From the perspective of the Shariah, Saudi Arabia has slided into total chaos and anarchy. It is  quite obvious that the current ruler(MBS) has introduced  such laws and has made such changes which are in total violation of the Qur’aan and Sunnah. The avalanche of  western immorality has completely overhauled  the  original strict Islamic lifestyle of the Saudis. Can we say  that MBS is  still a Muslim?

Regarding this chap (MBS) being a Muslim, there can be no  genuine Muslim  who  will ever accept him to be a Muslim. It  is clearer than daylight that he is a confirmed kaafir – an agent of Iblees and the West to  dismantle and destroy Islam while still retaining the name ‘Islam’. However, the nefarious plot to destroy Islam is not limited to the MBS character. He is merely the representative  of the Saudi populace.  The people of Saudi Arabia have long ago  alienated themselves  from Islam.  They have a satanic aversion  for the Shariah, hence  Allah Ta’ala has  granted them a ruler who has opened the way  for  the people to give full expression  to their fisq, fujoor and kufr. 

This is the Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal which precedes the   aam (universal) Athaab (Punishment) decreed for such transgressors for whom Allah Ta’ala  does not will redemption. Stating this Sunnah, the Qur’aan Majeed  says:

   “When We intend to destroy (the people) of a qaryah (town/city), We command its affluent ones (to proceed recklessly with their evil). Then they (recklessly) indulge in fisq in the qaryah. Then the decree (of Athaab) is confirmed  for (the people) of the town/city. Thus, do We  then utterly annihilate them.”

What is transpiring  currently in Arabia where the Najdi Kaafir (MBS) is ruling, is the prelude to the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal. It should be understood that the problem is not MBS. He is merely the mirror reflection  of the Saudi people. This has been categorically confirmed by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) who said:  “Your deeds are your rulers.” That is: Allah Ta’ala  imposes on a nation a ruler/government/king  according to their deeds/misdeeds. It is for this reason that the Hadith  orders that we should not revile the rulers.

On the contrary, we  should  do soul-searching, revile ourselves, repent and turn unto Allah Ta’ala with obedience. Then Allah Ta’ala will either change the hearts of the rulers or substitute the  tyrants with benevolent rulers.

MBS secretly planning to grant Israelis property rights in Mecca, Medina: Report

Saudi crown prince Mohammad bin Salman (MBS) has been secretly pursuing plans to legalize the ownership of property by Israelis in the holy cities of Mecca and Medina, a report citing Saudi sources has revealed.

According to Saudi Leaks, the unnamed sources said MBS has completely opened the door to normalization of relations with the Israeli regime by approving Israeli settlers’ ownership of property in the two cities.

Non-Saudis, other than by way of inheritance, do not have the right to ownership, easement, or benefit of real estate situated within the boundaries of Mecca and Medina, home to Islam’s two holiest shrines. 

Saudi Leaks said the plan to give Saudi land to Israelis is reminiscent of the tragedy of the Israeli occupation of Palestine.

“Among the most dangerous roles MBS plays is his openness to Zionists, and granting them many privileges such as allowing the presence of a ‘key rabbi in the kingdom,’ the Zionist businessmen’s investments there, the Tiran Agreement, and allowing the occupation regime’s airplanes to desecrate the kingdom’s airspace,” the report stated, citing sources.

The reference was about a Saudi request from Israel about finalizing the transfer of Tiran and Sanafir, two strategic islands at the southern tip of the Gulf of Aqaba in the Red Sea, from Egyptian to Saudi sovereignty.

Israeli daily Haaretz reported last month that Israel was considering the Saudi request to change the international status of two disputed islands.

Israel is reportedly considering a Saudi request to change the international status of two disputed islands in the Red Sea.

According to Saudi and Egyptian officials, Riyadh in 1950 gave Egypt control of Tiran and Sanafir.

However, under a 1979 Israeli-Egyptian so-called peace treaty, the two islands must be a demilitarized zone and have the presence of a force of multinational observers led by the United States.

Meanwhile, recent reports suggest that Saudi Arabia is moving in the same direction as the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Sudan, and Morocco, the four Arab countries that normalized their relations with Israel under US-brokered deals.

However, the kingdom has so far stopped short of officially normalizing with Israel due to fear of backlash at home.

The normalization deals have been a “stab in the back” for the Palestinians, exposing an increasing level of apathy on the part of those Muslim-majority countries toward the Palestinian people’s sufferings.

