Dr.Aafiyah Siddiqui, a Pakistani scientist, disappeared with her three children aged 7, 9 and 1 year, in 2003. On 28 March, 2003, Aafiyah left home in a Metro-cab, in Karachi to catch a flight to Rawalpindi. But she never reached the airport. Seven years later, in February 2010, her eldest son, then 14 years old, was returned and described the abduction. When Aafiyah and her three children came out of their home, about 20 men including a white woman, presumably an Americam, and members of the ISI (Pakistan’s intelligence agency), were waiting in several vehicles on the next street. Aafiyah and her children were promptly kidnapped. Aafiyah was loaded in one car, and the shocked and crying children in another vehicle. A hood was immediately pulled over Aafiya’s head and she was drugged. When she awoke she found herself tied to a wheeled stretcher. She did not know where she was, but the dryness of the air convinced her that she was not in Karachi. Her youngest child who would be 7 years old now, is still missing. It is believed that the one year old baby was killed during the kidnapping. She was later shown a picture of her baby in a pool of blood. According to the Pakistani media, the day after her kidnapping, a woman had been taken into custody on charges of terrorism. The Pakistan Interior Ministry confirmed the ‘arrest’. She was taken to an unknown place for questioning. A year later the Pakistani press, quoting a government spokesman said that Aafiyah was handed over to the US in 2003. Later the Pakistani government and US officials in Washington denied any knowledge of Aafiyah’s custody. However, Aafiyah was kidnapped by the Pakistani intelligence services with her three children and transferred into US custody. She was detained in several prisons for five years and was repeatedly tortured and raped. The International Committee for the Red Cross had also confirmed the presence of a Pakistani female detainee at Bagram, the American torture facility in Afghanistan. Little is known about what happened to Aafia and her children in the five years in which they were missing. However, in October 2009, when Aafia was visited by a Pakistani parliamentary delegation she spoke a little about the five years in which she had been disappeared, saying “I have been through living hell”. She described being given an injection and when she came to, she was in a cell. She said she was being brainwashed by men who spoke perfect English, who may have been Afghans. She did not think they were Pakistanis. She described being forced to make false confessions and sign statements. She alleged that she had been tortured although she provided no details. She was also told by her captors that if she did not co-operate, her children would
suffer. During her trial, Aafia alluded to being tortured in secret prisons, to being raped, her children being tortured, and being threatened to be “sent back to the bad guys” – men she described as sounding like Americans but could not be “real Americans” but “pretend Americans” due to the treatment they had subjected her to. After her trial it emerged that the government of Pakistan had put a gag order on Aafia’s family in exchange for releasing her eldest son Ahmed. Aafia’s lawyers, Elaine Sharpe and Elizabeth Fink, would later corroborate this by stating publicly that she had “been through years of detention, whose interrogators were American, who endured treatment fairly characterised as horrendous” and that she had been “tortured”.
On 7 July 2008, a press conference led by British journalist Yvonne Ridley, in Pakistan resulted in mass international coverage of Aafia’s case as her disappearance was questioned by the media and political figures in Pakistan. Within weeks, the US administration reported that she was arrested by Afghani forces along with her 13 year old son, outside the governor of Ghazni’s compound, allegedly with manuals on explosives and ‘dangerous substances in sealed jars’ on her person. Her lawyers claim that the evidence was planted on her. Aafia would later testify during her trial that the bag in which the evidence was found was not her own and was given to her, being unaware of its contents. She also claimed that the handwritten notes were forcibly copied from a magazine under threat of torture of her children. She recalled the presence of a boy at the Ghazni police station whom she believed could have been her son, but could not know with certainty since they had been separate for several years. On 3 August 2008 an agent from the FBI visited the home of her brother in Houston, Texas and confirmed that she was being detained in Afghanistan. On Monday 4 August 2008, federal prosecutors in the US confirmed that Aafia Siddiqui had been extradited to the US from Afghanistan where they alleged she had been detained since mid-July 2008. They further allege that whilst in custody she fired at US officers (none being injured) and was herself shot twice in the process. Aafia confirmed during her trial that she was hiding behind a curtain in the prison, as the US claim, with the intent of escaping as she feared being returned to a secret prison, but categorically denied picking up the gun or attempting to shoot anyone. Aafia was charged in the US with assaulting and attempted murder of US personnel in Afghanistan. In late August 2008, Michael G Garcia, the US attorney general of the southern region confirmed in a letter to Dr Fowzia Siddiqui that Aafia’s son, Ahmed had been in the custody of the FBI since 2003 and he was currently in the custody of the Karzai government. Earlier the US ambassador to Pakistan, Anne W Patterson had earlier claimed that Washington has no information regarding the children. According to an Afghan Interior Ministry official quoted in the Washington Post, Ahmed Siddiqui was briefly held by the Interior Ministry after his arrest in July 2008 and was thereafter transferred to an Afghan intelligence agency, the National Directorate of Security (NDS), notorious for its brutal treatment of detainees, despite the fact he was too young to be treated as a criminal suspect under both Afghan and international law. Under Afghanistan’s Juvenile Code, the minimum age of criminal responsibility is 13 and according to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child a minimum age of criminal responsibility below the age of 12 is “not internationally acceptable.” Ahmed was finally released to the custody of Aafia’s family in Pakistan in September 2009. He later gave a statement to police in Lahore, Pakistan, that he had been held in a juvenile prison in Afghanistan for years. On being reunited with his father for the first time, he ran away screaming in horror, claiming that his father was amongst those who used to beat him in Afghanistan.
