THE HOGWASH AND BUNKUM OF AN AUSTRALIAN DEVIANT ENTITY
A MODERNIST DEVIANT
An Australian institution, The Fatwa & Islamic Arbitration Majlis (FIAM), in its ‘Eid Al-Fitr statement’ published long before Eid, stating its corrupt and baatil view, said:
“And Friday the 21st of April 2023 is the first day of the month of Shawwaal and it is the first day of Eid Al-Fitr for the year 1444 AH.”
Firstly, this announcement was glaringly and flagrantly in conflict with the Shariah. Secondly, there is only one day for Eidul Fitr. There are no two and three days of Eid as the days which follow Eidhul Adha. One can say “the first day of Shawwaal”, not the first day of Eidul Fitr. The very next day, 2 Shawwaal, is the day one may begin to fast. It is therefore ridiculous to say “the first day of Eid Al-Fitr.
With this baseless and haraam announcement, this FIAM institution has revealed that it is simply one of those modernist, jaahil, deviate institutions parading as Ulama. All of these modernist deviants have no firm relationship with the Shariah. They are always at pains to commit abortion with the Ahkaam of the Shariah. While they desire Muslims to believe that they follow the Shariah, in reality they are the slaves of their inordinate nafsaani desires.
Essentially, they are the effects of western modernism and liberalism, hence they are adept in the kufr art of bending and mutilating the Shariah into subservience of their personal corrupt views which are almost always in flagrant conflict with the Shariah.
THE ONLY PRINCIPLE IS ROOYAT
The commencement of the Islamic month is 100% reliant of the physical sighting (Rooyat) of the moon. This is the sacred and inviolable principle ordained by Allah Ta’ala for Ramadhaan, Eid and all Islamic months. Nothing can override this Principle which is Qat’iuth thuboot- of Absolute Certitude, denial of which is KUFR – KUFR which expels the villain from the fold of Islam.
It is kufr to override this Principle with the satanism of astronomical calculations on which the deviant FIAM relied to make its baatil ‘eid’ announcement. In its statement, FIAM states:
“With regard to determining the beginning of the month of Shawwal for the year 1444 AH corresponding to the year 2023 AD, the Majlis established its decision upon upright and scholarly guidelines, the most important of them are the following:
First, the sighting of the crescent is the basis for determining the beginning of any lunar month. For the Messenger of Allah § said: “Fast when it is seen and break your fast when it is seen.” (Note: ‘Majlis’ in this statement refers to FIAM, not to us.)
This averment is palpably false. If sighting was the first basis, they would not have made the stupid, baseless, haraam announcement of Eid being on Friday 21 April 2023, days before Friday. There is absolutely no basis in any of the ‘guidelines’ of the Fuqaha that Eid can be announced prior to the actual physical sighting of the moon.
ASTRONOMICAL CALCULATIONS
Stating its second spurious basis, FIAM says:
“Second, the proof of sighting is obtained from a definitive method, which is the scientific astronomical calculation that informs us in advance and definitively about the timing of the correct sighting.”
These fellows are truly stupid. The induracy of their intellectual ability has constrained them to immolate their brains with this brazen contradiction. With this statement they contradict their very first so-called basis. The confounded ‘scientific astronomical calculation’ is not a method of the Shariah. The claim of it being a ‘definitive method’ is preposterously false.
According to the Shariah, proof of sighting is NEVER obtained by means of scientific astronomical calculation. Proof in the Shariah is only the physical sighting reported by Aadil witnesses. Astronomical calculations have absolutely no role whatsoever in the determination of Islamic months.

THE HALLUCINATED ‘FIQHI’ PRINCIPLE
The third guideline sated by FIAM is:
“Third, the prominent fiqhi jurisprudential principle that states, ‘the world, in the matter of moonsighting, is considered a one unified region and no consideration is given to differences in regions”. This principle is based on the general discourse in the hadith of the Prophet § : “Fast when it is seen and break your fast when it is seen.”
This is another hallucination. They have sucked it from their thumb. There is no such principle. The Hadith mentioned has absolutely no relevance to what the miscreants are alleging. On the contrary, the Hadith debunks this stupid principle.
The physical sighting sighting (Rooyat) mentioned in the Hadith will naturally differ from place to place, zone to zone, country to country and even town to town. Every zone is free to determine the Islamic months in terms of their own conformed Rooyat. And that has always been the system down the long passage of more than 14 centuries of Islamic history.