Late last month, Israeli foreign minister Yair Lapid said the Tel Aviv regime is coordinating with the United States and Persian Gulf nations on a process to normalize and establish full diplomatic ties with Saudi Arabia.

“We believe that it is possible to have a normalization process with Saudi Arabia. It’s in our interest,” Lapid was quoted as saying by Army Radio on May 30.

“We’ve already said that this is the next step after the [so-called] Abraham Accords to talk about a long and careful process.”

He also said that the process of normalization with Riyadh would be a lengthy one with progress coming in small steps, asserting that both sides have security interests at stake.

MAY ALLAH TA’ALA DESTROY THE MUNAAFIQ BIN SHAITAAN (MBS)

“I have written letters to Muftis, Maulanas and a Buzrug to mention the name of MBS and to condemn him for his latest move of evil of setting up ten cinemas in Madinah Munawwarah.
Mufti Taqi Uthmani Saheb tweeted these two lines on twitter:

‘Now there is a plan of establishing ten cinema halls in Madinah Munawwarah – Inna lillaahi wa Inna ilayhi Raajioon. Words are unable to (adequately) express grief for this. ‘What is there no rightly guided (or intelligent) man among you?”

(Commenting further, the Sister says):
It is really a shame! I asked him if he will tell Allah Ta’ala on the Day of Qiyaamat: ‘I wrote these two lines’? I also wrote to him to explicitly mention the name of the murtad, MBS and to condemn him.” (End of the Sister’s letter)

Our Comment
Allah Ta’ala states in His Qur’aan Majeed: “If you turn away (abandon your obligation), then He (Allah) shall substitute you with others who will not be (so treacherous) like you.” When the Ulama abandon their Fardh obligation of Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahy Anil Munkar, then Allah Ta’ala appoints even laypeople and even fussaaq to execute this duty. While the Ulama are largely silent like ‘dumb devils’, pious lay people such as this Concerned Sister, take over the responsibility of Amr Bil Ma’roof.

Taqi Sahib’s two-lined extremely lukewarm comment is never a valid discharge of the obligation of Amr Bil Ma’roof. In fact, due to his close embrace with the fussaaq, fujjaar and kuffaar government personnel, he utterly lacks the spiritual stamina for proclaiming the Haqq as is required by Allah Azza Wa Jal.

Justifying the plan for the construction of ten brothels in Madinah Munawwarah and thereby converting this Holiest of Islam’s Cities into the stinking, rotten, immoral likes of western cities, the Son of Iblees (MBS) said that the cinemas will not be within the precincts of the Haram (the holy sanctuary) of Madinah Munawwarah. It will be beyond this boundary. This is a satanic delusionary argument which may fool and delude morons. Only those whose brains are denuded of intelligence will swallow this notoriety.

In terms of the Shariah, relevant to the Ahkaam of the Deen, the entire Arabian Peninsula, in fact every Muslim land, are Harams where the imposition of the Shariah is Waajib. An act or an institute which is haraam (unlawful), is not haraam only within the precincts of the boundaries of the Harams of Makkah and Madinah. Anything which is haraam according to the Shariah, remains haraam in all places, not only in the two Harams. Therefore, brothels and cinemas are haraam even beyond the Haram precincts of Madinah Munawwarah. Thus, the justification proffered by the Munaafiq/Murtad MBS shaitaani creature has absolutely no validity.

The proposed establishment of ten cinemas in Madinah Munawwarah was expected. In fact, the next step of licensed brothels in faithful emulation of Hollywood, Bollywood and Ibleesywood should come as no surprise despite the grief and lamentability with which the hearts of the Mu’mineen will be stricken. The kuffaar regime currently in sway, has effectively converted Arabia into Daarul Kufr. The stage is elaborately being prepared for Dajjaal.

The MBS Munaafiq/Kuffaar regime has abolished the Fardh Salaat in the Haram Shareef. It has banned Jumuah Salaat. It has banned Hajj and Umrah. In a nutshell, it has abolished the entire Shariah. Using the covid plot of the atheists as cover, the MBS regime is incrementally introducing more draconian laws of kufr to ensure prevalence of the conspiracy of Iblees. But, they all are stupidly unaware that while they plot, Allah Ta’ala too plots, and He is the best of plotters. Their conspiracies will be reduced to failure.

