Those who are manifesting COVID-19 symptoms have a greater need for fresh clean air. Because of the various respiratory illnesses associated with Coronavirus syndrome they require prana-filled air more than anything. So do folks who want to prevent catching the coronavirus.
However, when wearing a synthetic mask the person is filtering their air through a synthetic material that outgases the petrochemically derived constituents that most are made of. The masked individual is then breathing in those aerosolized toxic chemicals.
Many of the sickest COVID patients already have various respiratory illnesses and/or chemical sensitivities, so putting a mask on them is the worst thing that can be done. The same applies to people who are relatively healthy but have E.I. syndrome or MCS.*
Brand new products just taken out of a box are notorious for outgassing various chemical toxins. In the case of a new mask, which is placed right over the mouth and nose, these airborne chemicals go right into both airways.
Therefore, patients stricken with the novel coronavirus ought to be spared from such a misguided practice. A chemical overwhelm can even trigger a respiratory condition that compels the attending physician to put the patient on a ventilator which ought to be strictly avoided for COVID-19 patients.
The Science is Conclusive: Masks and Respirators do NOT Prevent Transmission of Viruses

Comment: The following review of the scientific literature on wearing surgical and other facemasks as a means of preventing the transmission of SARS-CoV-2 and thus preventing contraction of ‘Covid-19’ was published a month ago. And absent some miraculous suspension of decades of hard science on the transmission of viruses, it’s settled…
Masks and respirators do not work. There have been extensive randomized controlled trial (RCT) studies, and meta-analysis reviews of RCT studies, which all show that masks and respirators do not work to prevent respiratory influenza-like illnesses, or respiratory illnesses believed to be transmitted by droplets and aerosol particles.
Furthermore, the relevant known physics and biology, which I review, are such that masks and respirators should not work. It would be a paradox if masks and respirators worked, given what we know about viral respiratory diseases: The main transmission path is long-residence-time aerosol particles (< 2.5 μm), which are too fine to be blocked, and the minimum-infective-dose is smaller than one aerosol particle.
The present paper about masks illustrates the degree to which governments, the mainstream media, and institutional propagandists can decide to operate in a science vacuum, or select only incomplete science that serves their interests. Such recklessness is also certainly the case with the current global lockdown of over 1 billion people, an unprecedented experiment in medical and political history.
Review of the Medical Literature
Here are key anchor points to the extensive scientific literature that establishes that wearing surgical masks and respirators (e.g., “N95”) does not reduce the risk of contracting a verified illness:
Jacobs, J. L. et al. (2009) “Use of surgical face masks to reduce the incidence of the common cold among health care workers in Japan: A randomized controlled trial”, American Journal of Infection Control, Volume 37, Issue 5, 417 – 419.
Peddling the bogus covid wares of his handlers in the Pakistani government, Taqi Uthmani with regard to the hallucinated ‘second wave’, said: “Practice on all the precautions with diligence. Hospitals are full.”
What are these ‘precautions’? And, for what are the ‘precautions’? Even for genuine and valid expediencies only precautions which are lawful in the Shariah may be adopted in general while men of Taqwa have the Shar’i right to abstain from even such valid and Islamically lawful protections. Once, Ameerul Mu’mineen Umar Bin Khattaab (Radhiyallahu anhu) was severely indisposed. A Sahaabi suggested that a hakeem should be called. Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) said: “If I know that the cure for my sickness is only in lifting my hand and placing it on my head, I would desist from it.” In dismissing the suggestion to resort to medical treatment, his lofty degree of Taqwa constrained the display of this attitude of Tawakkul and Ridha. He was pleased and contented with the Will of Allah Ta’ala.
Hadhrat Junaid Baghdaadi (Rahmatullah alayh) was suffering from a severe eye problem which threatened blindness. The hakeem / doctor who examined him advised that whilst he will be under treatment, he has to abstain from applying water to his eyes thereby implying abstention from Wudhu. Hadhrat Junaid (Rahmatullah alayh) said that he was prepared to accept blindness, but not abstention from wudhu despite Tayammum being permissible in the circumstances. Thus, he refused the hakeem’s treatment.