There is not a single principle, precept or command in the Qur’aan or Hadith to compel the entire world to commence the Islamic months, Ramadhaan and Eid on the same day. Nor is this hallucination substantiated in terms of Fiqh. Permissibility for accepting information from elsewhere is not to be interpreted as compulsion and a command on the whole world to submit to the modernist nonsense of the deviates.

THEIR BLATANT LIE
FIAM states:
.“This principle has been overwhelmingly accepted by the majority of Muslim scholars, in the past and present, as briefly shown below:
“The Hanafi, Maliki, Hanbali jurists, and one of the viewpoints amongst the “Shafi‘i jurists, dictate that no consideration should be given to the differences in regions in the matter of moonsighting and if the crescent is sighted in one country, then it should be followed in all remaining Muslim countries.”
This is false. This falsehood has been refuted in our books mentioned above.
CONFERENCE OF UNIFICATION
FIAM states:
“The resolutions, recommendations and criteria issued by the “Conference of the Unification of the International Hijri Calendar” in Istanbul in 2016 where more than 60 Muslim countries were represented by their official institutions, including ministries of endowments, fatwa boards, jurisprudence academies and astronomical centres. They agreed to “disregard the differences in regions when it comes to moonsighting. Once the crescent is seen in one cotmtry then all Muslim countries must accept and follow that sighting.”
This is a lot of hogwash excreted by a cartel of modernist Juhala. What the stupid participants of the bogus conference had agreed has no Shar’i validity. These fellows are all Zindeeqs. The world is awash with such deviates who are all signs of Qiyaamah. AL-AZHAR
In its message, FIAM says:
“The decision of the Islamic Research Academy in Al-Azhar in 1966, which asserts, “No consideration is given to differences in regions when it comes to moonsighting.
A sighting in one region is sufficient to all the world regions even if they are far apart as long as they share part of the night of the sighting, even if it is short.“
Al-Azhar is an institution of Zindeeqs. It is bereft of Islamic credibility. There is no differentiation between halaal and haraam in the convoluted and vermiculated brains of the deviant moron sheikhs of Al-Azhar. Al-Azhar of today is not the Al-Azhar of yesterday when it was a truly wonderful Headquarters of Uloom. Al-Azhar is today an institution of bootlicking cranks and copro-human devils all in the pay of the murderous Egyptian regime.
The stupid decrees emanating from Al-Azhar have absolutely no Shar’i force or credibility. It is not permissible for Muslims to accept the moronic ‘fatwas’ of that deviated institution. Only morons are capable of being duped into accepting the flotsam decrees excreted by the Al-Azhar sheikhs.
POSSIBILITY OF SIGHTING
The FIAM deviates say:
“Fourth, the principle of “possibility of sighting”, which was agreed upon within the criteria and specifications of the Hijri calendar at the “Conference of the Unification of the Intemational Hijri Calendar” in Istanbul in 2016. The attendees decided to rely on astronomical calculation and rely on jurisprudential sighting, which means the possibility of sighting the crescent is required and not just its birth (new moon).”
This is another stupid, baseless ‘principle’ which is afigment of their hallucination. It has absolutely no relevance in terms of the Shariah. ‘Possibility of sighting’ is a stupidity. The principle of the Shariah is Rooyat –Actual Physical Sighting confimrmed by the Sighting of Aadil Witnesses.
The so-called jurisprudential sighting is bunkum and hogwash – the flotsam of vermiculated brains of juhhaal deviates.
THE EUROPEAN COUNCIL
Making a mockery of itself, the miscreant FIAM states in its silly eid message:
“Fifth, the decisions that determined that Eid al-Fitr for this year is Friday 21st of April 2023, based on the above criteria. The most important of these decisions is the statement issued by the European Council for Fatwa and Research, which states, “The accurate astronomical calculations for the crescent ofthe month of Shawwal for the year I444 AH confirm that the conjunction will be at 04:13 according to the standard universal time (GMT) on Thursday, April 20, 2023 AD, corresponding to Ramadan 29, I444 AH, which corresponds to 07:13 according to the local time of Makkah Al-Mukarramah.”
This hogwash is dismissed with mirth and contempt. The European Council which has a flair for stupid and baatil ‘fatwas’, is a non-entity in terms of the Shariah. It is a crank and a bogus cartel which lacks in Shar’i credibility. These modernists are unable to distinguish between night and day. They are perfect specimens of Jahl-e-Murakkab(Compound Ignorance). Whatever they disgorge in the name of Islam should be dismissed and discarded. Only those dwelling in gross ignorance can be deceived by the copro-fatwas of these cranks. Their decisions are bereft of Shar’i substance.
