DISGRACE AND JAIL FOR THE IMMORAL PHILANDERING MOLVIS

Currently in the UK, a senior Mufti is facing imprisonment for sexual misdemeanours, and so are  many other so-called ‘elders’ of the UK community.

The Molvi profession in UK is at pains to present these court cases and the prison and disgrace consequences as persecution of the molvis. In futile attempts to vindicate the fisq and fujoor of the molvis facing impending imprisonment, some molvis are comparing the scenario with our illustrious Fuqaha and Auliya of former centuries who were persecuted, tortured and imprisoned for upholding the Standard of Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahy Anil Munkar.

Traitors are punished upon hands of Traitors

‘Those of the BaniIsra’eel who went astray were cursed by the tongue of (Sayidduna) Dawood (alayhis salam), and of Sayidduna ‘Esa-ibn-Maryam (alayhis salam). This was because they rebelled and used to transgress. They restrained not one another from the wickedness they did. Verily evil was what they used to do!’ (Glorious Qur’an)

Currently in UK, the Muslim Community is facing a very disturbing situation, where numerous Muslims are facing imprisonment on alleged misdemeanour charges and the Halal Certificate racket is imploding.

Instead of addressing fundamental flaws collectively in our conduct, UK Muslims are going to some trouble to live in denial and paint prison sentences as draconian, racist, Islamophobic and staggeringly as a similar tribulation to those experienced by Akabir Ulama Haqq (rahimahullah) for their stance on AmrBilMa’aroofNahi Anil Munkar. Some scholars are even preposterously equating these court-cases to the slander against Umm ulMu’mineenAishahSiddeeqaradhiyallahu anha.

This analogy is totally incorrect and displays lack of moral values, duplicity, deceitful judgment, ignorance, and highlights how low we have fallen and how easily people are manipulated by bootlicking celebrity ministers of religion who are openly indulging in gerrymandering. Another glaring error, especially coming from scholars, is how many are forwarding same message (shown in adjacent screenshot); minus the correct titles and salutations before and after each of these illustrious personalities.

The alleged charge here in UK is one of sexual misdemeanour with juniors; not the proclamation of Nahi Anil Munkar.

Ulama in UK are not willing to court the displeasure of Ulama-soo and correct the record:

ShaykhSufyan al-Thawri rahmatullahi alayh and Imam Abu Haneefah rahmatullahi alayh were flogged and poisoned because they refused to accept the Qadhi’s post offered by a Khaleefah.

Imam Ahmad ibn Hambal rahmatullahi alayh faced house imprisonment, dislocation of his shoulders, flogging and brutal torture because of his stand regarding the Glorious Qur’an.

Imam Bukhari rahmatullahi alayh had to leave because of enmity of other scholars.

Imam Malik rahmatullahi alayh was flogged for his support to the Ahl-e-Bayt radhiyallahu anhum.

Shaykh Saeedibn al-Mussayibrahmatullahi alayh also refused to bootlick  the Khaleefah.

Imam al-Shafi’Irahmatullahi alayh was chained and dragged to Raqqa from Yemen for his stand on Haqq.

Irrespective of whatever time span has passed, the Commands (ahqam) of Glorious Qur’an were revealed 1450 years ago – so there is no excuse or any valid defence for any Muslim male to be teaching or be alone with any Muslim girl-young lady in privacy anywhere, anytime, or anyplace.

Moreover, it is well known and documented, all our Akabir Asaatizaah and Elders (rahmatullahialayhim) had warned their students repeatedly and especially upon graduation not to ever allow themselves to be in any position of loneliness-privacy with not only a non-mahram, but also young male students; whereby anybody may ever cast aspersions. These elders have now passed away; yet their warning and foreboding have materialised.

It gets worse. Some others in UK are facing similar charges and sentencing; with the U.K. Muslim community now becoming synonymous with sexual perversion, grooming and abuse of young indigenous girls.

Yes, the media do over-hype Muslim crimes and downplay when non-Muslims engage in such villainy; but who acts so sinfully and illegally thereby giving them an opportunity to do so in the first place?

There are certain Fundamental Principles (ahqam) of Deen which need to be understood to avoid such fitna and fasad (mischief & anarchy).

Firstly, under no circumstances may any Muslim female of any age be in lone company of any male; who is not a Deeni Conscious, trustworthy Mahram (a relative whom she can never ever marry); no matter what his position, qualification or standing.

Although this appears extreme and ultra-orthodox to modern liberal minds; this also includes an irresponsible faasiq father, brother, son, nephew, uncle & grandfather.

People who view inappropriate, lewd, and Haram images on their Smartphone-Tablet-TV; all fall under this category of being unreliable, untrustworthy and fussaq.

So, any unbiased Muslim may and should decide for themselves, in this era, how many of their Mahrammaybe considered reliable?

Secondly, no Muslim, no matter how learned or otherwise, should be in a position of loneliness-privacy with any non-mahram of the opposite gender under any circumstances. This applies to males & females equally; teachers-scholars-doctors-nurses-dentists-tradesmen-businessmen-traders, etc, etc.

