اسلام علیکم، پوچھنا یہ تھا کے جو ملک اشیاء import کرنے کے لیے IMF سے سود پر قرضہ لیتا ہو کیا اس ملک کے
شہری کا غیر ضروری imported non-essential اشیاء کا خریدنا اور افراطِ زر کو بڑھانے میں حصہ دار بنا جائز ہے
کہ نہیں؟
جواب: جائز ہے اگرچہ مناسب نہیں۔۔ الا یہ کہ حکومت امپورٹ پر پابندی عائد کردے ۔۔۔ پھر اولی الامر کی خلاف ورزی
کی وجہ سے ناجائز ہوگا
I asked a Mufti Sahib a question a few days ago:
Peace be upon you, I just wanted to ask that a country that takes loans from IMF on interest to import goods, is it permissible for a citizen of that country to buy unnecessary imported non-essential goods and participate in increasing the excess of gold?
Answer: It is permissible though not appropriate.. Except that the government imposes a ban on imports.. Then it will be illegal because of Oli-Umar’s violation..

Ali Raza Saleem there is perhaps a gray zone, but it is not broad enough to cover everything, there is clearly a list of stuff I believe where there can’t be any debate … If you ask me, we should not be even importing tea ….

If its possible for a follow up:
- The verse in which the command to obey the First Command of Allah and His Messenger (Peace Be Upon Him) is the command to obey Allah and His Messenger, before that, was it not obedience to the creatures in disobedience of the Creator?
- The attributes of Oli-Amar include the ability to “discipline” according to the Quran, do the current rulers live up to this definition?