The trial of Aafia Siddiqui began Tuesday 19 January 2010, in a Manhattan federal courtroom. Prior to the jury entering the courtroom, Aafia turned to onlookers saying; “This isn’t a fair court, (…) Why do I have to be here? (…) There are many different versions of how this happened,” referring to the alleged shooting. Three government witnesses testified on the opening day of the trial; Army Capt. Robert Snyder, John Threadcraft, a former army officer and John Jefferson, an FBI agent. Both were stationed in Afghanistan at the time of the alleged assault and murder attempt. During the trial, while Snyder testified that Aafia had been arrested with a handwritten note outlining plans to attack the Empire State Building, the Brooklyn Bridge and Wall Street, Aafia disrupted the proceedings with a loud outburst aimed at Snyder, after, which she proclaimed her innocence stating; “Since I’ll never get a chance to speak, if you were in a secret prison.. where children were tortured… This is no list of targets against New York. I was never planning to bomb it. You’re lying.” In the morning before the closing remarks, the last government witness, FBI Special Agent, Angela Sercer testified. Sercer monitored Aafia for 12 hours a day over a two week period while she was at a hospital in Bagram. She tried to rebut Aafia Siddiqui’s testimony, by saying that Aafia told her she was in “hiding” for the last five years and further that she “married” someone to change her name. However under cross examination, Sercer admitted that while at the hospital Aafia expressed fear of “being tortured”. Sercer also admitted that Aafia expressed concern about the “welfare of the boy” and asked about him “every day”. Moreover, that Aafia only agreed to talk to her upon promises that the boy would be safe. According to the testimony Aafia said that the Afghans had “beaten her”; that her “husband had beaten her and her children”; and that she was “afraid of coming into physical harm”.
When Sercer was further questioned about what Aafia said about her children during that two week period, she admitted that Aafia expressed concern about the “safety and welfare of her children”, but felt that the “kids had been killed or tortured in a secret prison”. “She said that they were dead, didn’t she” asked Defence attorney, Elaine Sharpe; reluctantly Sercer answered, “Yes.”
The trial took an unusual turn with an FBI official asserting that the finger prints taken from the rifle, which was purportedly used by Aafia to shoot at the U.S. interrogators, did not match hers. Another event complicated the case further, when the testimony of witness Masood Haider Gul appeared different from the one given by U.S. Captain Schnieder earlier. The defence denied all charges, stating that “the soldiers had given different versions of where she was when the M-4 was allegedly fired and how many shots were fired.”
The trial lasted for 2 weeks and the jury deliberated for 2 days before reaching a verdict. On February 3, 2010, she was convicted and found guilty on all counts. , despite the following discrepancies:
The court proceedings were flawed, and limited to the incident in Ghazni, which itself lacked concrete evidence.
It is still unexplained how a frail, 110 pound woman, confronted with three US army officers, two interpreters and two FBI agents managed to assault three of them, snatch a rifle from one of them, open fire at close range, hit no one, but she herself was wounded.
There were no fingerprints on the gun.
There was no gunshot residue from the gun.
There were no bullet holes in the walls from that particular gun.
There were no bullets cases or shells in the area from the specified gun.
The testimony of the government’s six eyewitnesses contradicted each other.
