dear hazrat

my neighbor asked me this:
I asked to three maulanas and they say that If someone prayed Isha’s prayer with the jamat or alone, he can also be involved in a witr jamat and , he can also get the Imaamate of a witr.

the main thing he was not sure about was the fact that someone who prayed alone with his isha namaz could be allowed to lead a jamaat of witr. this is assuming that person prayed the taraweeh with jamaat. so is the opinion of those muftis correct?

1) This person may not be the Imaam for Witr Salaat.