Everything, down to the minutest detail, is in reality the decree of Allah Ta’ala. Whatever is happening today will run its course and come to an end when the Divine Decree relevant to it signals termination. In this regard, the Qur’aan Majeed states:

“By Him are the keys of the Ghaib (i.e. what is unseen and unknown to us). No one knows this, but He. He is aware of whatever is in the land and the ocean. Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware. There is not a seed in the darkness of the earth nor anything moist or dry, but it is recorded in a Clear Book.”

Those Muslims, despite the prevailing state of kufr, who still desire to go to Saudi Arabia for a mock umrah and a mock hajj, are bereft of sincerity. In the name of Ibaadat their desire is to go for haraam holidaying.

THE SAUDI DAARUL KUFR

From being the most powerful, honourable, respectable, chivalrous, pious, progressive, courageous and admirable nation once on earth, the Arab leaders of today have sullied the name and the race of our most noble Prophet Muhammad (may peace and blessings be upon him).  The present Arab powers, far from their previous prestige, have indeed greatly deteriorated in stature to such an extent that they are now known for everything un-Islamic. These include their exploitation of labour, oppression of others, opulent and decadent lifestyles, betrayal of their own race, war mongering, extremism in religion, manipulation and selective application of religion, and the cherry on the top – their open love, alliance, and adoration of USA and Israel. If this love was kept hidden in the heart, one could still be in doubt, but the Arab leaders have demonstrated themselves their willingness to be the Zio-Western underdog and poodle on all levels: economic, social, political and even religious. The only thing now left to change is the Saudi flag. The pure Kalimah (Islamic Creed) should be removed and be replaced by a woman in a bikini.
But being a friend of the devil is no ordinary task. You need to do two things to be afforded this disgraceful privilege. Firstly, you have to sell your religion – a demand which is currently being fulfilled; and secondly, you have to take your Lord and Protector to be the mighty West, the formidable East, or anyone else besides the One Almighty. This has already been done many decades ago. In return, you get protection of your throne and license to kill your own people.
These leaders profess Islam outwardly, but our most noble Prophet Muhammad (may peace and blessings be upon him) desisted from the type of behavior openly exhibited nowadays. For starters, our most noble Prophet Muhammad (may peace and blessings be upon him) refused to be crowned a king by the Quraish, to be treated like a king, to live like a king, to dress like a king, to be given the powers and privileges of a king, and to being given the status of a legislator king. But today’s Arab rulers want to be styled as “King” and ‘Emirs.” What difference is there then between them and people like Firoun, Qarun, and Abu Jahal? Let it be known that such leaders do not represent the Muslim ummah, nor the lands they rule over. Rather, they represent the great demon Iblees, and his terrorist henchmen in the USA, UK, France, India, Israel and in other countries leading the trend of mass murder, mass corruption, and mass destruction on earth. Muslims do not regard such leaders as their guides, even if they are styled “Custodians of the Two Holy Mosques,” and appear in holy garb now and then. They are just secular political leaders who have turned their back on Islam and are enjoying the sunshine and hay of this earth for as long as they can.
Although Arab treachery has been prevalent for many years, albeit covertly, it has now taken a bold twist with the rise of the present Crown Prince MbS, a mere lad of 32, who seems to be bent on satanising the Holy Lands upon which our noble Prophet Muhammad and his venerable Sahabah (Companions) trod. Swinging from the ultra-conservatism to ultra-modernism, women who were forced to don full body covering and not allowed to drive at all, are now  allowed to go naked on ‘international standard’ resort beaches, travel without maharim (legal guardians), seek employment in the private sector, and attend musical concerts, cinemas and night clubs. The once feared “Shariah Police” are now not only downsized, but also downdumbed. Having previously had far reaching powers, they now can only offer friendly ‘advise’ to transgressors with no legal clout at all. Shops can now remain open during prayer times, and nude billboards are appearing all over the scene. The new reforms have largely taken women out of the sanctity of their homes and transformed them into sexual symbols.
But more fearful developments have taken place on the religious front. For years, leading scholars bold enough to criticize the policies of the Kingdom have been silently jailed, but this year more than 40 top-ranking shuyookh have been jailed in one fell swoop –  jailed solely because they speak the truth to a tyrant taghoot. Shortly thereafter, the world was shocked when one of the famous royal blue-eyed Imams of the Haram said that Israel is an ally to the Muslims, and an Imam who spoke out against Israel on a Jumu’ah platform was dubbed “an escaped madman” and forcibly removed from the podium. Sadly, all the current Imams and teachers in the country are state-owned and state-controlled. Teaching Islam for them is just like teaching a history lesson to a bunch of 8 year olds. Every talk is scripted and monitored, and every lesson delivered is recorded.
But if this is not serious enough, to further appease their western patrons, all the university and madrassah Islamic textbooks of the country have been sent to the Pentagon for “revising and modernizing.”  I have not seen any of these “Pentagon approved” textbooks yet, but I’m pretty sure they will probably contain the following teachings:

