permissible for Muslims to submit to vaccination.
We hope and pray that you will consider our letter favourably and with a positive heart.
Our Special Prayers are for all those who do not enforce vaccination on others.
May Allah (Almighty God) guide us all towards the Right Path and save us all from the
    Fire of Hell. Aameen
    Yours faithfully,
    Jamiatul Ulama Northern Cape

CRITICIZING THE DEAD MUDHILLEEN

Recently, two famous Mudhilleen had perished in South Africa. Both had died of ‘Covid’ and both promoted vaccination. Since the Ulama-e-Haq condemned them even after their death, their supporters took offence at the condemnation and the followers of the Mudhilleen started to cite Ahaadeeth that the deceased should not be reviled and only the good of the deceased should be spoken about.

The Message Of Safar

The Message Of Safar…
“THERE IS NO CONTAGION” ALL Beliefs, Talks & Fear-Mongering Regarding Contagion Is Pure BALDERDASH!!!
This Is The 1400-Year-Old Message Of Safar!
Nabi (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) clearly said, “There is NO contagion (of disease), no evil omens (with owls, etc.) and no (bad luck in the month of) Safar.” (Bukhari Shareef)

Niqaab & Modesty

Modesty, JamiatKZN & Mufti Ebrahim Desai

IS THERE A VALID DIFFERENCE OF OPINION ON THE NIQAAB???
RESPONSE TO JAMIATKZN & MUFTI EBRAHIM DESAI
QUESTION – Some people argue that a woman does not have to conceal her face from the gazes of Ghair Mahram men. They cite the following view of the JamiatKZN:
It is compulsory for her to cover her entire body from head to toe with the exception of her hands, feet and face in front of strange (nonMahram) men. This is irrespective if strange men are present on one’s property/house/yard or strange men have a ‘view’ into one’s property/house/yard. (Maraaqil Falaah 1/91)

Is there a valid difference of opinion on the issue of women covering the face? If this
is true then why do Muslims go through so much effort and difficulty to cover their
faces if it is not a Sharia requirement?
(Ghair Mahaareem: All males except those with whom nikaah is not permissible.)
RESPONSE
Allah Ta’ala commands: “O Nabi! Say to your wives, your daughters and the
women of the Believers that they draw over them their Jilbaabs (outer-cloaks).
That (i.e. covering themselves with Jilbaabs) is the least (minimum requirement
which they should adopt) so that they be recognized (as respectable and
honourable ladies) and not be molested (by evil men)”. – (Surah 33, Aayat 59)
Commenting on this Aayat, Allamah Abu Bakr Jassaas says: “In this verse is the
indication that young women have been commanded to conceal their faces from
strange males when they emerge (from their homes).” [Ahkaamul Qur’aan]
Innumerable Fuqaha, Mufassireen, etc. have stated that this Aayat refers to women
covering the face. According to all four Math-habs, women must conceal their faces
from Ghair-Mahram men. Here are a few quotes from the four Mathaahib:

 Hanafi Math-hab: “It is mentioned in Al-Muntaqaa that women will be
prohibited from exposing their faces so that it does not lead to Fitnah. And in
our era, it is Waajib to prohibit them (from exposing their faces) – in fact it is
Fardh due to the preponderance of Fasaad.” [Majma’ul Anhur] The
Honourable Faqeeh was speaking about 400 years ago. Today, it is much
worse! The Wujoob of females covering their faces appears in innumerable
Kutub.
 Maaliki Math-hab: “And verily the two (i.e. face and palms) are not Aurah,
even though it is Waajib to conceal them (i.e. the face and palms) due to the
fear of Fitnah.” [Jawaaahirul Ikleel – Haashiyaa Saawi & other Maaliki Kutub]
 Shaafi Math-hab: “Yes, that woman who is certain of the gaze of a strange
man falling on her, it is incumbent upon her to cover her face from him (i.e.
the Ghair-Mahram man). Otherwise (if she does not conceal her face), then
she will be assisting him towards Haraam. Thus, she will be committing a sin.”
[Tuhfatul Muhtaaj] The Wujoob of females covering their faces is mentioned
in Nihaayatul Muhtaaj and many other Shaafi Kutub as well.
 Hambali Math-hab: “And the face is Aurah outside Salaah as far as gazes
(of ghair-Mahram men) are concerned just like the rest of the body.” [AlIqnaa’ and other Hambali Kutub] In fact, Imaam Ahmed Bin Hambal has
mentioned that even the finger-nail of a woman is Aurah (i.e. it is Waajib to
conceal). What then should be deduced regarding the face???
The scope of this article precludes us from presenting all the Qur’aanic Aayaat,
Ahaadeeth, names and quotes of the authorities of the Shariah which prove that
women should cover their faces. The Aimmah-e-Mujtahideen, Fuqaha of the four
Math-habs, Muhadditheen, Mufassireen, etc. have mentioned that it is Waajib upon
women to conceal their faces from ghair-Mahram men. Their consensus is sufficient
for the sincere seeker of the truth.
HIGHEST DEGREE OF HIJAAB
A Mu’min strives for the highest degree of Hijaab. When speaking about modesty,
then the highest degree of Hijaab should be expounded on. Allah Ta’ala commands:
‘And (O Women!) Remain firmly in your homes.’ (Surah 33 – Aayat 33)
Women must remain at home. They may not emerge from their homes
unnecessarily. It is known as Hijaabul Ash-Khaas Bil Buyoot which means that a strange man (Ghair Mahram man) will not see the woman at all to the extent that he
does not see her even with her clothes on. Since he does not see her at all, her face,
palms and her entire body is automatically concealed from him.
This is the highest level of Qur’anic Hijaab (Purdah) commanded in at least two
Aayaat and proven by several Ahaadeeth. There are at least 24 Ahaadeeth which
substantiate the Shar’i Law that women must remain glued to their homes and they
may only emerge from their homes for necessities deemed imperative by the
Shariah – not so-called necessities which human minds fabricate.
The command is for women to be glued to their homes – not an exposed yard or the
outside of one’s home which exposes a woman to passing traffic. It is not permissible
for the man’s wife and/or daughter to emerge from their homes into their exposed
yards even for the sake of relaxation. This is because they are exposing themselves
to Ghair Mahareem for no valid reason which is shameless.
A woman may not emerge from her home without valid Shar’i reason even if she is
covered from head to toe. The Burqah, Niqaab, Jilbaab, etc. are not a license to
emerge from the home without valid Shar’i reason.
2. When a woman emerges from her home for a reason deemed imperative by the
Shariah, the Jilbaab is a requirement. This vital Qur’aanic injunction may not be
omitted. The masses should be given Ta’leem pertaining to the Jilbaab.
Women wearing pyjamas, exposing their hair, the bodily shape and/or also exposing
their faces to Ghair Mahrams, are indeed shameless. Part of modesty is for a woman
to cover her face as well. Read carefully the following articles:
1. The Indisputable Wujoob of The Niqaab
2. Menk & The Female Pilot.
3. More Hijaab Articles
MARAAQIL FALAAH – THE MISUNDERSTOOD TEXT
In regards to a woman, it is compulsory for her to cover her entire body from head
to toe including the face with the exception of her hands and feet in front of strange
(non-Mahram) men. JamiatKZN quoted “(Maraaqil Falaah 1/91)” as a reference
that it is not compulsory for her to cover her face in front of strange (nonMahram) men.