While we lack such lofty states of Taqwa and Tawakkul, it does not follow that we have to jettison our Imaan from our hearts by submitting to the kufr of the atheists and peddled by their agents such as Taqi Uthmani and other scholars for dollars of similar ilk.
The ‘precautions’ advised by the mudhil agent of the atheists refer to the haraam covid protocols structured on the haraam basis of the kufr theory of contagion which was explicitly and emphatically refuted by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) by word and deed. Aggravating the hurmat of the conditions is the bogey of the ‘second wave’. In fact there was not even a ‘first wave’. The whole mess is a Bill Gates trillion dollar conspiracy into which he has succeeded to rope in most of the moron government officials. Taqi Uthmani and the ulama-e-soo’ cartel are all members of Hizbush Shaitaan (The Legion of Iblees), hence they lick the boots and hinds of the western atheists most obsequiously, and they do so with relish in view of the chimera of the dollars dangling infront of them.
THE DEVIL’S PRECAUTIONS
(1)The niqaab of Iblees: While Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) forbade that the face be covered during Salaat, Taqi Uthmani and the whole gamut of Hizbush Shaitaan insist on donning the niqaab of Iblees. They believing that by muzzling themselves so hideously, they will be able to thwart Allah’s decree. Even muzzled dogs present a better spectacle than those buffeted by fear into these satanic protocols of the atheists.
The Sahaabah would sharply jerk off any face-covering from the face of a musalli. Covering the face during Salaat for any reason other than the kufr theory, is haraam. But donning the hideous niqaab of Iblees on the basis of the kufr contagion theory of the atheists is kufr. It is for this reason that Salaat behind a moron imam donning the niqaab of Iblees is not valid.
Regarding the niqaab of the devil, the moron mufti asks: “What Hardship is there in wearing a mask?” We say that you, Taqi Uthmani, are either too stupid to understand the hardship involved in donning the niqaab of Iblees, or you are deliberately pretending to be oblivious of the hardship in obedience to your handlers.
Firstly, it is haraam to don the niqaab of Iblees during Salaat. Secondly, the rationale underlying the niqaab of Iblees is kufr. Thirdly, it is an imposition of corrupt, brutal mafia gangster personnel. Fourthly, it is in violation of Allah’s natural law of exhaling filth from the body. Allah Ta’ala has ordained that filthy air and menstrual blood be expelled from the body. Besides the kufr factor, inhaling and retention of filthy air and putrefied haidh blood bring in their wake diseases which have extremely harmful health consequences in the long term. While filthy air has to be incumbently expelled from the body, the devil’s niqaab constrains the diffusion of the filth into the body. All things unnatural have harmful consequences.
Fifthly, the physical discomfort caused by covering the face, especially on hot days, is a cruel hardship imposed by governments in league with Bill Gates.
The Devils’ social-distancing
Many Ahaadith explicitly inform us that the gaps between musallis in the Salaat sufoof are occupied by the shayaateen (devils). Thus, there will be a preponderance of devils in all the Musjids converted into weird temples where the satanic protocol of ‘social-distancing’ is observed. It is therefore not permissible to join a mixed congregation of humans and devils. Perform Salaat at home if a valid Jamaat is not available.
Besides the factor of devils filling the gaps, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) also mentioned that the effect of the gaps in the saff is disunity in the hearts. It causes enmity and disunity among Muslims.
The number restriction
It is haraam to debar any Muslim from entering the Musjid for Salaat. Yet, this miserable bootlicking mufti supports the protocol of the atheists limiting the number of musallis. When the protocoled number is reached, musallis are debarred entry. While this satanic restriction is haraam for all Salaat, it negates the validity of Jumuah Salaat. According to the Hanafi Math-hab, Jumuah is invalid on the basis of two evil factors: (a) The condition of Ithnul Aam is violated. (b) It is a condition structured on the basis of kufr.