1) All religions are equal. The Jew, Christian, Buddhist, Hindu and Taoist are all equal. Everyone can pray in anybody’s temple, in whichever way, via an idol, an image or a bonfire, it will be the same God. Any person from any race can intermarry too, and the forbidden teachings of one religion will not apply to followers of the next religion.

2) Muslims are a peaceful people. When others murder, rape or bomb them, it’s because of their own sins, and a form of well-deserved divine punishment upon them. There is no such a thing as Jihad, speaking the truth or defending the oppressed. Even when children of six and grandmothers of 68 are gang raped, mind your own business, as these are internal issues of different countries.

3) The current Muslim western-approved political leaders are your true leaders and spiritual guides. They are not the law, but above the law and divine. They need to be obeyed in all respects, even in the disobedience of the One and True Almighty. Fear them, not the Almighty. They are wise, powerful, sinless, and your ticket to peace.

4) Everyone has a choice on how to live and to treat their body. The LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, & Transgender) movement is legitimate, and sexual perversity is a natural disposition. Qur’anic references to homosexuality refers to the act of rape (forced sexual intercourse), not the nature of the intercourse. 

5) Israel has a right to exist and is unilaterally entitled to the land they illegally invaded. Masjid al-Aqsa belongs to the Zionists, since the conquest of Jerusalem by Sayyadina Umar ibn al-Khattab is not recognized by international secular law. Besides, both being Semite, the Jews and Arabs are brothers. The Palestinians and all those who support the resistance constitute an “Axis of Evil” and must be eradicated.

6) Everyone should adopt Sufi Islam and indulge in all forms of weird dancing and chanting to enhance their spiritual states. The study of the Qur’an, Sunnah and any authentic Islamic literature should also be abandoned. Rather just blindly follow and over-venerate your Shaikh (Sufi Mentor) who would most probably be on the payroll too.  If you want to protest or say anything against the government, do so in a peaceful online petition or in a controlled street demonstration. Remember, trouble-makers are always marked.

7) The current world order is not to be challenged. Politically, your fate is sealed and humiliation is your destiny. All things good and pure are now old-fashion. If a Muslim desires a peaceful existence, he/she should modernize and be in the service of the prevalent philosophy. There is no such a thing as ummatic brotherhood, a desire to unify the Muslim world under a righteous Caliph, forbidding the evil or promoting the good. Every person should be for himself, and avail himself to all the attractions and pleasures of the world currently on offer, even in the Holy Lands.
Now having firm control over the religious class and the masses, even the Royal family and political elite have not been spared. In a blitz operation, over 200 members of Saudi elite were held to ransom in the Ritz Hotel, and only released after their fortunes were looted, and their economic and political clout vastly diminished. Everything now seems to be in control for MbS, but things are looking bleak. When the Saudis held fast to their religion, they were prosperous to a degree. But as soon as they started modernizing and war mongering, things have changed. Saudi currently is heavily indebted to the IMF. Unemployment continues to rise, taxes have been introduced, and the price of oil is continuing to fall. In foreign affairs, the war in Yemen & Syria, and the dispute with Qatar appear to be in stalemate.
Our Lord Almighty says that one who lives a life in the remembrance of his Lord will be prosperous, and those who don’t will have poverty stare them in the face. This is exactly what is happening in Saudi today. The more ills in the form of resorts, cinemas, casinos, concerts, night clubs, musicals, comic cons, and forbidden entertainment is introduced to bridge the deficit, the more people will suffer. As an example, a beach resort is proposed to be built on the Red Sea between the towns of Umluj and Al-Wajh in northern Hejaz. This project will involve ‘50 islands upon 34 000 square kilometres in a global up-market tourism and leisure mega-development’ and will be ‘governed by laws on par with international standards.’ This will allow women to wear bikinis in the pool and beach are as Vision 2030 is aimed at bringing prosperity to this beleaguered country, but by 2030, the country may be already turned to dust. A hadith speaks about Madinah al-Munawwarah becoming desolate at the end of time, and huge armies emanating from Sham attacking the forces of Imam al-Mahdi in Makkah al-Mukarramah. These are all signs that as Saudi is responsible for the destruction of Yemen, Syria and Palestine, the same plight will befall it. It will become lawless, leaderless, desolate, and a playfield for the superpowers of the time.
Lastly, there are many pro-Iranians who gleefully read articles such as this condemning the Saudis, but little do they know that the Saudi about-turn in 2017, was already done by Khomeni in 1979. The Shi’ah have a 40 year start in apostasy over the Saudis! Khomeini, like MbS, was a Shi’ah asset who not only disfigured Islam beyond recognition (Shi’ism equals Zionism), but whose presence in the Middle East have kept the Arabs in balance. The only difference is that the Bedouin Arabs are not polished diplomats enough to hide their alliances with the Zionists, but the Iranians are. The Shi’ah have been secretly funded by Israel to destabilize the Arab world for four decades now, and have also been granted the green light by the UN to develop nuclear capability. In retrospect, the Arabs have not been allowed to win an easy war in Syria and Yemen despite their vast weapon arsenals in seven years, but they are stupid enough not to realize these glaring discrepancies.  In the ultimate end, both the Arabs and the Persians will join the forces of Dajjal in order to fight the true Muslims. On whose side will you be then?

