ABANDONMENT OF AMR BIL MA’ROOF NAHYI ANIL MUNKAR

THE COMMENT OF AN ATHEIST

There are numerous Ahaadith and Qur’aanic Aayat deprecating and severely censuring the abandonment of Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahy Anil Munkar. Among the many warnings for abandoning this Waajib obligation, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“The one who adopts silence regarding the Haqq, is a DUMB SHAITAAN.”

When proclaiming the Haqq is obligatory, silence then is a shaitaani attribute. Thus, the molvi who seals his lips and seeks refuge in a fortress of silence when he knows and sees the Haqq being trampled on and suppressed, is a veritable DEVIL. He is a ‘dumb devil’ in the words of our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam).

Even an atheist scientist echoed the theme of this very Hadith. Albert Einstein said:

“The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything.”

The villainy of such molvis and buzrugs countenances the Wrath of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Therefore, the Qur’aan Majeed warning these silent DEVILS, says:

“Beware of such a Fitnah (Punishment) which will overtake not only the evil doers among you.”

Allahs Athaab will apprehend all of these molvis, sheikhs and buzrugs who conduct themselves like dumb shayaateen by abandoning Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahyi Anil Munkar to court the favour and pleasure of the juhala, fussaaq, fujjaar and kuffaar.