Taqi Uthmani and the rest of Hizbush Shaitaan come fully within the glare of the Qur’aanic Aayat: Who is a greater zaalim than the one who prevents the Thikr of Allah’s Name from the Musaajid of Allah, and who strives to ruin the Musaajid?”
Besides the aforementioned three devilish haraam ‘precautions’ presented to Taqi Uthmani by his kuffaar handlers, there are several other haraam/kufr conditions which have been explained in many of our articles on this topic. These are available on our website.
The claim by Taqi Uthmani, viz, ‘hospitals are full’, i.e. full of covid victims, is a blatant, satanic lie. This misinformation has been fed to him by his handlers. Either Taqi is aware of the falsity of this claim or he is too dim in the brains to understand and to ascertain the misinformation which has been disgorged into his mouth. A Brother from Karachi, Pakistan, commenting on the rubbish excreted by Taqi Uthmani writes:
“Last night my uncle let me listen to mufti Taqi’s recent audio on corona. Thereafter we called a hospital. We ascertained that they were not filled as mentioned by mufti Taqi in his speech. I have ascertained from other hospitals as well and have realized the gross amount of exaggeration by him.”
Many people from U.K. and other countries have informed us of similar blatantly false claims of hospitals overrun with corona patients.
Rasulullah’s Warning for Muslims
Hadhrat Abu Tharr (Radhiyallahu anhu) narrates: “Once I was walking with Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), and he said: ‘Besides Dajjaal something is more fearful for my Ummah.” He mentioned this statement thrice. I (Abu Tharr) said: “O Rasulullah! What is this which causes you greater fear for your Ummah than even Dajjaal?” Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: ‘Aimmah Mudhilleen!”
Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had a greater fear for the Aimmah Mudhilleen than for even Dajjaal. The gravest danger for the Ummah is the Aimmah Mudhilleen. They are the scholars for dollars –the ulama-e-soo’ – who misguide and mislead the Ummah with their corrupt, baatil, zigzag fatwas. And, they do so for worldly, monetary, mercenary and nafsaani objectives.
When a molvi’s brains are convoluted by shaitaan, then in the words of the Qur’aan Majeed, he blunders with shaitaani intoxication. In this regard, the Qur’aan Majeed states:
“Those who devour riba do not stand except as one who has been afflicted by the touch of shaitaan stands. That is because they say that trade is like riba whilst Allah has made halaal trade and made haraam riba.”
Although the specific circumstance for the revelation of this Aayat is the prohibition of riba, it has a general application. Those who halaalize any of Allah’s prohibitions come within the scope of this Qur’aanic stricture.
The niqaab of Iblees, i.e. the covid mask designed, advised and forced by the atheists and the enemies of Allah Ta’ala, is haraam. Even a face covering not designed by the kuffaar and not accompanied by the kufr contagious belief, and not donned to bootlick the kuffaar, is haraam to wear during Salaat. That is, a man may not cover his face with any cloth or garment whilst performing Salaat. There is specific Nass on this prohibition.
The UK molvi, most ludicrously, stupidly and satanically elevates the haraam niqaab of Iblees to the stature of Sunnah. He disgorges the follow kufr effluvium:
“The blessed Sunnah of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam was that whenever he would wear something (clothes, shoes etc) he would start from the right. And when he would remove something he would remove the left side ﬁrst.
For example when he sallallahu alayhi wasallam would wear footwear he would wear the right ﬁrst and then the left. And when removing he would remove the left ﬁrst and then the right.
Yesterday our respected Shaykh, Mawlana Muhammad Saleem Dhorat Saheb haﬁzahullah mentioned nowadays we are constantly a wearing the face mask. When wearing the mask we should tie the rightstrap ﬁrst (behind the ear) and then the left. And when removing the mask we should remove the left strap ﬁrst thereafter the right strap and whilst doing this a person should make the intention of acting upon the blessed sunnah. We are wearing and removing the mask multiple times in a day. Like this imagine how much reward we can reap in one day.”