The statements Aafia made to FBI agent Angela Sercer were made whilst she was under 24 hour surveillance by FBI agents in the hospital at Bagram, with her arms and legs tied to a bed for weeks, several types of medication, sleep-deprived and at the mercy of the agent for food, water and in order to relieve herself. Sercer did not identify herself to Aafia as a FBI agent. The use of these statements in court were objected to by the defence on the basis of ‘Miranda laws’ which mandate that a detainee must be informed of their rights, have access to an attorney, or in the case of international law, consular staff and law enforcement officials must identify themselves. Despite this the judge denied the motion and allowed this to form part of the questioning. Aafia’s disappearance, torture and missing children were not at all addressed during the court case.
Following her conviction, Aafia remained at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in New York where she has spent the best part of her detention in the US. Throughout that time, she has been subject to humiliating and degrading strip and cavity searches, prompting her to refuse legal visits on many occasions. Since the beginning of March Aafia has been refused all contact with her family and has not been permitted any letters, phonecalls, visits or reading material under the pretext of “the security of the nation.” In April 2010, a 12 year old girl was left outside the residence of Fowzia Siddiqui in Karachi by unidentified men claiming she was the missing daughter of Aafia Siddiqui. Although initially it was thought that she was not Aafia’s daughter, following DNA tests conducted by the Pakistani government, the Interior Minister Rehman Malik confirmed that the tests proved that the child was indeed Aafia’s daughter, Maryam, and that her DNA matched that of Ahmed Siddiqui (Aafia’s eldest son) and their father, Amjad Khan. Dr Fowzia intended to carry out their own independent investigation to confirm the girl’s identity. In a press conference Senate Committee for Interior Chairman, Senator Talha Mehmood reported that Maryam Siddiqui was recovered from Bagram airbase in the custody of an American – in the Urdu language press, an American soldier – called “John”. He also said that she had been kept for seven years in a ‘cold, dark room’ in Bagram airbase. After several postponements, Aafia was finally sentenced to 86 years in prison, on 5 counts, on September 23rd 2010, making her eligible for release in 2094. She would be 122 years old at the time of her release, if she remains alive at that time. The whereabouts and welfare of Aafia’s youngest son, Suleman remains a mystery.

79-year-old retired CIA agent, Malcom Howard, has made a series of astonishing claims since being released from hospital in New Jersey on Friday and told he has weeks to live. Mr. Howard claims he was involved in the “controlled demolition” of World Trade Center 7, the third building that was destroyed on 9/11.
Mr. Howard, who worked for the CIA for 36 years as an operative, claims he was tapped by senior CIA agents to work on the project due to his engineering background, and early career in the demolition business.
Trained as a civil engineer, Mr. Howard became an explosives expert after being headhunted by the CIA in early 1980s. Mr. Howard says he has extensive experience in planting explosives in items as small as cigarette lighters and as large as “80 floor buildings.”
The 79-year-old New Jersey native says he worked on the CIA operation they dubbed “New Century” between May 1997 and September 2001, during a time he says the CIA “was still taking orders from the top.” Mr. Howard says he was part of a cell of 4 operatives tasked with ensuring the demolition was successful.
Mr. Howard says the World Trade Center 7 operation is unique among his demolitions, as it is the only demolition that “we had to pretend wasn’t a demolition job”. He claims he had no problem going through with the deception at the time, because “when you are a patriot, you don’t question the motivation of the CIA or the White House. You assume the bigger purpose is for a greater good. They pick good, loyal people like me, and it breaks my heart to hear the shit talk.”
But even he admits that now, looking back, “Something wasn’t right.”
“No good has come from this. This isn’t the America we envisioned.”
Explaining how the building was bought down, Mr. Howard says, “It was a classic controlled demolition with explosives. We used super-fine military grade nanothermite composite materials as explosives. The hard part was getting thousands of pounds of explosives, fuses and ignition mechanisms into the building without causing too much concern. But almost every single office in the Building 7 was rented by the CIA, the Secret Service, or the military, which made it easier.”
Mr. Howard explains that WTC 7 was “loaded with explosives in strategic places” in the month leading up to the day that changed the course of American history. On September 11th, while the North and South towers burned, fuses were ignited in World Trade Center 7, and nanothermite explosions hollowed out the building, destroying the steel structure, removing the reinforcements, and allowing the office fires to tear through the rest of the building, hollowing it out like a shell.
World Trade Center 7 collapsed into its own footprint at 5:20pm, seven hours after the destruction of WTC 1 and 2. The building shocked witnesses by coming down at the speed of free-fall, indicating that it encountered zero resistance on the way down.
Mr. Howard and his colleagues had done their job.