Greater Israel and The fourth industrial revolution

All praises are due solely to Allah Ta’ala, the one who raised His final messenger among the Arabs. Peace and salutations be upon our master Nabi Muhammad Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam the one who ordered the expulsion of the Jews from the Arabian Peninsula. Three Gulf States, namely Saudi Arabia, UAE and Bahrain are currently on a campaign to expunge the religion of Islam from all aspects of life in a bid to appease the apartheid regime of Israel. Concerts and cinemas have sprouted up in Saudi Arabia while the largest temple outside of India has been inaugurated by the UAE government. Saudi Arabia is removing all content from Islamic literature that is deemed “Anti-Semitic” while the UAE is funding various wars and think-tanks across the globe to curb and curtail anything to do with Islam. The de facto rulers of Saudi Arabia and UAE, MBS (Murtad Bin Shaytaan) and MBZ have nothing to do with Islam. They are on a mission to satanise the Arabian Peninsula in conjunction with the apartheid regime of Israel and the Masjid-demolishing regime of India. We have been explicitly prohibited from befriending the Kuffaar and adopting their ways and customs. This will lead to our downfall and destruction in both this world and the hereafter.
The example of Sri Lanka has been brought to the attention of the reader in the Ummati Ummati book. The Sri Lankan Muslims hosted open Masjid days in which Buddhists would come to the Masaajid and pollute the Houses of Allah Ta’ala. The Muslims also desecrated the Masaajid with masks. The consequence was forced cremation of Muslim Mayyits. The Muslims could do nothing but watch the bodies of their fathers, mothers etc. being incinerated and burnt to ashes. Maulana Ebrahim Bham of Fordsburg Jamiat, in an attempt to bamboozle us, made the following foolish statement:
“Assimilate or be annihilated”
May Allah Ta’ala make this book a means of us abstaining from befriending the Kuffaar and following their ways and customs. Ameen.

Now that Saudi Arabia has relaxed the social distancing protocol although retaining the mask rule and compulsory vaccination, is it permissible to go for Umrah and Hajj? A Mufti, giving his view, says:

“The Covid vaccine taken for the purposes of Umrah and Hajj will be permitted if required by the Govt and deemed of a permitted source. The imposition of preserving lives and obeying the rule of Law (Wilayah) dictated such a ruling. Further details to be provided InshaAllah.”

ANSWER

The view proffered by the Mufti is baatil – baseless and erroneous. Firstly the vaccine contains confirmed haraam and poisonous substances. It has been reliably confirmed by innumerable experts that these satanic potions cause horrendous harm and injury to the body.