(End of the molvi’s kufr rubbish)
“Like this”, those who don the niqaab of Iblees should imagine how much Wrath and La’nat of Allah Ta’ala settle on them in one day. The molvi has gone haywire with his kufr. Shaitaan has indeed “driven him to madness with his touch” as is mentioned in the aforementioned Qur’aanic Aayat. Satanism has blinded the eyes of his heart. He has sunk deep into the gutter of kufr by promoting the niqaab of Iblees and by elevating it to the status of Sunnah.
It is prohibited (Makrooh Tahrimi) to cover the face during Salaat because of the Hadith of Abu Hurairah (Radhiyallahu anhu): ‘Verily Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) forbade that the musalli covers his face…….
He prohibited talath-thum in Salaat. (Talath-thum: i.e. covering the face with a veil), and in it tashabbuh (emulation) of the Majoos during their worshipping the fire.”
The mushrik Majoos (Fire-Worshippers) don the niqaab of Iblees when they worship the fire. Today molvis are promoting this face-covering of the devil and even elevating it to the status of the Sunnah during Salaat. The molvi’s rubbish kufr advice is in stark conflict and denial of the prohibition proclaimed by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam).
“Imaam Maalik (Rahmatullah alayh) narrates from Abdur Rahmaan Bin Al-Mujeer that he saw Saalim Bin Abdullah who would forcefully rip off the cloth (the veil/face-covering) from the face of a person performing Salaat.”
“Imaam Abu Hanifah (Rahmatullah alayh) narrated that Ibraahim (Nakh’i) regarded as Makrooh that a man covers his face in Salaat, and he (also) regarded as Makrooh that a woman performs Salaat with a face covered with niqaab.”
“Ibraaheem Nakh’i said: It is Makrroh that he (the musalli) covers his face. Imaam Muhammad said: ‘This is our view. We also regard as Makrooh that he covers his nose. And this is the view of Abu Hanifah (Rahmatullah alayh).
The molvi’s advice is clearly kufr. He has implied by his satanic advice his rejection of the prohibition stated by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). This rejection is tantamount to kufr.
“Salaam on those who follow the huda of Allah”
The advice given by this molvi has been satanically calculated to convey the absolutely baatil idea of the niqaab of Iblees being permissible, hence the aadaab pertaining to other permissible acts should be extended to this haraam act as well. This stupid haraam advice is similar to saying that when eating pork or carrion one should commence with Bismillaah and eat with the right hand. It is similar to advising men to bestow the Masnoon Aadaab of dressing even if they clothe themselves with female garments or the type of garments which are the styles of immoral fussaaq and fujjaar. The elevation of a kufr act to the level of Sunnah is itself kufr.
This most unfortunate and miserable ‘mufti’, in his latest statement on the hallucinated ‘second wave’ of the covid satanism, has displayed his jahaalat which is tantamount to kufr. He has rejected by implication everything instructed and commanded by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). He has rejected the Deen at the behest of the atheists whom he (the ‘mufti) has appointed to be his leaders.
This miserable miscreant member of the ulama-e-soo’ fraternity has now fully embraced the ideology of the atheists in total rejection of Allah’s Ideology as propounded in the Qur’aan and Ahaadith.
Every statement in his copro-announcement is kufr. He has displayed blithe disregard for Taqdeer, for the Qudrat of Allah Ta’ala, for the explicit Qur’aanic references and Ahaadith pertaining to sicknesses, diseases, plagues and Maut. He conveys the distinct impression that Maut is not preordained and commanded by Allah Ta’ala.
Following in the footsteps of Iblees and his atheist masters whom he is bootlicking, he finds the Musaajid and the Madaaris to be the fertile fields for the disease. This is in stark conflict and denial of what Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said in regard to this issue.
The miscreant molvi isolates Maut from Allah’s will and power. Just like the kuffaar whom he bootlicks, he believes that disease is contagious, and this is in total conflict and rejection of the pronouncement of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). He says that “Moulana Mazhar, son of Hakeem Akhtar, was also positive”. So what? The miscreant molvi fails to understand that his brain is positive with shaitaaniyat. Shaitaan has, with his urine, convoluted the brains of this molvi who has turned out to be a conspicuous sign of Qiyaamah.