“When the building came down, it was such a rush. Everything went exactly to plan. It was so smooth. Everybody was evacuated. Nobody was hurt in WTC 7. We were celebrating. We kept watching replays of the demolition, we had the whiskey and cigars out, and then all of a sudden the strangest thing happened. We all started to worry that it looked a bit too smooth. We watched the tape again and again and again and we started to get paranoid. It looked like a controlled demolition. We thought shit, people are going to question this. And then we heard that people from the street were reporting that they heard the explosions during the afternoon. When we were told that the BBC botched their report and announced to the world that the building collapsed 20 minutes before it actually did… At that point we really thought the gig was up.”
According to the official 9/11 report issued by the government, WTC 7 collapsed due to “uncontrolled fires” that were caused by debris that floated over from WTC 1 and 2, which had been hit by passenger planes. If the official narrative was true, WTC 7 would be the first tall building in the world to ever collapse due to uncontrolled fires, and the only steel skyscraper in the world to have collapsed into itself, due to “office fires.”
Mr. Howard and his colleagues feared the public would see through the official narrative and rise up against the government, demanding to be told the truth.
“There were so many loose ends, so much evidence left behind. We thought the public would be all over it. We thought there would be a public uprising that the media couldn’t ignore. They’d be funding investigations and demanding to know why they were being lied to. We thought they’d find chemical composites in the area that would prove Building 7 was blown up.
“We thought there would be a revolution. It would go all the way to the top, to President Bush. He’d be dragged out of the White House.
“But none of that happened. Almost nobody questioned anything. The media shot down anyone who dared question anything they were told.”
Follow the money
Mr. Howard claims he has “no direct knowledge” about the destruction of North and South Towers of the World Trade Center, explaining that “CIA operations are very specific” and that it is common to be working on a larger project while only understanding a small piece of the puzzle.
But he has advice for investigators seeking to understand the entire puzzle and work out who was behind the most devastating attack on American soil in history.
“Follow the money.”
“When you want to find out who is behind something, just follow the money. Look at the trades made just before 9/11. These are the guys that knew what was coming. The sons of CIA agents, government officials. Close relatives of the most powerful men in America. Cheney, Rumsfeld. They all got rich. It wasn’t just the contracts awarded to their friends in the construction business and the wars and the kickbacks.”
“It was insider trading.”
Many countries including Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Japan and Monaco launched insider trading investigations in the wake of the 9/11 attacks, believing that if they could prove Al-Qaeda operatives profited on the stock market then they could prove the terror organization was behind the attacks.
And all the evidence pointed to heavy insider trading around 9/11.
Italy’s foreign minister, Antonio Martino, said: “I think that there are terrorist states and organizations behind speculation on the international markets.” German central bank president, Ernst Welteke, said his researchers had found “almost irrefutable proof of insider trading.”
Even CNN reported that regulators were seeing “ever-clearer signs” that someone “manipulated financial markets ahead of the terror attack in the hope of profiting from it.”
Mr. Howard says that a serious study of who profited on the stock market from 9/11 would “tear the heart out of the oligarchy in America.”
“There is only one organization that spans the entire world, and let me tell you now, it isn’t and it never was al-Qaeda.”
It’s the CIA.
“There could never be a real investigation. The entire shadow government, as you call them now, are implicated.”
The 79-year-old, spending his final weeks at home, said he doesn’t expect to be taken into custody following his confession because “then they’d have to go after everyone else. They will just use the media to attack me. They are all on the payroll to suppress everything around 9/11.”
THEIR SATANIC PLOTS
“Indeed, even mountains move on account of their plots.”
Besides Allah Ta’ala, nothing endures forever. The current covid conspiracy and the “new world order” of the satanic Yahood will run their divinely prescribed course and come to an end. Allah Ta’ala will thwart them and foil their satanic plots.
The shocking case of Dr Aafia Siddiqui, an esteemed Muslimah and neuroscientist who became the poster girl of America’s ‘War on Terror’, is one of the most horrendous examples of American exceptionalism in recent years.
In 2003, Aafia was kidnapped by the Pakistani security service known as the ISI under the Musharraf government. She was then handed over to the American authorities, to be held in the notorious Bagram prison in Afghanistan. Her three young children were missing for years, allegedly incarcerated themselves. Sadly, the whereabouts of her then newborn baby has to date never been established.
Aafia’s supposed link to a 9/11 suspect was enough to warrant the brutality and injustice she has suffered at the hands of successive American administrations ever since her capture. It was Yvonne Ridley – the British investigative journalist – who uncovered the truth about Aafia’s whereabouts, calling her “the most wronged woman in the world”.