Thirdly, ‘children’ themselves need to be instilled with such qualities and levels of modesty, self-esteem, and self-respect whereby they immediately react like a lioness-lion to any untoward behaviour towards them by anybody, anywhere.

Now, when these basic principles of Deen are understood; we may infer:

Any Muslim Scholar who teaches opposite gender in person/privacy is sinful (and in an Islamic Country, the Qaadhi may and should order he/she be flogged for vulgar, lewd and inappropriate conduct).

Any Muslim Parent who allows their Child to be in the company of or be taught by a non-mahram is also sinful (and in an Islamic Country the Qaadhi may and should order them too be flogged for abdication of duty of care).

Any Masjid-Madrasah-Islamic Institution who allows Muslim Youth-Children placed under their care to be exposed to any non-Mahram; they too are sinful (and in an Islamic Country, the Qaadhi may and should order all those responsible to be flogged for abdication of duty and summarily dismissed from their post-office).

Any Muslim youth, who has reached age of maturity (buloogh) and is responsible enough, but still allow themselves to be in company of non-Mahram (for whatever reason); they too are sinful.

Before the Community starts pointing fingers at others; we would do well to look at how each of us conduct ourselves and why we find these basic tenets of Deen so unpalatable and too strict?

Majority of Muslim men of this era are cuckold (dayooth); they are totally careless in how their juniors – including females – interact with opposite gender; similarly, majority of Muslim women of this era have become so distanced from Deen and defeminised; they too regard concealment as some form of retrogression, backward and they must exhibit themselves, in some manner or another, even from underneath a designer shaped, glittering, tight-fitting Jubbah-scarf to reveal their identity and personality.

One more critical factor, which is conveniently being overlooked is many of the UK Scholars who were at forefront of Covid Protocols (Masajid Closures; facemasks; halalising haram vaccines) and the Interfaith Agenda, are now being rounded up on other charges – whether true or false.

This is how traitors are apprehended and punished. The reason why the Glorious Qur’an is replete with warnings issued to the Ulama of BaniIsra’eel is for this Ummah not to repeat the same errors and as a result suffer similar consequence:

Regarding the revelation of this Verse, Mufti Rasheed Ahmad Ludhyanwirahimahullah relates the narration of Rasoolullahsallallahu alayhi wasallam:

‘In the beginning, the Ulama of Bani Isra’eel used to prevent and admonish their people from sins; propagate Deen and instil fear of Allah Ta’ala in them. However, when people refused to heed; their ‘Ulama began to associate, eat, drink, and socialise with them; they failed to highlight their sins. Due to this nefarious conduct of the Ulama, the Curse of Allah Ta’ala settled over all of them.’

Our Comment

The Brother has presented the factual reality. These now disgraced molvis and muftis have brought shame and disgrace to the Muslim community and to Islam with their flagrant and shameless violations of the Shariah. The calamity of disgrace and imprisonment which has befallen them is the consequence of their treachery to Allah Azza Wa Jal.

Hadhrat Muaaz Bin Yahya (Rahmatullah alayh) said:

“He who is treacherous to Allah in privacy, Allah

will rip off his veil (of concealment) in public.”

This is what is now happening to the molvis who had blatantly violated the Purdah/Hijaab ahkaam of the Shariah. Worse than their blatant violation, is their brazen justification by means of shaitaani ta’weel (interpretation) of their evil, immoral, sexual misdemeanours which are endemic in all such girls institutions where males are tutors.

The Hadith warns: “Never ever be alone with a female, for verily, the third one present is shaitaan.”

Despite being fully aware of the Hadith and Islam’s exceptionally strict system of segregation between the sexes, these miserable molvis deemed it appropriate to enslave themselves to their carnal lust, violate the Shariah’s Purdah restrictions thereby casting themselves in the cauldron of immorality in which Iblees has entrapped them. Since they were not remorseful and had no intention of Taubah and abandoning their nafsaani villainy, the punishment of disgrace and imprisonment has been inflicted on them.

The attempt by molvis to elevate these scoundrels to the lofty level of the Akaabir Ulama and Fuqaha of bygone times is absolutely scandalous to say the least. These miserable molvis and muftis, instead of heeding the command of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam): “Beware of places/occasions of suspicion.”, recklessly and flagrantly ignored all the Divine Warnings. Thus they became the victims of the nafs and Iblees, hence the disgrace which has now settled on them.

These are the same molvis who had championed the Ibleesi covid conspiratorial saga. They had closed the Musaajid, cancelled Jamaat Salaat, introduced devil’s distance in the saffs, the devil’s when the Musjid became partially opened, compelled musallis to don the devil’s niqaab, and they had also schemed other haraam acts to bootlick these very same kuffaar authorities who are today humiliating them.

May Allah Ta’ala save us from the evils of our nafs and the snares of Iblees.