He believes that kuffaar protocols can thwart Maut. This is hard core kufr stemming from kufr hidden in the heart. He asks: “What hardship is there in wearing a mask?” In view of the satanic convolution which has jarred and disturbed his cognitive ability, he is too stupid to comprehend the harm and hardship of the niqaab of Iblees. The stupid question is similar to: “What harm is there is bottling up the filth of haidh inside the body?”
Allah Ta’ala has ordained for the expulsion of filth from the human body. Just as haidh has to be compulsorily expelled from the body, not retained for diffusion inside the body, so too is it naturally imperative to expel filthy air and poisonous air (carbon dioxide) from the body in the manner created by Allah Ta’ala. Since the brain of this agent of Iblees has lost its mental equilibrium, he fails to understand the simple issue of retaining filth inside the body. Instead of exhaling the filth and poison in the manner Allah Ta’ala has created for us, this jaahil molvi deems it proper to retain the harmful and poisonous substances within the body, and he has adopted this ideology as an effect of his bootlicking his atheist masters.
He speaks absolute rubbish about 4000 covid cases in Pakistan, a country of 250 million souls. He acquits himself with kufr by believing that this miniscule number of people would have succeeded in thwarting Malakul Maut, and that they would still have been alive if they had submitted to the advices of the atheists.
About the likes of mufti taqi, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:
“There will dawn an age when the worst of the people under the canopy of the sky will be their ulama. From them will emerge fitnah, and the fitnah will rebound on them.”
A true Aalim commented: Under the canopy of the sky are also the Yahood, Nasaara, Mushrikeen, apes and pigs.” The Ulama-e-Soo’ are worse than all of them.
Musallis are not permitted entry into Masjid Siraatul Jannah without a mask. Anyone who comes without a mask will be debarred from entering. The trustees of the Masjid have provided masks which they sell to musallis who come without masks. They claim that the money acquired for the masks is donation. Is this permissible? What is the difference now between a Masjid and a church?
Also the one imam who happens to be part of jusa (No Name Brand jamiat of Fordsburg) instructs everyone to observe social distancing in Jumuah Salaat. Is this permissible?
From beginning to end the entire set up is haraam and tantamount to kufr. The money is extravasated by means of usurpation. These trustees suck haraam blood from the musallis. It is not permissible to perform Salaat in this Musjid which has been converted into a weird temple.
Performing Salaat according to the system ordered by the kuffaar is haraam. The Salaat is not valid. These trustees are munaafiqeen, and so is the miserable imam of the NNB jamiat who is instructing social distancing. At the same time the musallis are not free from blame. Why do they inflict disgrace upon themselves by attending the temple?

Covid-19 masks are a crime against Humanity and child abuse

Dr. Margarite Griesz-Brisson MD, PhD is a Consultant Neurologist and Neurophysiologist with a PhD in Pharmacology, with special interest in neurotoxicology, environmental medicine, neuroregeneration and neuroplasticity. This is what she has to say about masks and their effects on our brains:
“The rebreathing of our exhaled air will without a doubt create oxygen deficiency and a flooding of carbon dioxide. We know that the human brain is very sensitive to oxygen depravation. There are nerve cells for example in the hippocampus, that can’t be longer than 3 minutes without oxygen – they cannot survive. The acute warning symptoms are headaches, drowsiness, dizziness, issues in concentration, slowing down of the reaction time – reactions of the cognitive system.
However, when you have chronic oxygen depravation, all of those symptoms disappear, because you get used to it. But your efficiency will remain impaired and the undersupply of oxygen in your brain continues to progress.
We know that neurodegenerative diseases take years to decades to develop. If today you forget your phone number, the breakdown in your brain would have already started 20 or 30 years ago.
While you’re thinking, that you have gotten used to wearing your mask and rebreathing your own exhaled air, the degenerative processes in your brain are getting amplified as your oxygen deprivation continues.