Yvonne discovered that Aafia, Prisoner 650, was also known as the grey lady of Bagram. Her screams from her five year long torture and repeated rape haunted the corridors of the military prison she was held in.
As though this was not enough, after spending five long years in Bagram Aafia faced trial in the US on the most dubious of charges: this petite young woman weighing only a mere 44 kilograms allegedly took up arms against prison guards in a bid to escape! However, no evidence demonstrating that she was a high level Al Qaeda operative – as is alleged – was ever produced. The case itself ignited international condemnation, a wave of emotion, and criticism of America’s War on Terror.
Unbelievably, our sister Aafia was sentenced to 86 years of incarceration in a high level prison, FMC Carswell, which is located in Fort Worth, Texas. This made it glaringly obvious to commentators that despite the dubious evidence the disproportionate sentence did not fit the alleged crime. In addition to the obvious torture and abuse she had already suffered, the US was intent on making an example of Aafia to silence their own Muslim population. They also wanted to legitimise their agenda against any voice of truth which tried to resist the malicious war of hegemony that US troops inflicted upon the entire populations of Iraq and Afghanistan.
The agenda of President Bush and his hawkish government was continued by subsequent administrations. The ‘long war’ intended to suppress the rise of Islam and Muslims globally, and also ensured that Aafia’s case went largely unmentioned within the US.
The two British charities CAGE and JFAC have ensured that Aafia has had access to lawyers, who have also received funding for her case throughout this time. They have also maintained contact with her family, and have always been at the forefront of generating global awareness and concern for our oppressed sister.
However, despite the sincere efforts of even the most aware and accomplished individuals and notable organisations, Aafia continues to languish in the Texas prison. She has been kept in solitary confinement for years at a time, beaten, and tortured into near insanity. Even more disturbingly, she was also brutally attacked last month by an inmate. In the latest assault, the inmate smashed a mug of scalding coffee into her face, “almost blinding” her, as she herself stated. Being “unable to walk”, she “had to be removed in a wheelchair”.
Dr Aafia Siddiqui is the most honourable of Muslim women. As a dedicated mother and noble daʿwah carrier, she excelled in her profession and was an inspiration to all who knew her. She perfectly epitomised the many roles and responsibilities of a pious Muslimah. Despite the huge honour and value that Islam places upon every woman, this exceptional lady has been completely abandoned by the Muslim leaders, who have never even bargained for her release, let alone demanded it.
Muslim rulers and the Pakistani government in particular have the diplomatic clout to threaten the withdrawal of political and military support they provide to the US throughout the Afghanistan-Pakistan region.
It is, after all, every nation’s prerogative to demand the release of its prisoners through legal measures, if not diplomacy. Securing the release of prisoners is a universal law, a norm, and a right that has existed throughout time and civilisations. It is one which maintains that the true legitimacy of any leadership rests with the measures it takes to protect its own people.
So why are Muslim governments impotent in the face of the West? When will their fear and awe of the West be replaced with fear and awe of Allah عز وجل instead?
Abū Bakr al-Ṣiddīq رضي الله عنه reported the following narration from the Prophet ﷺ:
“When people see an oppressor but do not prevent him from (doing evil), it is likely that Allah will punish them all.”
In light of this, prisoners and all men and women subjected to oppression and injustice patiently await the return of a genuine Islamic authority. They desire a government body which prioritises the Muslim Ummah according to the perfect speech of Allah عز وجل, the Qur’an.
Furthermore, they demand a leadership that is both willing and courageous enough to confront the greed of man which drives him to commit great injustice.
The Shariah mandates that Muslim armies show their strength to the oppressors. This is achieved by freeing our prisoners and carrying out what is necessary to make Allah’s word the highest. For He عز وجل says in the Qur’an:
“What is the matter with you that do not fight for the cause of Allah and those oppressed men, women, and children who cry out, ‘Lord, rescue us from this town whose people are oppressors! By Your grace, give us a protector and give us a helper!’”
So this must be the call of this great global Ummah: it must be one which reverberates in the palaces and corridors of power. The call must be based on conviction and applied in a way which is consistent with traditional and holistic Islamic rulings. That way, we will fulfil our collective duty to obey Allah عز وجل regarding the matter of Islam, and firmly establish this Dīn in the lands of the Muslims. Through these measures we may return the honour of so many innocent souls, the same honour which has been snatched away by the imperialist oppressors through their ideology of self interest.
