4 X Maree (pepper)
4 x Raisins (without seeds)
Chew them well First thing in the morning.
½ cup ajmo (tymol seeds / caraway)
Roast till dark. When cool grind in coffee grinder. Mix 1 tsp honey and 1tsp ajmo (caraway) powder and take 2 times a day.
1 large onion peeled and sliced
½ cup brown sugar
Sprinkle ½ cup brown sugar over the sliced onions. Cover and leave overnight. Take 1 tsp twice a day.
¼ cup lemon juice
1 onion cut into thick slices, cover with brown sugar and leave overnight. ¼ cup lemon juice, top up with water and honey (onion will make a syrup). Add 1 Tblsp of syrup to lemon and honey water. Drink a little at a time throughout the day.
5 almonds soaked overnight in ¾ cup water.
1 tsp khus-khus (poppy seeds), soaked.
5 pumpkin kernels
1 cup warm water
Next morning skin almonds. Add 5 pumpkin kernels and grind everything together finely, add ½ cup warm milk and ¾ tsp honey.
Very good for insomnia (sleeplessness) as well.