The second problem is that the nerve cells in your brain are unable to divide themselves normally. So in case our governments will generously allow as to get rid of the masks and go back to breathing oxygen freely again in a few months, the lost nerve cells will no longer be regenerated. What is gone is gone.

[..]There is no unfounded medical exemption from face masks because oxygen deprivation is dangerous for every single brain. It must be the free decision of every human being whether they want to wear a mask that is absolutely ineffective to protect themselves from a virus.
For children and adolescents, masks are an absolute no-no. Children and adolescents have an extremely active and adaptive immune system and they need a constant interaction with the microbiome of the Earth. Their brain is also incredibly active, as it is has so much to learn. The child’s brain, or the youth’s brain is thirsting for oxygen. The more metabolically active the organ is, the more oxygen it requires. In children and adolescents every organ is metabolically active.
To deprive a child’s or an adolescent’s brain from oxygen, or to restrict it in any way, is not only dangerous to their health, it is absolutely criminal. Oxygen deficiency inhibits the development of the brain, and the damage that has taken place as a result CANNOT be reversed.

Conscious and purposely induced oxygen deficiency is an absolutely deliberate health hazard, and an absolute medical contraindication.
An absolute medical contraindication in medicine means that this drug, this therapy, this method or measure should not be used – is not allowed to be used. To coerce an entire population to use an absolute medical contraindication by force, there must be definite and serious reasons for this, and the reasons must be presented to competent interdisciplinary and independent bodies to be verified and authorised.
When in ten years, dementia is going to increase exponentially, and the younger generations couldn’t reach their god-given potential, it won’t help to say “we didn’t need the masks”.
[..]How can a veterinarian, a software distributer, a business man, an electrical car manufacturer and a physicist decided on matters regarding the health of the entire population? Please dear colleagues, we all have to wake up.
I know how damaging oxygen depravation is for the brain, cardiologist knows it for the heart, the pulmonologist knows it for the lungs. Oxygen deprivation damages every single organ.
Where are our health departments, our health insurance, our medical associations? It would have been their duty to be vehemently against the lockdown and to stop it and stop it from the very beginning.
Why do the medical boards give punishments to doctors who give people exemptions? Does the person or the doctor seriously have to prove that oxygen depravation harms people? What kind of medicine are our doctors and medical associations representing?

The goal of Salah is to perform it in the manner of Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam, i.e. ‘perform Salah as you see me performing Salah.’ (a) Hadhrat Abu Hurairah Radiallahu Anhu reports that Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam prohibited sadal (leaving clothing loosely hanging from body) in Salah and that a man covers his mouth (Abu Dawood). (b) Hadhrat Abu Hurairah Radiallahu Anhu reports that Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam prohibited that a man covers his mouth in Salah (Ibn Majah). (c) Imam Malik Rahmatullahi Alayh reports from Abdur Rahman bin Mujabbar that he used to see Hadhrat Saalim bin Abdillah, who, whenever he saw a man with his mouth covered whilst in Salah, he would yank the cloth from his mouth with a firm jerk, until he removed it from his mouth. (Muwatta Maalik). (d) Imam Muhammad says: ‘Abu Hanifah reports from Hammaad who reports from Ebrahim, who said: ‘There is no harm if a man covers his head in Salah, i.e. with a sheet or cloth over his topi, as long as he does not cover his mouth. It is makrooh (haraam) to cover his mouth in Salah.’ Imam Muhammad further states: ‘From this we deduce that it is makrooh (haraam) also for a person to cover his nose. This is the view of Abu Hanifah Radiallahu Anhu.’ (Aathaar Muhammad bin Hasan) (e) Thaqafi Narrates from Muhammad that he used to dislike (i.e. regard it as haraam) that a man covers his mouth whilst performing Salah (Musannaf ibn Abi Shaibah). In addition to these narrations the fuqaha have explicitly prohibited covering the mouth in Salah with a cloth (mask) because this is emulation of the majoos (fire worshippers). The fear of potential infection does not constitute Shar’i necessity, particularly when the medical fraternity is divided as to the usefulness of masks in combating infection. On the one hand we have the divided conjecture of the scientists and on the other there is the absolute ruling of Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam. How can we call ourselves Muslim when we opt for the conjecture of the disbelievers over the explicit command of Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam?