 Abū Dāwūd and al-Tirmidhī
 Al-Qur’an, 4:75
“MANY SMALL GROUPS (‘RAG-TAG GROUPS’) HAD VANQUISHED LARGE ARMIES WITH THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH.”
More than two decades ago the so-called superpowers of the world – the U.S.A. with its coalition of dozens of countries – invaded its Graveyard (Afghanistan). With its rodomontade stance it trumped that within a matter of days the “rag tag band of terrorists”, the Taliban, would be eliminated.
Today, after more than 20 years, having suffered thousands of casualties and squandering trillions of dollars in its futile attempt to wipe out the ‘rag tag band of terrorists’, the Taliban are riding on the crest of a wave.
The Taliban are on the move, striking the enemy on all fronts, and capturing scores of districts on their march to inflict the last nails in the coffin of defeat of the superpowers.
No one, but the true Mu’mineen, understands the Qur’aanic truth: “Aid is from only Allah, The Mighty.”
Along with their spiritual deficiencies and defective Tawakkul, the Taliban are still the best of today’s Ummah. It is for this reason that Allah Ta’ala has not abandoned them. Allah Ta’ala has sustained the Taliban and aided them to keep their heads high with honour. Allah Ta’ala did not allow them to be humiliated by the kuffaar as He, in His Wisdom, has brought humiliation and defeat on all other Muslim nations who have abandoned the Sunnah in their disgraceful emulation and bootlicking of the western kuffaar – the Yahood and Nasaara. Allah Azza Wa Jal has spared the Taliban from the defeat and disgrace which other segments of the Ummah are suffering at the hands of the kuffaar whose boots they are licking with relish.
The US with its coalition in the form of Nato are today fleeing from Afghanistan, abandoning the puppets whom they had installed as government. In their inordinate rush to vacate Afghanistan, the US and Nato are abandoning tens of millions of dollars of military equipment which is being captured by the Taliban.
Bagram airbase, most probably the largest of its kind, and planned by the US to be its lifelong foreign airbase, has been abandoned. The US has cleared out in haste in its flight from the Taliban.
At no stage in its Afghan trajectory of aggression and brutality, did the savage invaders of the superpowers enjoy peace. They laboured constantly under Taliban attack without respite. On land and in the mountains of Afghanistan, the forces of the superpowers could not match the Taliban. Despite the gross military inferiority of the Taliban, they inflicted heavy losses on the land forces of the superpowers who were able to brutalize and murder village folk from the air with their merciless bombardments. But on the land, the kuffaar soldiers despite all their military training and superiority of weaponry were always in defensive positions. It was the Taliban who staged the attacks while the kuffaar forces would brutalize unarmed men, women and children in remote villages. About these cowardly kuffaar forces, the Qur’aan Majeed says:
“All of them (with their coalitions) cannot fight you (O Mu’mineen!) except from inside fortified cities and from behind walls. You think that they are a united force whilst (in reality) their hearts are rent asunder. That is because they are people without understanding.”
They are cowards and morons!
WE LOVE THE TALIBAN! MAY ALLAH TA’ALA ALWAYS GUIDE AND PROTECT THEM.