Since the text is misleading, it is necessary to elaborate. The text of Maraaqil Falaah is as
follows:
“ومجيع بدن احلرة عورة إال وجهها وكفيها” ابطنهما وظاهرمها يف األصح وهو املختار
Translation: “And the entire body of a free woman is AURAH except her face and palms
– the front and back (of the face and hands) according to the most authentic view and this
is the chosen opinion.” [Emphasis ours]
The Mas’alah mentioned in Maraaqil Falaah pertains to Aurah – not Hijaab. Even the
Qur’aan explains the Mas’alah pertaining to Aurah (Satr). This is not disputed. We agree
that the face is not included in the Aurah (Satr) of a woman. However, as far as Hijaab is
concerned, a woman must cover her face. The references to prove that women MUST cover their faces in front of Ghair Mahrams are innumerable.
Why did they omit the Sharah (commentary) on this Mas’alah mentioned by Allamah
Tahtaawi Rahimahullah on the issue of a woman exposing her face?
قوله: “إال وجهها” ومنع الشابة من كشفه خلوف الفتنة ال ألنه عورة
Translation: “And the young woman is prohibited from exposing her face due to the
fear of Fitnah – not because it is Aurah.”
There is a need to ask the JamiatKZN and Mufti Ebrahim Desai: Is there Fitnah
when women expose their faces to Ghair Mahrams?
Since there is Fitnah, why does the JamiatKZN claim that there is a difference of
opinion when it is acknowledged that unveiling is a cause of temptation for men
and women?
In the article they sent to the brother, the following is what Mufti Ebrahim Desai
mentioned:
“Unveiling has a number of disadvantages. Some of them are as follows:
1. It is a violation of the Quran and Hadith;
2. It shows woman’s weakness in belief;
3. It is a cause of temptation for men and women;
4. It strips off her modesty that is an integral part of Faith;
5. It subjects her to adultery and sexual harassment (especially now in Egypt with
the vaginal kit, adultery has become so easy. Had all the women been veiled, the
government would not have so much difficulty in trying to outlaw this kit);
6. It hurts her dignity and feelings and it stains her chastity;

7. It prompts woman to take part in commercial advertisements and films as a
showpiece and a source of enjoyment for the viewers.”
DIFFERENCE OF OPINION
Firstly, there is a difference between Hijaab and Aurah. We are discussing Hijaab
here – not Aurah. Secondly, there is a difference of opinion amongst the Fuqaha
whether the face of a woman is included in her Aurah or not. Thirdly, whilst we agree
that a woman’s face is not Aurah; her face has to be concealed from Ghair Mahrams
due to Hijaab. Fourthly, there is no valid difference of opinion as far as Hijaab is
concerned. Those who claim that there is a difference of opinion amongst the Fuqaha,
should send their dalaa-il for scrutiny. When a person requires a Shar’i Masalah,
then the Masalah is obtained from the Kutub of the Fuqaha. Referring directly to
Qur’aan and Hadeeth for deriving Masaail, is the function solely of the Mujtahideen.
It seems as if the JamiatKZN realized that they committed a huge blunder in their
newsletter. The following statement of Imaam Shaafi’ (Rahmatullahi Alaih) should
be salutary: “Whenever I put forward Shari’ Hujjat (Evidence from the Shariah) in
regard to any mas-alah to someone and he accepted it, honour for him in my heart
grew.”
IT IS INCUMBENT (WAAJIB) UPON WOMEN TO COVER THEIR FACES IN FRONT OF GHAIR MAHRAMS. THERE IS NO VALID DIFFERENCE OF OPINION ON THIS ISSUE!
IT WOULD BE EXCELLENT IF ‘MUFTI’ EBRAHIM DESAI AND THE JAMIATKZN PUBLICLY CLARIFY THIS ISSUE! IN FACT, THIS IS NECESSARY. MAY ALLAH GUIDE THEM AND US. AAMEEN