Assalaamualaikum Mufti Saheb. A few questions if Mufti Saheb can answer for me and the public at large.
Is alcohol based sanitisers permitted under current circumstances? Further, are we allowed to use it and enter the Musjid? Some say it is ‘denat’ and therefore not Haraam alcohol. Many Musaajid have social distancing. Are we allowed to perform Salaat in this manner under the circumstances. I have noticed that some brothers don’t join the Jamaat but make their salaat by themselves. Are they wrong? Shouldn’t they join the Jamaat? Because 50 are allowed at a time. It is frustrating to stand outside queuing outside and waiting for our turn? Should we wait like this or go home and make Salaat. Maaf, Mufti saheb, don’t mean to sound arrogant, but I have my dignity. Is my action incorrect? I came across your website and someone told me to contact you as you don’t mince words. So any further advice or rulings on the subject will be appreciated.

The Quraan Kareem has clearly stated that Khamar is Haraam. Khamar whether edible or inedible is Haraam. The argument of whether or not ethanol is khamar is baseless. By applying an alcohol-based sanitizer and performing salaah, one is contravening a prerequisite of salaah, which is purity of the body. Thus the salaah will not be valid with an alcohol based sanitizer on your body. Alcohol no matter the quantity remains najis. Like one cannot take a bottle of alcohol into the masjid and nobody in their sane mind will take a bottle of beer into the Masjid, similarly it is not permissible to enter the Masjid with alcohol on your hands. Just as Allah instructs the mushrikeen to stay away from the Masjid because they are najis, so similarly will it not be permissible to keep alcohol sanitizers in the Masjid, or for someone apply it and enter, because it is najis. If one enters the Masjid and notices people standing apart in the saffs (‘social distancing’) and performing ‘salaah’, he should not join them, because that is not salaah. Salaah has to be performed in a saff with no gaps in between. The Ahaadeeth are numerous, instructing the closing of gaps. How can one yearn for Allah’s help when one is in total defiance of the instructions and injunctions of the Shari’ah? If one witnesses the sorry sight of ‘social distancing’ being practiced in the Masjid, he should perform salaah individually. The salaah performed with Jama’ah is regarded as adaa kaamil (complete/perfect execution). When one performs it with spaces in the saffs which are as gaping as 1.5m, then adaa is neither kaamil nor will it even be classified as qaasir (a deficient execution), in fact, the conditions of Jamaah is not adaa (executed at all) with gaps in the saffs – it is simply not valid! Most Masaajid have strict Haraam restrictions in place. They will not allow you entry into the masjid if you do not apply najis sanitizer, wear a mask and fill in a register. If you do not abide by their Haraam rules, they will chuck you out. Nowhere in Islam was there any situation where Muslims prevented fellow Muslims from entering the Masaajid, even during plagues. In fact the ulema encouraged people to go even more to the Masaajid during difficult times. Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) would hasten to the Musjid whenever there was a calamity. I’tijaar is prohibited in the Shari’ah. I’tijaar out of salaah is prohibited, more so in salaah. This is how the hooligans cover their faces, by wrapping a cloth around their heads leaving only their foreheads exposed. This also resembles the dressing of women. I’tijaar falls under ruling of the Hadeeth, wherein Nabi صلي الله عليه وسلم prohibited us from covering our noses whilst in salaah. Therefore it it is not permissible to read salaah wearing a face mask.
If you go to a Masjid and you are refused entry on account of non-compliance to Haraam laws, then make your Salaah at the door.
The Laws of Allah cannot be changed to suit people in power. If an action does not match the criteria laid out by Allah and His Rasool, then it will be disregarded.
Do not join ‘mock Jamaats’ and think that you are getting rewarded. Allah disgraces those who mock His Deen.