FROM AL-HAQ BULLETIN #63
“Musa said to his people: Seek help from Allah and have patience. Verily, the earth belongs to only Allah. He grants it to whomever He wills… … Soon will He destroy your enemy. Then He will establish you (as the rulers) in the land. (But then) He will watch how you acquit yourselves.” (Al-A’raaf, 128, 129)
After the defeat and expulsion of the Russian kuffaar from Afghanistan, followed the defeat of the other elements of fitnah and fasaad who were in anarchist control of the country. Allah Ta’ala had appointed the Taliban to eliminate the medley of warlords and the un-Islamic government which had assumed the reins of power. Allah Ta’ala had ushered the Taliban onto the stage of political power and allowed them to rule the country. The very first requisite of an Islamic government is the establishment of the Shariah. Thus, the Qur’aan Majeed states:
“When We grant them power in the land, they establish Salaat, pay (and establish the institution of) Zakaat. And, they command virtue and forbid evil, and the ultimate end of all affairs is for Allah.” (Al-Hajj, Aayat 41)
This is exactly what the Taliban had instituted. Five times daily the country would come to a standstill. Thousands of vehicles on all the roads throughout the country would come to a halt. Every Muslim had to perform Salaat. Roadblocks came into operation at Salaat times. The Musaajid could not cope with the thousands performing Salaat in Jamaat. Several Jamaats had to be conducted in most Musaajid. Alas! While Allah Ta’ala was watching the Taliban as is mentioned in the above Qur’aanic Aayat, they dismantled this beautiful system a year later, and on the advice of miscreant molvis of Pakistan became snug in the deception that there was no longer the need to enforce the observance of Salaat in the manner that had been instituted for a year. Thus, their first capital sin was to dismantle the system which they had introduced to establish regular Salaat with Jamaat in obedience to Allah’s Command. After this despicable failure, they began to slip from the Shariah by degrees. Due to deficiency in Taqwa and Tawakkul, their reliance was considerably placed on the evil, fussaaq, kuffaar Pakistani Intelligence Agency which has always been a dominant cog in the Afghan Jihad against Russia as well as against the U.S.A. Then at the behest of the Pakistani shayaateen, the Taliban engaged in overtures of odious oddities with the West to gain UN admission and even become part of the kufr Olympic games. But, their haraam overtures were humiliatingly rejected by the kuffaar. All along, Allah Ta’ala was watching this disgusting performance which had derailed the Taliban from Siraatul Mustaqeem. Then Allah Ta’ala sent His kuffaar ‘servants’ – the US with its coalition – to remove the Taliban from power. Everyone is aware of this recent history of Afghanistan in which the Taliban were displaced by Allah’s decree. It is of the Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal to remove from power and to humiliate Muslims with kuffaar domination. In this regard the Qur’aan Majeed recounts the episodes of Bani Israaeel, the Muslim Ummah of bygone times:
“When the first of the two promises arrived, We sent against you Our servants who were powerful in warfare. Then they penetrated the homes, and that was a decree fulfilled. ……
And, when the second promise arrived (We sent them – the kuffaar against you) so that they disfigure your faces (brutalize nd torture you), and they entered, defiled and destroyed the Musjid (Musjidul Aqsa) as they had done aforetime, and they utterly destroyed whatever they overran.” (Bani Isaaeel, 6 and 7)
In like manner Allah Ta’ala despatched His kuffaar ‘servants’, the US with its coalition to remove the Taliban from power. But, at the same time, Allah Ta’ala did not allow these kuffaar to eliminate the Taliban. After all, in this era the Taliban are still the best segment of the Ummah. The vast majority of the Ummah today in addition to their disgusting fisq and fujoor, are in fact kuffaar themselves. They come within the purview of the Hadith narrated by Hadhrat Abdullah Bin Amr (Radhiyallahu anhu):
“The time will come when the people will assemble in their Musaajid and perform Salaat while not a single one of them will be a Mu’min.”
The fulfilment of this prediction is transpiring right in front of our eyes in this era of covid satanism. Allah Ta’ala has exposed all the Munaafiqeen masquerading as Muslims. Their fisq, fujoor and kufr have been laid bare for all to see. The Taliban appear to be on the verge of assuming power and control of the entire country. Allah Ta’ala will watch them. If there is a repeat performance of neglect – neglect of the Shariah – Allah Ta’ala will again remove them, and this time the removal may be a greater disaster. All Muslims should supplicate to Allah Ta’ala to guide and protect the Taliban. May Allah Ta’ala create the circumstances to enable them to break their ties with the evil Pakistani establishment. And this will be possible only if the Taliban focus on the very first requisite for success and victory, namely, Islaah of the nafs – Moral reformation. Minus this fundamental condition, there will only be failure, defeat and humiliation.
FROM AL-HAQ BULLETIN NUMBER 63
This is the vital question which all sincere Muslims of the Sunnah are asking. Beyond the current auro of euphoria over the victory granted to the Taliban by Allah Azza Wa Jal, dark clouds of apprehension and trepidation are discerned. Those who are able to read between the lines – those who have some farsightedness, do discern the development of a culture of acquiescence and ingratiation to gain kuffaar recognition. In the wake of the resounding and lightning victory granted to the Taliban by Allah Ta’ala, there appears to be an ominous silence on the part of the Taliban regarding the establishment of the Shariah. While the kuffaar UN enemy of Islam has emphasized its abhorrence for the establishment of the Islamic Amaarate which was the manifesto of the Taliban since they had been displaced from power more than 20 years ago, the Taliban has neither rebutted the enemy nor proclaimed the establishment of the Shariah. While they speak of the formation of a government, they are silent about the Shariah. It is reported that the senior leader of the Taliban, Amir Khan Muttaqi, is in Kabul negotiating with the political ‘leadership including a former American puppet president, Hamid Karzai. The idea is to bring un-Islamic characters into the government. This will be a fatal flaw which will invite the Wrath of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The ‘friendly relations’ which the Taliban have created with the swine-eaters of China where millions of Muslims have been brutalized and still are being brutalized, are cause for consternation. Will the Taliban violate their covenant with Allah Ta’ala as was the standard practice of Bani Israaeel? It appears that the Taliban are turning their backs on Muslims who are being brutalized by the kuffaar. Let us make dua that Allah Ta’ala guides the Taliban and grants them the taufeeq to fulfil their covenant with Allah Ta’ala. Should they betray the Amaanat, Allah Ta’ala will swiftly once again remove them again from the scene. Insha-Allah, in a future article the Taliban shall be discussed in greater detail – their rise, their fall, their rise again and their many defects.