There is no obligation to obey the kufr regime of the Saudi Darul Kufr. Such obedience can not be imposed on anyone. Therefore, it remains haraam to take the potion of Shaitaan, the vaccine. Vaccination is a haraam method. It is the introduction of disease into the human body. It is a satanic method adorned by Shaitaan and utilized by the atheist plotters to maim, kill and decimate mankind.

The idea of ‘preserving lives’ is tantamount to kufr. Everyone will die at his/her appointed time with the permission of Allah Ta’ala. Rejecting this belief is kufr. The talk of ‘preserving life’ in the satanic covid context is the theory of the atheists. Muslims have lapped up this kufr and have accepted the haraam, kufr protocols as if these are the effects of Wahi. Molvis and Muftis have all fallen by the wayside in the cesspools of inequity which they have created for themselves by lapping up all the najaasat excreted by the atheists.

Haraam methods may not be adopted for ‘saving lives’. On the basis of this satanic concept have the ulama-e-soo’ at the behest of the atheists closed Musaajid and obsequiously submitted to the host of kufr protocols imposed by the kuffaar. They have suspended and abrogated fundamental acts of Ibaadat of Islam. Jumuah and the daily Fardh Jamaat Salaat had been suspended and are still suspended in many Musaajid purely at the behest of the kuffaar who have corrupted the brains of the molvis and muftis with their kufr theories which are in diametric conflict with the teachings of Islam as propounded by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the Sahaabah.

Obeying the ‘rule of the law’, the so-called ‘wilayah’ is a stupid and baseless bit of advice. There is no obedience to any law, to any government and to any ‘wilayah’ when such obedience creates disobedience to Allah Ta’ala. Of paramount importance is obedience to Allah Ta’ala, and that is submission to his Shariah.

These muftis of this era are extremely short-sighted and even corrupt and rotten to the core. They appear to be agents of governments and the objective is generally the haraam dollars.

In the current scenario it remains impermissible to go for Umrah and Hajj, primarily due to the haraam vaccination which the Kuffaar Saudi regime imposes of travellers.

Proclaiming The Haqq

INTRODUCTION

In March 1998, Shaikh Huzaifi, delivered a Jumuah Khutbah of pure Haqq in Musjidun Nabawi in Madinah Munawwarah.

In his Khutbah, the Honourable Shaikh analyzed and exposed the conspiracies and kufr of the Shiahs, Yahood and Nasaaraa.

He candidly criticized the kufr interfaith movement as a dark plot of the kuffaar to undermine and destroy Islam. Immediately after delivering this message of the Haqq, the evil Saudi Regime dismissed the Shaikh from his post. However, circumstances constrained the regime to re-instate him.

Today the Islamic character of Saudi Arabia under the ooppressive domination of the current kaafir king, has vanished. Western kufr law and culture are rapidly displacing all forms of the Deen in all spheres of life. The Saudi state has now effectively become Darul Kufr.

10 RAKA’TS TARAAWEEH?

Q. King Salman of Saudi Arabia has ordered that Taraaweeh will henceforth consist of only 10 raka’ts, no longer 20 raka’ts. What is the Shar’i status of this king who has tampered with the Taraaweeh Ibaadat?
A. The status of this jaahil, Najdi agent of Iblees is not a mystery. Every Muslim can understand the kufr of this miserable Najdi who has transformed Arabia into Darul Kufr. Reducing Taraaweeh to 10 raka’ts is not at all surprising. The entire Shariah has been abolished by the current Kufr regime. The people who support the kufr regime with their presence are also guilty of aiding kufr. People should perform the full 20 raka’ts at home. It is not permissible to participate in the fong kong style of worship which these kuffaar Najdis have introduced in the Musaajid in Arabia.

Question

Nowadays there are programmes, discourses (written & oral) after a person dies where the person’s qualities are overzealously praised, giving the implicit impression that it is a known fact that the person is in Jannah. I was under the impression that speaking good of the deceased meant that when the conversation came up in passing, good things should be said about the person. I did not envisage it entailing bayans, long written discourses etc. It’s as if it’s a competition to see who can eulogise using the most adjectives. Is there any substantiation in Shari’ah for these types of programmes and eulogies? (From U.K.)

Answer

Your understanding is, Alhamdulillah, 100% correct. Eulogies are not permissible. Eulogies are practices of the kuffaar. In Barzakh the Buzrug who is being eulogized by his ignorant and short-sighted followers and mureeds, is taunted by the Malaaikah who say to him: “Are you indeed so and so as is being sung of you?” This puts the Buzrug to shame. Eulogy is a form of ‘athaab’ for the deceased Buzrug.

