A BROTHER’S COMMENTS ON STUNNING – THE SLAUGHTER OF IBLEES – HALAALIZED BY ZIGZAG MUFTIS

A Concerned Brother commenting on the haraam practice of stunning animals before slaughtering/killing, writes:

Anyone with a semblance of a brain would know that the nature of commercial slaughtering is that nobody checks every animal to see whether it is in fact alive before slaughter. Second, Islam has prescribed the method, use the method. The Deen is complete. Third, the Mufti of Azaadville should consider what harm the animal suffers from stunning it.

Wallah! Before I even read your answer, this was obvious to me, & neither am I smart, nor a good Muslim. I’d rather not think what that makes the Mufti of Azaadville.

But this is not the only subject most Muftis zigzag on today. They do it with insurance. In summary, they’ll present the evidence and abhorrence of gambling, uncertain transactions, interest etc& then somehow use decontextualised technicalities such as dharoorah, hajahetc& conclude it’s permissible. The masses are none the wiser. They will latch on to any concession like a dog with a bone.

The same with products containing alcohol. They say if it’s sourced from dates or grapes, it’s haraam. Well! Do these Muftis live in the real world? Try emailing the kafir company to explain your concerns & see what answer you get back from Michelle about the source of the alcohol. First, you get a standard answer that doesn’t really answer the question, and second, what does Michelle care or understand about your Shar’i concerns?

Most Muftis of today are devoid of Taqwa. That’s the only plausible conclusion for their hazy fatwas.” (End of letter)

In the ideology of today’s maajin muftis, ‘Taqwa’ is antique. For them Taqwa has no relevance in the practical lives of Muslims. Thus, they frown when they hear someone speaking about Taqwa. Their attitude towards Taqwa is one of Istikhfaaf, if not outright rejection.

Furthermore, they believe that Ulama who blend their fataawa with Taqwa are ‘mad’ as the kuffaar believed about the Ambiya. Yet, the Qur’aan Majeed commands the cultivation of Taqwa from page one to the last page. The Qur’aan Majeed is replete with the command of Taqwa. The muftis of today do not have the haziest idea of the meaning of Taqwa. That is why they zigzag and blunder like drunken persons when issuing zigzag fatwas. The dunya has made their brains groggy. They are unable to understand the kutub beyond the ink shadows of the words.

These ulama-e-soo’ have ruined the Akhlaaq and even the Imaan of the Ummah with their zig zag haraam fatwas which halaalize practices which are blatantly haraam. Just imagine! A slaughtering system branded by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) as ‘Shareetatush Shaitaan’ is able to produce ‘halaal-tayyib’ meat and chickens in the understanding of the vermiculated brains of the maajin muftis of today.

How is it possible for Ulama who have Imaan to ever condone and promote a system which is brutal and HARAAM from A to Z, then with their  condonation they actively promote the haraam halaalization certification of human shayaateen such as SANHA, MJC, NIHT and the rest of the Carrion Cartel of Iblees?

While the function of the Ulama is to defend and safeguard the purity of all Islamic institutions, systems and practices, these zigzagging muftis do the exact opposite. With technicalities whose application they do not understand, do they promote the haraam wares of the Agents of Iblees. That is why Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that “a time will dawn when the worst of the people under the canopy of the sky will be their ulama from whom will gush fitnah and the fitnah will rebound on them.”