FROM AL-HAQ BUL #63
The study finds that at least four times as many active duty personnel and war veterans of post-9/11 conflicts have died of suicide than in combat, as an estimated 30,177 have died by suicide as compared with the 7,057 killed in post-9/11 war operations. The report notes that the increasing rates of suicide for both veterans and active duty personnel are outpacing those of the general population – an alarming shift, as suicide rates among service members have historically been lower than suicide rates among the general population.
Bidding farewell to Ramadan, celebrating Eid?
Well, the Muslims of East Turkistan under Chinese occupation had neither Ramadan nor will they have Eid…
Not only that, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) run government has transferred Uyghurs and other ethnic minority1 citizens from East Turkestan to factories across the country. Under conditions that strongly suggest forced labour, Uyghurs are working in factories that are in the supply chains of at least 83 well-known global brands in the technology, clothing and automotive sectors, including Nike, Gap, Adidas, Ralph Lauren, Carters and others. Read Uyghurs for Sale for more information
Here is what you can do to help them:
- Keep making dua for the oppressed of East Turkistan and the world.
- Boycott Chinese products! Do not be complicit in slave labour. Start with focusing on the companies in the graphic. Share it with #SewnWithtTears, #StopChina, #BoycottChina. Write to them and demand that they do better.
- Raise awareness on the plight of Uyghurs and the East Turkistani cause. Learn more at SaveUighur.org
- Work towards reducing your country’s economic dependence on China.
- Build alliances with all people of conscience to demand a cessation of China’s oppression of all faith groups, be it Muslim Uyghur, Hui; Chinese Christian; or Tibetan Buddhist.
- Encourage and promote fairer trade and commerce with Muslims and others rather than China.
- Inquire about Uyghur diaspora members in your area. Organize to help out orphans, widows, and students.
- Pressure governments to provide legal protection to Uyghur refugees-exiles by granting either citizenship or refugee/asylee status. Stop the “extradition/repatriation” of Uyghurs to China!
- Get your universities/endowments to divest from China. Raise awareness about Chinese espionage and hired guns in academia. Demand academic and financial support for Uyghur scholars and students. Request more academic attention and funds for Central Asian, Uyghur, Turkistani studies.

THE NEW TERROR
By Tyler Durden
(Extract from his article: Global COVID-19 Lockdown)
“I am based in the UK. So much of this discussion relates to the decisions of the British State, but this is a global policy agenda and similar policies are found across the developed world. Effectively a small group of policy decision makers have placed an estimated 3.5 billion people under house arrest. It is only possible for them to do so with our consent. Consent is carefully cultivated by controlling the information we are given………….
“This kind of debt-based economy was never sustainable and global financiers have known it for years.
What the globalists needed was a reason to reset the economy without losing power. Perhaps it is another coincidence that the C19 lockdown regime just happens to deliver both the mechanism and the excuse to press that global reset button. That it also ushers in all the globalist’s desires is just another in a very long line of remarkable coincidences.
Now that global terrorism is no longer a daily threat and global warming has been put on the back burner, the new normal of the ever shifting threat from pandemic seems to be the novel war on terror. Training, funding and equipping terrorist groups has served the State well in the first two decades of the 21st century but now it is ready to move on to the next phase by exploiting a terror closer to the heart of every home. Disease.
In their totality, for those willing to look, it is transparent that these response measures have coalesced to create the framework for a totalitarian dictatorship. One rolling out at pace in the UK. Similar draconian diktats have sprung up across the globe.
A coordinated global effort like this doesn’t just happen. It takes years of training and planning. The only people who can’t see it are those who, for whatever reason, choose not to.”