These ignorant mureeds sing praises and compose eulogies on the basis of riya and to gratify their own nafs. There is no other benefit other than self-aggrandizement which is a nafsaani ‘benefit’ leading to Hell. If they had some valid Aql, they would not demean their intelligence with such stupidity, and more than this, they would not cause harm to their ‘hadhrat/guru’ who is put to shame in Barzakh on account of the stupid eulogies.

Question

Kindly advise if it is permissible for a wealthy person whose wealth is known to others to take out insurance that will pay his ransom in the event of him being kidnapped. This insurance is specific to kidnapping.

Many (some – The Majlis) people in his circle of business associates and friends have been kidnapped and only released when ransom was paid. The kidnappers usually ask for exorbitant, ridiculous amounts which even wealthy people cannot pay. (From South Africa)

Answer

Taking out insurance as cover for possible future kidnapping is an aggravated haraam act. Insurance is haraam. The evil is aggravated by diverting the focus away, far away from Allah Ta’ala. For the future and for the present one should make dua for aafiyat and repose trust on Allah Ta’ala.

Tawakkul is not a joke. It is not an abstract issue. It is Waajib for every Muslim to cultivate Tawakkul. The greater the kufr attitude in a person, the greater will be the degree of elimination of Tawakkul. Remember and understand well that whatever happens is by the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The Qur’aan Majeed states this fact in numerous aayaat. One such Aayat states: “Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware.” It is only by the direct intervention of Allah Azza Wa Jal that even a leaf changes direction in a breeze, and falls when its appointed second of Maut is decreed.

Allah Ta’ala has His Own ways of extracting from the wealthy people their haraam wealth, and leaving them with only the amount which He has decreed for them in their Taqdeer. The need is not haraam insurance and the adoption of a kufr attitude. The imperative need is to focus more on Allah Ta’ala, to purify one’s wealth, to increase Sadqah and to make Dua for aafiyat.

With great sadness and deep sorrow we are sending this letter to you. Pertaining to abolition of Jumuah. In certain areas/towns in Malaysia, finally the real true colours of Religious officers and Masjeed Administrators surfaced when they dismally announced that only those who have completed the double-dose vaccinations are permitted to perform Jumuah and jamah salaat in the Masajeed. Thus those yet to get vaccinated and against vaccinations will not be granted permission. While their stupid and unIslamic actions are flagrantly haraam, ridiculous and childish, is the Jumuah and Jamah of the debarred musallis considered discharged due to such prohibition? While we wish to know the ruling of Shafi i’mathab, the ruling of other mathaabs will be appreciated. We thus seek your advice. Your swift reply will be appreciated. (From Malaysia)

Answer

1) On the basis of the information provided by you, the Jumuah of those performing in the Musjids (now converted into a weird temples by the Munaafiqeen and Murtaddeen) is not valid.

2) Those who are unable to perform Jumuah due to the current satanism, are absolved. They should perform Zuhr.

3) According to all Math-habs, if circumstances compel inability to conform to one’s Math-hab, then it is permissible to follow another Math-hab whilst the satanism endures. Therefore, in the devilish circumstances you are confronted with, perform Jumuah according to the Hanafi Math-hab. You require four persons only. One will be the Imaam. Perform Jumuah wherever you are able to, even in your yard at home, in garages or in stores. Keep the Flame of Jumuah alive.

May Allah Ta’ala afflict these devils with His Curse and Wrath. May Allah Ta’ala eliminate them all with His Athaab. Allah Ta’ala will destroy these kuffaar, Munaafiqeen and Murtaddeen who masquerade as Muslims. They are all on the payroll of the atheists. Allah Ta’ala says in the Qur’aan Majeed:

“The plot of the evil one will hem in only the evil (plotter).”

All true Mu’mineen should make dua, imploring Allah Azza Wa Jal to send His Army to firstly cleanse, purify and eliminate the FILTH from the Haramain Shareefain. May Allah Azza Wa Jal, sweep away the MBS NAJAASAT and the Najaasat of the co-operating Saudi Murtaddeen/Munaafiqeen populace. May Allah Ta’ala once again fulfil the Dua and Command of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) which He repeatedly issued on his Deathbed: “Expel the Yahood and Nasaara from the Arabian Peninsula.”
